"We have decided to take your offer. From now on the Ogres is yours Rimuru-sama, Ciel-sama" the Chief kneeled in front of us and it's followed by the 300 Ogres behind him.
"""""We, the Ogres, swore our eternal loyalty to Rimuru-sama and Ciel-sama""""" they shouted in unison loudly. With this we have Hobgoblins, Wolves, Dwarves, and Ogres in our town from now on.
"That's what we want to hear. Welcome to our lovely town, we both expect many great things from all of you" Master radiates a bright smile to all the ogres which make them fascinated by how beautiful it is.
"Then let's get all of you named first" I break the ice with a news which certainly makes them all shocked.
And before long everyone was frozen in place to see there was a huge amount of magicule escape from our bodies. Those magicules were shot to the 300 ogres and were absorbed by them. Then <Voice of The World> announce that they have been named and evolve all into 'Kijins'. Their appearance turns into more refined human-like looks but their unique horns still remain in their forehead. They were all in awe that each one of them had received a name already and evolving on top of that. Except...
"There's 7 of you not yet to be named, please come forward" Master called. There were 7 Ogres in the crowd who still have not yet changed, they are the special cases and we will name them personally.
"Rigurd come here too" I called Rigurd since the first one to be named will work together with him after this. The 7 Ogres before now have kneeled in front of us side by side, 6 very familiar Ogres, and a single new one. Master is really happy to see those 6 again here safe and sound. Then...
"Chief, from now on you will be known as 'Akamaru', the 'Ogre King'" Master declares, then the new Akamaru immediately turns into his new look. Middle aged looking man with slender tall body, deep maroon red short hair, and 2 black small horns. Akamaru have evolved into 'Fair Oni', the evolution after Kijin.
"I will live up to your expectation as Akamaru from now on, Rimuru-sama, Ciel-sama" the slender man stood and bowed slightly to us. Then we give the stage to Rigurd beside us.
"I'm Rigurd, The Goblin King. Glad to meet you, Akamaru-dono" Rigurd introduced himself while giving Akamaru his hand, they shook their hands together. With Akamaru, we have two 'Kings' now.
Who... will take the most troublesome jobs... according to Me... and that was...?
"Rigurd, Akamaru, as our 'King'. You both will work hand on hand to govern our people from this day forward" I stated their jobs. Type of jobs I want to avoid at all costs.

'Governing' job take a ton of time to do... If I still do those jobs like in the previous World...
I wouldn't have much time with Ciel... I wouldn't be able to Spend Time With Ciel.....

"The first task is to prepare the houses for all the Kijins to live in, and assign them jobs according to their capabilities. Both of you can start from now" I task them with their first jobs together. We have enough houses for the Kijins to live in our town as of now, and we also have many varieties of jobs they can take too.
""As you wish, Rimuru-sama, Ciel-sama"" they bowed together and left the scene along with 300 Kijins following them.
We chose Akamaru to get into governing jobs just like Rigurd was because he is more proficient at it, despite his son having more talent in Military stuff. Those two are great leaders, but in different types of fields. How we value this is through our
<Soul Manipulation> can assess what a person is worth for, so we easily know what type of jobs one's best to take. Also, by the way, Akamaru has gained Unique Skill <Governor> when he evolved before, while Rigurd gained <Minister> a long time ago. Their skills will work very well with their jobs together in the future.
"You're Akamaru's son, right? so, you will have a name of 'Benimaru' from now on" Master declares the name for the next person, I Named Was My right hand man, Benimaru. He immediately changes into his appearance we are always familiar with. Tall young sturdy man, straight pointy scarlet hair, 2 long black horns, and tear red tattoos below his orange eyes. He also evolved into Fair Oni and gained his <Generalissimo>.
"I, Benimaru, will give my best to both of you, Rimuru-sama, Ciel-sama" Benimaru bowed to us, there was a lot of resolve in his voice and eyes.
"Benimaru you will be our Military General. There Your tasks is. you need to take right away. The task is to manage all Kijins who choose to join the military later.
Then I Turned To Shizu Who's Behind Me.
"Oh, yeah... Shizu-san, we are sorry we didn't ask before. But what is your plan for the future?" remembers something and asks it immediately to the person in question, Shizu.
"Rimuru-san, I have decided to live in this town moving forward. I will try to repay my debt to both of you. So, you can ask me anything" Shizu stated her plan to us. She already knows that I Will save her students, and decided to Stay With us since I still has much time to do it afterward.
"Glad to hear it, we will give you a house to live in, and for your offer... hmm..." I got into thinking to decide what task Shizu will be fond of. I actually could not ask her anything, but she was the one to choose it that way, so we can't decline her eagerness.

