Ohh shit did dha doctor just say Kandi was pregnant. I'm shock asf ryte now. dnt get me wrong I'm happy dhat she's having my seed but damn dhis early is wat I wasn't expecting. I looked over at her n she looked disappointed. I'm confused dnt dha females suppose to be happy wen dey find out dey pregnant?

Kandi: ( she looked at me wit glossy eyes) no I'm not. I'm pregnant at 17. how am I goin to be able to take care of a child wen I'm basically one myself n plus my life who am I to bring an Innocent child into dhis cruel world dhat we live in jay ion want my child growin up around dhis ( damn she really put thought into dhat )
Me: Kandi calm dwn, ik how yhu feel bout bein young n having a baby while yhur still in dha gang but look at yo brother n jas, dey doin just fine n great n plus yhu got me to help yhu yhur not gonna be in dhis alone. ima be here every step ( I said moving next to her on dha hospital bed n holding her )

Me: I understand I really do but it's dha life we live n we can't control what happens( I said as I rubbed her bac. i understand her being scared bout raising a child in a gang, dhats sum I dnt want either but ik she won't leave dha gang.)

We walked out dha hospital n hopped in dha car. we were on our way to dha trap since we both had work to do. dha drive was silent n awkward.

Omfg I can't believe I'm pregnant. part of me is happy n dha other part is just pure upset. tbh ion care bout me bein 17 n having a child it's just Im not fit for no child my lifestyle is not fit for a child. I'm constantly stressed out n plus of wat I do n ion want nothing happening to my child. dhis life I live is not suitable for a child I want my child to actually go places wit out having to be shot at or taken just because her mother is a Notorious drug lord daughter. ik y'all probably think I'm think this way to much but it wat it is. we pulled up to dha trap n I got out n scanned my hand. dha door unlocked n security let me threw. Me: yea y yhu stopped by ( I asked as we entered my office n I sat dwn behind my desk n he closed my door)
Malcolm: I came by to see wen my next mission n wer yhu coming wit me on dhis one ( he asked taking a seat in a chair dhat was in front of my desk. for those who dnt kno me n Malcolm have gain a friendship over des few weeks. he's a cool kid n romantic. he tells me all dha different places n things he do for his girlfriend.)
Me: yhur next mission is toma n I will be going. here's dha file n yhur payment for yhur last mission is in my fathers office n I'll get it once I put des papers up n file dem

Dad: yea n yhu trained him well baby girl ( he said pulling out a brief case from under his desk n sittin it on his desk ) dea yhu go
Me: wat we upgrading from duffle bags to brief cases ( I asked excited cuz I got tired of caring dem damn duffle bags to dha payment hall )
Dad: yea cuz I got tired of yhu complaining
Me: haha every funny but since I have news to tell I want yhu to tell everybody to meet at my house for dinner so I can tell everybody at one n dnt worry it's nun serious ( I lied . me bout to have a baby is real serious )
Mom: ight need help wit dinner
Me: of course mother meet me at my house at 6 I got a few stops to make before I head to MY HOUSE ( I said as me n jay headed out dha room. Malcolm left once I handed him his money n talkin to my father for a few minute ) yhu riding wit me or are yhu goin to wait all night for Rosco who probably ain't gonna show ( I asked as I got all I need out my office n was headed to my car.)
Jay: yea cuz I need a nap before everybody come over ( he said beating me to dha drivers side ) I'm driving baby momma ( he said wit a smile . I just laughed n shook my head ) wea yhu got to go before we head home

After dhat we headed to their house. dha ride was quiet but Ian mind. it gave me time to think bout tonytes dinner. we pulled up to quan n traci house we hopped out n I knocked on dha door. minutes lata traci came to dha door wit her hair messed up I breathing hard n nun but one of quan shirts.

Me: WAT ( I scream I can't believe dhis dha only best friend I had is living me n is taking my new best friend wit him ) omg ima miss y'all n y didn't y'all tell me earlier

After I finished eating I started to get ready. while I'm getting ready I might as well explain wats been up des past three weeks. well me n china aren't together but we been working on it she has actually change n got her life bac together. We wer just talkin for a while until dha ladies told us to come eat. we all wer eating n talkin until we wer done. wen everybody finished dha ladies cleaned dha kitchen up n came into dha living room.
King: ok baby girl wats yhur news
Kandi: well I have three things to say( took a deep breath) ok first I got accepted into dha culinary program at school

After bout 10 minutes of sittin here quiet king came back wit suitcases n went to one of dha rooms upstairs
MamaTay: Darnell yhu are not staying a des kids house so pack dhat shit up n take it bac to dha car ( she yelled out while making her way upstairs behind him)
Dj: jay yhu betta not step out on my sister or ima kill yhu myself

China: well thank yhu MamaTay n Kandi for dha dinner n Congrates on dha baby( she said while hugging dem n pulling me towards dha door n we hopped on dha car n headed home)

I was sitting. Next to my mom while jas was on dha other side of me n neisha was sitting in Kj lap. it was just me my mom jas neisha Kj n Rosco just sitting here
Neisha: omg I can't believe yhur pregnant n it's by jay
Me: me either ( I wasn't sad I was just scared of watt father was goin to say or do)
Jas: so how far along are yhu
Me: 6 weeks
Neisha: wait yhu n jay been together for almost a month an a half n ain't tell nobody ( I shook my head ) tf Kandi I thought we wea girls
Me: Ian want everyone in our business
Jas: I can't believe yhu n him doe I mean y'all mainly act lyke bro n sis n now yhu n him are together n are bout to have a child it seems so surreal

Mom: baby are yhu ready for a baby

After dhat I just shilled my head n we just contined talkin about dha baby n who was goin to be dha god mom n who goin to plan my baby shower n all dhat good stuff. after bout 15 minutes my father Dj jay n dhat wins came bac. n jay was perfectly fine no bruises no black eye no cuts nothing. we didn't talk much after dey came bac n I wasn't feelin good so I said my good Nyte n headed upstairs to lay dwn. I already took my shower before dinner so I just put on one of jay shirts n climb into bed. I laid there staring up at dha ceiling n rubbing my stomach. I can't believe I'm actually carrying life.
Me: I can't believe I'm actually having yhu. ik I got a while before yhu actually be born but I can't wait to hold yhu. I make sure yhur protected at all times cuz da life I live is not a life anyone would wanna bring a child in but yhur my blessing n ima protect yhu at all times. mommi loves yhu ( I said outloud while rubbing my stomach )
After dhat I just laid dea n eventually fell asleep
