Once again finding yourself a bit too early for the school bell, a long sigh left through your nose, your eyes trailed across the lush greenery before this time around deciding to take a seat on one of the school's many stone benches.

Yesterday's interactions with Joseph left you feeling upbeat, excited even though you knew it would be weird to begin dropping by only to hang out with the old man- it would be incredibly weird in fact, so you figured you'd keep it to a minimum.

Swinging your legs beneath the bench and just simply basking in the sunlight your eyes trailed towards someone passing by, a folded piece of paper fell out of their bag from how briskly they'd been walking.

Feeling like the stranger would appreciate not missing a piece of potential homework you hopped off the bench picking it up and calling out. "Hey! Excuse me! You dropped something!" Running over towards where they stood you extended the paper their way trailing your gaze up their green uniform before landing on their red hair.

Watching him turn in place lilac hues right away trailed across your face before spotting the paper extended out his way.

"Ah, I hadn't noticed I'd dropped something." Musing that out smoothly he reached out taking the folded piece of paper from you, eyes moving back to linger across your face. "Thank you....?"

Failing to clue in for a second or two you realized he was waiting for a name, with an awkward laugh you answered, "(Y/N). It's (Y/N), and you are?" returning the question you watched him retain a neutral expression before replying back.

"Kakyoin Noriaki," Glancing to the side, his gaze returned quickly after. "(Y/N) is a very pretty name, but I'd expect nothing less from someone with your appearance." There was something about the way the sentence didn't seem to suit him that struck you as odd, sure the compliment was fine but. . .you couldn't help but feel uneasy.

"Uh, thank you. I think your name's quite nice too." Rolling onto your heels and trying to come up with an excuse to leave the school bell brought one up instead. "Ah well, time for class then. Guess I'll see you around."

Sparing the red haired man a wave you began strolling towards the main entranceway, breaking out into a jog once you'd turned a corner.

It wasn't that you didn't like talking to the red haired man, it was just that every bone in your body suddenly rubbed against one another in the wrong way. The being stuck with you even began buzzing within your head, the subtle static sound it made in agreement to your suspicion was comforting.

Sitting in class for a second or two your mind wandered off elsewhere, the teacher's lecture droned on and on melting into the air like nothing. It really wasn't till one of your classmates nudged your arm did you snap out of your daydreaming.

"(Y/N), you hand is bleeding" Hearing them point that out your eyes right away trailed dowards where they pointed and low and behold, a cut stretching out across your palm from the pinky to thumb. Something you would've never noticed till it was pointed out.

An 'oh' left your lips before you raised a hand asking to excuse yourself to take care of it; the teacher upon seeing the trail of red seeping from your palm urged you to drop by the nurses office and get it fixed up right away.

How you got the cut? You had no clue. Class really had just started and the only thing you picked up with that hand was the paper you'd give back to Kakyoin, and you really doubted it was a paper cut.

"Maybe I'm just an idiot." Muttering that to yourself and staring down into the puddle that'd formed on your palm.

Turning another corridor you momentarily paused feeling the building rumble faintly, a crash followed farther down the hall, and out of curiosity you sped up turning once more to see a large hole in the wall by where the nurse's room was.

Loud noises continued to thunder from within the room and it was only when you neared peeking in through the hole did you see what was making them- sure you didn't know how exactly to process a purple and neon green humanoid looking pair fighting one another, but that also didn't stop you from spotting Jotaro and Kakyoin off to the side.

"The one to judge you...is my stand!" Jotaro's voice ran out clearly and the purple 'man' delivered one finishing punch to its opponent, one strong enough that dust filled the room and glass shattered throughout the nearing classrooms.

Kakyoin, from what you could make out through the debri began bleeding, what he said barely legible before the redhead fell back onto the ground.

Drifting your eyes towards where Jotaro was checking on the nurse, your hand raised up to rub the bridge of your nose. "Is she alright?" Unable to hold back your concern for the woman, you watched the ebony haired man turn his gaze upwards, teal hues staring over at where you stood.