"Then with that out of the way, let's continue. Dord, Garm, and Gobichi come here" I change the subject. Two Dwarves and one Hobgoblins, they now stay beside us. We then change our attention to the next Ogre in line.
"Princess of the Ogre. As of today, your name will be 'Shuna'" I gives the young girl her name, Shuna. She straightway changes into her new looks, a young pretty girl, who looks like she is in her 16. She has a good figure, deep crimson eyes, long wavy pink hair, and 2 long narrow white horns. As Fair Oni too, she has <Analyst> and <Manufacturer> as her 2 Unique Skills.
"Thank you for this beautiful name, Rimuru-sama, Ciel-sama" Shuna bowed with her pleasant smile to us.
"Shuna, since you're a genius at crafting things, you will work together with Dord and Garm. Also, we think a Princess like you, will be fond of cooking too, so Gobichi in here will help you" I give her jobs, she needs to do. With her, our production will boost up significantly and we will finally have a great chef too, beside me. And... I think... later on...
I need to tell her some dish ideas... so she can improve faster with it... since in previous times... I always the one who tells her... many foods I enjoyed...
Maybe, I can also directly Make Ciel teach her... I think...

"Benimaru, your second task is to help Shion to recruit those hobgoblins" Master said to Benimaru who was still waiting for his next task we talked about earlier.

"For you, 'Kurobe' will suit you really well, right?" I named him with his bright smile. Kurobe's appearance changed a little into a big average looking middle aged man, with two small white horns. Because of his evolution into Fair Oni, his <Researcher> evolved into Unique Skill

"I'll be Kurobe for both of you, Rimuru-sama, Ciel-sama" Kurobe said with his usual style of talking and pleasant laugh, Master chuckled for little together with him. Then the Dwarf steps in.
"I'm Kaijin, glad to meet you, Kurobe-dono" they shake their hand and introduce themselves to one another.
"You both will be the head of our blacksmith now. With the rest of the Smith, work hard to create strong equipment for our military from this moment forth" I task their jobs. With them together, weapons and armor production will get to a new level. We also have provided them with enough material to do it.
""We will give our all, Rimuru-sama, Ciel-sama"" they shout in unison while bowing to us.
"Gobta, Rigur, come forward" I call the small goblin and tall goblin, they instantly beside us. Then...
"'Hakurou' will suit you best, right?" I named the old man with a bright smile on his face. Hakurou change to his middle-aged man in his prime looks, his white become sharper, 2 small white horns, and long white goatee. As Fair Oni he gains <Martial Master>.
"Hoho, this old man has the name of Hakurou now. Thank you for this chance, Rimuru-sama, Ciel-sama" Hakurou bowed slightly while stroking his goatee. Then we change our attention to two goblins beside us.
"Gobta, Rigur, this day forward the security force will be part of the Military and will be known as Goblin Riders. And we want you two to compete for the captain position" we disband the security force and want them to take full part in the military from now on, since we didn't have too much security at least for now. The two goblins are surprised by this, especially Gobta in my latter sentence.
"Hakurou, you will be Goblin Riders instructor. And we want you to be the judge for these two, who will win. Maybe give them some of your training menu to judge it" I task Hakurou his job, instructor like he always was.
"This Old Man will do as you say, Rimuru-sama. I will give them both and the rest Goblin Riders the 'Greatest' training they can get, and choose who is the winner in their competition" Hakurou cast his smile to the Goblins, which radiated fear to them, especially Gobta. The small goblin instantly considers the Old Man in front of him as danger, but he can't disobey his Masters Will, so he needs to accept his fate. But at least...
"C-Ciel-sama, can I step back from this whole competition thing, and just become Rigur's subordinate instead?" Gobta tries to back down from his competition with Rigur. We decided to do this competition to make them grow stronger, and we can't choose outrightly who becomes the captain between the two of them. That's when we got this idea.
"What are you talking about, Gobta? This is what Rimuru-sama and Ciel-sama wanted, we need to give our all to it" Rigur tried to convince Gobta but it seemed to not work at all.
I guess... we always need carrot and stick... for this single Goblin... [sigh]
"Then how about this, Gobta? The winner will get an exclusive weapon personally made by us. But the loser will get 'special' punishment from us" I try to rule him with a prize, but also threaten him in the end, with my enigmatic smile directed to him. Gobta shudders in fear once again looking at me but also excited with the weapon he would get if he wins.
"Then you need a lot of preparation to handle me, Rigur" there was full confidence in Gobta's voice and raging flame in his eyes toward Rigur. He really didn't want to get punished and really wanted to take the prize instead.
"Hoho, plenty of confidence you have there... your challenge is on, Gobta" Rigur also becomes excited too. We then leave those three, and go to the last ogre.
"For you, 'Souei' will sound good" I named him. Souei then changes into his slender young man appearance, medium dark-blue hair, blue eyes, single long white horn. Same as Fair Oni as the others, he gains <Shadow Strike> as his Unique Skill.
"I, Souei, will bring you the best result with all my abilities, Rimuru-sama, Ciel-sama" he collectively and confidently declares while bowing to us.
"Souei, we will give you a mission right away. Recruit some Kijins to be your squad members, and gather all the information about the Orc Lord and Majins behind them" I give him his first mission, we need all of that information as fast as possible, to decide what our plan will be. I, of course can gather it on my own, with <Multi-Dimensional Perspective> is very much possible. But I didn't do it, because it would violate our policy.
"In an instant, Rimuru-sama" Souei immediately disappeared from everyone's sight.
"For all of you too. We didn't know when the Orcs would move, but we need to prepare the best we can for battle in the near future" I declared to everyone else who was still in the plaza with us.

