"It's beautiful, but why are we here?" I faced Lucifer and took a breath. "They're going to be worried about me,"
Lucifer shrugged, with out a care in the world and sat down in a patch of grass. "Come and sit," he waved me over and met my eyes.
I felt myself swallow as I hesitantly obeyed, sitting next to the king of hell, butterflies dancing in my stomach. I glanced up at him, flustered at his astonishing appearance.
He definitely seemed to have an magnetic like force about him. Lucifer gave me a sly smile. "I meant my lap darling," his eyes were a dark challenge, and I accepted, boldly slipping into his lap, face calm, eyes narrowed as I told myself not to lose my head.
"Tell me something," my hands touched his shoulders slowly as I spoke. "What exactly do you intend to do with me?"
Lucifer placed his hands on my waist, hot and large, tattoos on his fingers. "Hmm, that's a very good question. I suppose I'm intrigued by you, I saw the deepest and darkest corners of your mind, I may know you better than you do yourself," Lucifer said and licked his bottom lip slowly.
"Never in my six thousand years have I seen someone quite like you, and I want to be around the little treasure I found." His fingers slipped along the skin of my lower back, shirt lifting up, by chance or his magic, I wasn't sure.
It was all around, his magic and powerful aura, almost dizzying. "Lucifer, I don't, I don't want any trouble," I bit my lip, cheeks heated at his intense gaze and soft touches.
"No trouble? Kitten I'm afraid I'm the king of hell," Lucifer cupped my cheek and gave me a fake look of pity. "I'm afraid trouble comes with the package,"
I started at him and bit the inside of my cheek. "And of my nine?"
Lucifer smiled slyly. "Don't you mean ten?" My eyes grew wide and a darker flush rose to my cheeks.
"Why do you want me? Aren't there plenty of sexy demon woman?" I asked in a high voice.
"Do you dislike the idea of having the king of hell under your every command?" His voice was teasing, eyes searching my face.
I felt my shoulders stiffen from the shock of his words. "M-my every command?!" I demanded, eyes closing as my voice rose, but I quickly dropped my volume as his eyes narrowed.
"Listen darling," Lucifer said slowly and snapped his fingers. I screamed as I felt the sensation of plummeting, suddenly free falling into the ocean.
I curled up and closed my eyes tightly, feeling his arms surround me. After a moment I opened my eyes and paused, peering up at Lucifer as he stood on the calm water, grinning down at me. "That was mean," I accused, breathless, my heart racing.
"I meant what I said, whether you've realized it or not, I want to be in your little world, Raven Light," he took a few steps towards the beach, a grin on his face.
"Well, you've got to get permission from everyone else first," I grumbled, heart still pounding from the scare. "And there isn't anything little about it,"
Lucifer's grin widened. "Does that mean you agree?"
I scowled and looked away from him purposely. "Yes, Mr. Demon sir, that means I agree, but you have to get a yes from everyone."
"Easy, if they weren't going to let me they wouldn't have left you alone in that bed," Lucifer sang and stepped onto the sand.
I pressed my lips together. "Well, there is Aaron, and Faith,"
Lucifer set me on my feet. "Aaron and I have already come to an understanding, just because I was in your head, doesn't mean I can't talk in others at will."
I took a step back and brushed down my dress slowly. "Well," I lifted my chin and regarded him with false scrutiny. "Welcome to the my family,"
Lucifer looked at though he was holding in a laugh. "Hmm, thank you, is there a gift shop? A slip I need to sign?" He asked and his lips rose to a wide smile as I flushed and stomped a foot in slight embarrassment.
"No, just make sure you ask properly, that's all, then it will be official," I told him and tucked my hair behind my ear. "Tell me you intend to stay on earth, because my time is already split going to Aaron's,"
Lucifer raised his hands, eyes lit with mischief. "All apart of the understanding Aaron and I came too, I'm going to live with him. Isn't that lovely?"
I blinked. "I'm sorry, Aaron is letting you move in with him?"
Lucifer smirked. "Of course, I can be very convincing, of course he had his own terms though," Lucifer's lips turned down, annoyance filling his eyes for a moment before he grinned again. "It will be fun," the king of hell winked at me.