"She'll be fine once her wounds are treated." Answering more to himself than you, he rose up from crouching as the school's alarms began blaring. Moving towards where Kakyoin laid he swiped him up without breaking a sweat, turning back only to jut his head towards the window. "You coming or what?"

Right away you followed hopping over the broken window frame much like he had now just trailing behind. You didn't understand what'd just happened, but from the looks of it the purple and green humanoids were similar if not exactly what you had.

"Say uh, what happened back there?" Hesitantly asking that you popped into Jotaro's peripheral nearly instantly regretting asking that question when your curious gaze was met with a glare.

'Nevermind' has never left your lips quicker than in that moment.

Walking off school ground you merely remained quiet following the ebony haired man as he turned towards where his house was, keeping the door open so you'd follow.

Hearing Holly's high pitched voice speak from one of the rooms Jotaro clapped back at what she'd been absentmindedly saying. "I'm not thinking about you."

Right away Holly dropped the picture she'd been holding turning to face his son, her eyes right away landed on the redhead over his shoulder before trailing towards where you lingered beside him; a small wave was given on your end.

"J-jotaro! W-What about school? Why's (Y/N) here and who is that? H-He's covered in blood! D-Don't tell me...did you do that?" "It's got nothing to do with you." Speaking right away he began walking once more. "I'm looking for Gramps."

"Sorry about the intrusion Mrs.Kujo," Feeling as though an apology was needed you tilted your head downwards towards the woman in a respectful gesture.

"Ah, it's no worries. No worries at all. Jotaro's grandfather should be in the tea room with Mr.Avdol." Waving her hands in front of her to signify your apology wasn't needed she gave you a friendly smile. "Whatever you need, let me know. Jotaro may not say anything but deep down he's a sweet boy."

Opening your mouth to inquire as to why she'd mention that, the aforementioned man's voice spoke up calling out towards his mother, the woman right away focusing on where he stood.

"You look a little pale this morning. You alright?"

The words flowed through her ears at a slow rate, but before you knew it the woman beamed, throwing up a peace sign. "Yay! Fine, thank you!" Watching him turn in place her eyes lingered on his back before flickering towards you. "Go make sure he doesn't start another argument with his grandfather for me."

Upon mentioning that you could only laugh softly giving the woman a nod before jogging off towards where Jotaro left, easily coming across an open doorway where three familiar and one unfamiliar man were.

"Well, this is no good. He's done for. He's not going to make it. He'll be dead in a matter of days." Hearing Joseph say this you couldn't help but furrow your brows.

Piping up from the doorway you watched the older man's gaze right away shift up, "What do you mean he'd done for? I didn't think he was hurt that bad?" Pointing out part of why you were confused, a hand raised gesturing towards the redhead, it was true for the most part- sure he was bleeding but it didn't seem like enough to instantly kill someone.

"It wouldn't be from blood loss, and it wouldn't have been Jotaro's fault either." Beginning with that his eyes moved back down towards Kakyoin reaching out to brush away the man's bangs. "Look, the reason this man swore loyalty to Dio and came to kill you is right there!"

Right away at the mention of the blond's name you could feel your skin begin to crawl, it was only the day prior that Joseph told you about everything but even so just hearing it after all these years still gave you the hebejebes.

Focusing your eyes on what looked like a small growth on the student's forehead your face must've twisted into visible confusion and disgust.

"What the hell is that spider-like thing on his head? Is that why he swore himself to Dio?" Asking that Jotaro's eyes flickered from Joseph towards the blob, his own disgust for it could faintly be detected if one were looking close enough.

"This flesh bud was formed from Dio's own cells...and is connected to his brain. It was implanted in his brain to control his thoughts." Beginning to explain that, the man who you assumed was 'Mr.Avdol' spoke before what he'd said was added onto by Joseph.

"Simply put, this flesh bud is able to bring forth certain feelings within him...like a controller."

"Carisma! This is a quality that will make a soldier unquestionably obey a dictator!" Josephs's tone of voice suddenly raised into a near yell, something you recalled him doing back in the day. "That will make a true believer follow a cult leader!"

Clenching his hand he then pointed a finger towards Kakyoin. "This young man admired Dio and swore loyalty to him!"