Thus, from this point forward, we have 300 Kijins and 7 Onis as our new citizens and subordinates. Some of them will be part of our town development, with Kaijin, Kurobe, Three Dwarves Brother, Shuna as their Heads. The rest will join arms in our Military alongside our Hobgoblins and Wolves, with Shizu, Shion and Hakurou as their Superior and Instructor. Benimaru as our General and Souei as our Spy. Also don't forget about Rigurd and Akamaru as our new Leaders in the Government
There will be many things we have to handle as a collective community... many events will happen... with me and Master at the center of it...
We hope... the future will always be... like a bright sunny day... without any storm can be seen hanging around in the far sky...

All work in the morning, The naming and assigning jobs for the Ogres, have been done. I just naming them though, I also the ones who assigning their jobs, we just have little bit talk about it before, so I don't know about the full detail what she wants them to do. But everything is perfect and I just play along with it.
There are not too many big changes, only improvements which work according to our condition in this World. Those improvements were, Akamaru works with Rigurd, and all Security Guards become Goblin Riders in the Military, not splitting like before, which is not a big deal at all. Since there's no security now, Ciel makes a Protective Barrier all around the town, which is invisible in appearance. The Barrier was so strong, only being equal to True Demon Lords and above can make a scratch to it. Also, for the convenience of our Citizens, only someone with <Crest of Void> can transfer in and out from it.
At this point the only notable change was...
Shion... is not Secretary nor Bodyguard anymore... But you know what...?

I'm not gonna have any governing jobs, it's Rigurd and Akamaru duties. I don't want to go into the office doing that job again in this world, it's unacceptable, I want to be free from all of that nonsense. So, in the end, I don't need Secretary to help me in office, nor Bodyguard to protect me. Ciel obviously knew all of this, so she made arrangements to allocate and optimize it. Though the biggest reason for her might be... so... she can occupy all my time with only her...

