Usually my poems are longer, and have more too them
I'm trying to work on poems that are shorter though to extend my skill. Get the point across without obvious details.
She isn't okay
she has to obey
forced to stay
every single day
She's a puppet on a string
she can't say a word
she tries to scream
but isn't heard
Can anybody save her from
the nightmare her life's become
will anybody help out
before shes completely consumed by doubt
Still, she feels like she's being controlled,
forced to do what she is told.