I cleared my throat and let out a sigh. "Okay, I guess I'll get used to it, can we go back now? I want to make sure no one got hurt," worry filled me, nearly making panic rise. "I need to make sure everything want okay,"
Lucifer extended his hand towards me and I took it, the world flashing before my eyes. I stumbled and blinked to clear my vision.
"What the hell?" Lion questioned, stumbling back before he righted himself.
"Little kitten was worried as I brought all of you here," Lucifer smiled slightly. "Aren't I nice?"
"It's creepy," Fallon blurted and Lucifer waved a hand, let out a tutting sound.
"You'll get used to it," he said easily.
NIcholas pressed his lips together. "I don't think any of us particularly want to get used to being teleported around,"
"Uhm, the heck?" Faith questioned and stared at Lucifer. "You could almost tempt me into thinking about being bi-sexual."
Cross raised an eyebrow at Faith. "I thought I was the closet to turning you straight,"
Faith shrugged. "He just kinda makes me wanna-"
Lucifer raised a hand smoothly. "Creatures of this world are drawn to my power and beauty, that is all. If you weren't lesbian, I'm sure you'd already be all over me."
I narrowed my eyes at Lucifer. "Well I'm not all over you,"
Lucifer sighed dramatically. "Alas, while in your head you absorbed some of my magic into yourself, so you won't feel an overwhelming pull. And as for the vampires, well," Lucifer smirked. "You're all to put it frankly, dead, so you won't feel it as strongly as the living, although," Lucifer wiggled his eyebrows. "You still probably want to get freaky-"
"Not even a little," River said coldly.
Lucifer pouted and looked at me. "Boo, how boring, Raven, I'll need to be comforted,"
Faith rolled her eyes but didn't comment, seeming amused.
I took a breath. "What happened with Clair?" I asked and crossed my arms.
Fin met my eyes. "She's in custody, and the police are handling the rest,"
I nodded, at ease. I looked around and paused. "Whatever happened to Oliver?"
Cross made a sound. "He said his goodbyes, said something about accepting a job as a college professor,"
I raised an eyebrow. "Oookay, I have to say I didn't imagine that, but now I guess I can see it." I looked at Lucifer steadily. "So you gonna asked them for permission?"
Lucifer blanched. "Permission?!"
Aaron looked greatly amused. "Yes, permission, what will it be?"
"Yeah Lucy, we're waiting," Dune sang and raised his hands. "Or you're not getting near our Raven again,"
Lucifer looked furious. "I could kill you all without moving from this very spot-" I cleared my throat pointedly and he seethed. "Fine, but that nickname dies here and now,"
"Fine lulu, ask away," Faith said and sat criss cross on the ground, hands under her chin. "We're waiting,"
Lucifer blanched and I burst into fits of giggles at the disgust on his face. "This is what you're getting," Cross pointed out and met his eyes coolly. "More powerful or not, might as well get used to it now Luci-poo," his voice was dry and mocking.
"Fine," Lucifer said calmly. "Would you allow me to stand by Raven's side?" His voice was calm and serious.
River smiled slightly. "I guess we have no choice now, we'll allow it,"
Fallon looked at me and smiled at little, and I quickly jumped up on the small vampire, wrapping my arms around his neck. "My baby Fallon!" I cooed and kissed both his cheeks. Fallon blushed and set me on my feet.
I jumped up on Fin next, grinning. "Raven, you're choking me," Fin joked as my arms rested around his neck.
I smiled cheekily and climbed down, feeling a small smile fill my face. "Can we go out for dinner? All of us?" I asked, eyes shining.
"It's been a thousand years since I've eaten," Lucifer blurted and blinked, seeming surprised by his revelation.
"Well we can't have Lucy-goosy hungry," Dune sighed as thunder crackled.
"Enough of the degrading names!" Lucifer snapped but paused as I reached out and grabbed his hand.
"Wanna try hot sauce?" I questioned.
Lucifer paused. "Hot sauce? Is it made with fire?"
Cross looked at Lion and they both smiled slyly. "Dinner sounds fantastic, we'll be sure to help you order properly,"