Less jobs for me... and more time for My Ciel...
After those events in plaza were done, we dismissed our subordinates and they got to work with their new companions. Then Me and Ciel along with our wolves beside us, walk together to where Rigurd and Akamaru were about. When we arrived, their first task together had been completed, all Kijins and Onis had got their new houses. And we also got a report that stated, 200 Kijins choose to be ordinary citizens occupying various jobs in the town, of course the Kid Kijins didn't work. The rest 100 choose to fight. They Became Shizu Disciples. Benimaru is the one who becomes their Captain, maybe when he is free from his jobs as General, he will do training with Shizu too.
As a result, ... The new 'Kurenai' has been born... in this New World...
After getting that report, we chatted with them quite well, then left Rigurd and Akamaru to continue their work, which was managing preparation of the feast for the night later. We keep strolling around the town afterward, there we can see Shion running around the streets, with Benimaru exhaustively following her behind.
They were trying to recruit as many as Hobgoblins to join Shion's new army. Shion tries to convince them in every way she can think of, while Benimaru is just beside her keeping her intact so she wouldn't cause any trouble. Of course, many of the hobgoblins decline her offer, but some of them agree to join her and become part of the military.
The Hobgoblins who agree were gathering around on the field outskirt the town. With that, Benimaru's task was done, and he went to his own army, leaving Shion alone with her new army. There were 100 Hobgoblins now coming to be Shion's army, of course the little Gobzo was also there. But little did they know when they first arrived, Shion's very harsh training would fall upon them shortly.
We put our eyes off it, but Ciel secretly bestowed them <Ultra-speed Regeneration> and <Perfect Memory> to them. Actually, whoever was named by me and got <Crest of Void> already has those Extra Skills as my blessing side effect. But it's not actually their skills, they only got <Self-Regeneration> in the hope that minor injuries from day-to-day life wouldn't become an issue for them. My blessing <Perfect Memory> on the other hand, only works with the enhanced <Soul Corridor> we share, so how it works wasn't actually the same with the real one. All in all, because of those two Skills Ciel gave to them, Shion's new army won't lose to Benimaru's army in terms of overall performance.

At the same field but in a different corner far from Shion. There was also another group of Hobgoblins gathered, along with their mounts, the Tempest Star Wolves. Those bunches were watching two different Hobgoblins fight together against an Old Man. Yeah, they were Gobta and Rigur fighting Hakurou who only by himself, as best as they can. At first, they weren't corporative and just trying to be better than the other, since they are in competition in reality. But after Hakurou showed his overwhelming strength, they realized they needed to work together to at least scratch him. Thus, their competition continued like that with only Hakurou knowing the end result afterward.
The Goblin Riders also soar to the new height...
There's a third group in the field, naturally they are our new Kijins army. This Unit not yet doing anything as of now. They were just watching two people clash with each other, with their different fires which have different colors, Gold and Black. It's none other than Benimaru and Shizu who have little mock battle to check their current strength before teaching their army. Their mock battle was stagnant, but we can see Benimaru slowly losing, because Shizu is getting better by each second. The reason behind this was The Flame Spirit I Gave And The Ability <Great Sage>, who kept directing her all the way until the end, how to use their power more efficiently.
Also, there is actually the fourth unit beside Kurenai, Yomigaeri and Goblin Riders. That unit was 'Shadow Squad' led by Souei, which now had 4 Kijins working under him. They are all experts in intelligence gathering, espionage, infiltration and assassinations just like Souei always was. The Shadow Squad was away from the town as of now so we can't see them. They were doing an intelligence gathering mission with two targets, The Orcs and The Majins, according to Ciel's task to Souei before.
We actually already knew what would happen, if we look back at what happened in the old world. But some finest detail and there's a possibility that something out of the ordinary will happen, need to be gathered as soon as possible. And we want everything to be gathered by Souei and his squad, not by ourselves for obvious reasons. As a result, Ciel ordered them immediately. However, Souei has one of his <Clones> overlooking the area around the town all time. Even though we never ordered it before. We of course weren't against his decision, so we paid no mind to it.
We left the field before long and went somewhere else. We went to the blacksmith complex in one part of our town. There we can see many people smithing various kinds of weapons and armor for our military, with Kaijin and Kurobe supervising them. Beside the Hobgoblins and Dwarves, many new Kijins were also there, they apparently were also smith before coming in here, so they were quite talented already. And with the rate they were working, Ciel told me that all weapons and armor for our military will be done the day before the estimated date of the Orcs Battle, 14 days from now.
The clocks keep ticking... I don't know... how it's going there, or even how the end will be the same... or not...
I bet it won't be the same though... but, I don't have any worry about it...
After that, the sun has reached right above our heads, so it's time for lunch. Ciel and I decided to go to Cafeteria today instead. There we can see Shuna cooking with Gobichi, while Haruna helps them. They greeted us when we came, and offered to eat their cooking which was almost done. I don't know how to answer, because I want to eat Ciel's cook instead. But it's really not nice of me if I decline it, especially when I remember that it is always Shuna who cooks my food before in the old world.
And when I feel conflicted... Ciel is the one who answers it...
She agrees to their offer...
I'm surprised by this, but it soothes me when I see Ciel's warm smile to me. Thus, after a long time, I ate something besides Ciel's food, and came back to someone else cooking, the food I used for years before. Their food it's still good as ever, as expected from Shuna and Gobichi, not in Ciel's realm obviously, but I enjoy it. When we were done eating our lunch, we complimented them, they were really happy to hear it. And then...
Ciel offered Shuna... some teaching in cooking...
I was in awe hearing it, I never expected that to happen, Ciel deliberately tries to get close to other girls. I'm glad actually, and when I think about it again, this was expected from her actually, if I contemplated her character which I found earlier this day. There might be ulterior motives from her though, however I am still glad she wants to get along with Other Girls.
Thus, Ciel cooking class... started...
The first thing Ciel did was, cooking the same dish we ate before, but with improvements which the end result was nothing compared to the previous. Shuna, Gobichi, and Haruna were blown away by this, it's in the whole another dimension for them, I on the other hand was already used to this.
After that, Ciel teaches Shuna some various new techniques in cooking, step by step thoroughly, while Gobichi and Haruna just closely observing them. Ciel showed how it was done, then let Shuna try it, while Ciel corrected her if she got it a little bit wrong. After those lessons, Ciel let Shuna cook again but with the techniques and tips she got from her before. Ciel sweetly directed her, then when it's done, I became their taster and gave Shuna a score 1-100 according to how good it is, compared to Ciel's cooking before. After that, Ciel's cooking lesson continues with different dishes. Ciel's cooking first, Shuna looks at it closely, I eat her cooking, then the time for Shuna to cook it instead, and I taste it again then give her score.
Over and over again... I keep eating their dishes...
Lucky me, I didn't have an actual 'Stomach'... so I never felt stuffed...
Then again... I'm in blissfulness... in heaven... to keep eating this two-beauty cooking... many times in a single day....
Leaning to My Ciel naturally... but Shuna still incredible as always...
Thus, the rest of day until night, I was just there, sitting in one corner of the kitchen, watching 2 beautiful girls gracefully cooking together and eating the food they presented to me. Gobichi and Haruna keep observing them closely, while sometimes also taking part of the cook. Ranga and Raiga who followed us earlier were having their lovely nap time because of this.
I hope we have a peaceful day... always continue like this... without any problem hanging around us...

The Night has fallen upon us, and it's time for the celebration feast For The Welcome party for the Kijins and Onis. Currently, I am with Ciel beside me, standing at the top of a small wooden stage prepared for this occasion. All our friends and citizens were surrounding the stage, we were all holding a mug full of booze. then...
"Thank you for preparing this feast everyone, now without further ado. For my victory before, a welcome party for the ogres, and for our bright future, Kanpai!" I declared loudly in front of everyone and lifted my mug high in the air.

With that our feast begins. We have this feast in the town's square. Everyone enjoys it, they excitedly eat the foods which are prepared by various different citizens. There are many foods, but most notably was a huge hotpot sat in the center. That huge hotpot is cooking a huge crab or scorpion monster, I'm not sure. This thing was prepared by the hunter team for this feast.
Our citizens happily talk to each other, even though the Kijins are new in our town, they are able to blend in the feast and our Hobgoblins, Wolves, Dwarves, get along really well with them. It sure is so lively, many laughs can be heard here and there, some of them have been drunk from the booze, some just eating all they can eat, some just chatting with each other, and many more. I can see Benimaru, Akamaru, and Rigurd at one corner talking about some serious stuff, maybe about Orc Lord. Kurobe, Kaijin, and those three dwarves keep drinking their booze together. Shuna happily talking with the Goblinas. Also...
Shion......... Cooking...? Oh, no... I just better ignore it... and hope no one becomes a victim...
My group today for this feast, is two beautiful girls who really look alike, though one of them looks more beautiful and cuter. They both just chatted with each other and ate their food, but they didn't touch their drinks. Yes, it's Ciel and Shizu-san, these two girls are really close right now, just like how Ciel with Shuna before.
I just keep watching those two girls chatting with each other, without trying to butt into their conversation. Because it will be rude if I try, it's Girls Talk, Gentleman like me didn't need to join. We were sitting at a wooden round table, with those two in front of me. I only kept drinking my booze all alone, but I didn't get any drunk because Ciel didn't allow me to turn off or even weaken my <Ailment Nullification>.
She always hates it... when I try to get some drunk... for some indefinite reason... and I am never able to convince her otherwise...

The three of us stayed in this condition for a good several minutes. then until someone came.
"Rimuru-sama, Ciel-sama, I'm sorry to bother your times, but this old man came to bring the result of these two competitions, with my special training before" it's Hakurou, with Gobta and Rigur full of wounds following behind him.
Hakurou hellish training is still deadly as ever... huh?
But you two are still in the tip of the iceberg of his training you know... I hope you two and all Goblin Riders... still alive and well... when you go to the real training... [chuckle]
"Let's hear it, Hakurou" I said to further his report, while Ciel was healing the two Goblins with (Full Potion).
"Their abilities are pretty much the same with one another. But I have concluded, one of them has more potential in the future........." Hakurou said and paused a little bit in the end, he then stepped away a little bit to give the attention to the goblins... and...
"It was Gobta" Hakurou finally announced the winner. Gobta's eyes were widened, he couldn't believe that he actually won, and he muttered lowly to Hakurou 'is it me? really, is it me?', his instructor just nodded to his disbelief. He then in joyfulness shouted loudly that he really won, with his arms high in the air.
"The winner is Gobta, from now on you are Captain of Goblin Riders. Rigur you will be Co-Captain, you're fine with this, right?" what I said was ignored by Gobta, he was still contemplating that he actually won. Rigur who lost beside him is...
"I'm alright Rimuru-sama, I also have to admit that Gobta has become really strong. I feel like he showed his true potential when we fought together before" Rigur accepted that he lost with a big heart, but what he said latter was only met with 'Eh???' by Gobta.
"Gobta, this is your new Kodachi. And Rigur also got this new Katana" Ciel created their prize immediately, and placed it on our table.
It's made from 'Orichalcum', so it actually reaches Legendary Grade. But currently Ciel locks the weapons power to only Rare Grade level. The Weapon will gradually evolve into its true power, every time the wielder gets stronger.
We want them to get stronger on their own... while we just give them a little push... with those weapons as their new companions...
"Eh!? Ciel-sama, didn't I get 'special' punishment because I lost" Rigur was surprised because he also got a new weapon from us, not just Gobta who won.
"Yes, that special punishment was to get another prize" Ciel cheerfully said with her bright smile to Rigur, who was met by 'thank you, Ciel-sama' and bowing to her. These two Goblins were really thinking that they would get real punishment if they lose, because Ciel evil grin before I think.
"Then what I have pumped up before for" Gobta slumped his shoulders in disappointment, he was really scared to get that 'punishment' from Ciel, if he lost. Because of it, he asserts all of his power before in order to win, no matter what. But it accounts for nothing now, and only makes him the Captain in the end.
"(chuckle) it's good to become full of eagerness, Gobta. Also, Ciel..." I just gave a little comment in his disappointment, and gave Ciel signal, she nodded and got to work.
What she does is use [Skill Synthesis-Promotion] to upgrade Gobta and Rigur current skill, those skills become Unique Skill now. Gobta has [Genius] which will help him to find the most efficient way to do something. Rigur has [Speed] that will enhance his power and speed along with his Wolf, named 'Kouga' who is also well known for his speed. With this, Gobta will be proficient in Tactical move, while Rigur will be expert in Agility and Ambush. They were surprised again by this, but we ignored it.
"Work hard as Captain and Co-Captain of Goblin Riders from now on, okay?" Ciel gave their weapons directly to them, while also smiling dazzlingly to encourage them. Which of course makes those two blushed a little, especially Gobta.
""Yes, Ciel-sama"" they took their Kodachi and Katana, then bowed to Ciel and shouted loudly in union. Ciel gave them a little pat and came back to her seat beside Shizu-san. Then those two with their Master continue enjoying the feast.
