It was Friday night, and I was binge-watching The Office with my sisters instead of studying for an upcoming test. So much for being a model student!
"Ugh, I hate Pam." Neha mumbled, sitting on the floor
Sonali rolled her eyes. "You're just jealous because Jim loves her. Get over it, you're too ugly to be loved."
Immediately, the bitchy twin sat up and glared at our sister. "Don't forget we look alike, dumbass."
I chuckled, enjoying both shows. In the meantime, I felt something buzzing under my butt. I realized it was my phone, so I took it and unlocked the device. It was a Disc0rd notification; stating that a certain J@e had invited me to join a group chat.

The next Monday, Hyemon and Sarutobi were looking for Jungkook and I. When they found us in the schoolyard stuffing our face with food, they looked awfully worried. Turns out Kwon was nowhere to be seen, which was odd considering he would never miss school.
"I texted him after he left the group chat, but he didn't answer."
Hyemon sighed. "It's been three days already, do you think something bad happened to him?"
The club's president shook her head no. "I'm sure Jae would've known by now. They're neighbors and their parents are close." She turned her face towards my classmate and I. "Jae went to his house, but Kwon refused to see him. Something weird is going on, but we can't help if he plays dead."
Come to think of it, it was weird.
Eventually, it has been established that both Jae and Hyemon would pay him a visit after school.
Throughout the day, I could not stop thinking of Kwon. At some point, I found myself rereading the group chat's messages to figure why he had left so suddenly. He shared a screenshot of a guy's Faceb00k page, then he disappeared out of nowhere.
"Y/n!"
Surprised by the loud voice, I almost lost my balance. Thankfully, a classmate of mine managed to catch me. Before I could thank her, she ran away when the vice-president approached me.
Hands on the hips, he looked like he was about to yell. "Your phone." Surprisingly, his voice was rather calm despite the authoritative tone. "If I catch you again with that, I'll have to take it."
Without a word, I nodded and put it back in my pocket.
"Hey, are you alright?"
I sighed, adverting my eyes from my handsome schoolmate. He seemed genuinely concerned, so I smiled.
"Yes." But then, an idea popped out of nowhere. "Do you have access to the students' personal informations?"

"You don't have to say it." Hyemon pressed his shoulder in a gentle way "We won't talk about it until you're ready; no pressure."
Kwon's lips were quivering as he fought the urge to cry. Relieved from a heavy weight on his shoulders, he felt lucky to have friends such as Hyemon and Jae.
The latter broke into a smile.
"Thank you. Thank you so much. I can't bring myself to do it-to tell them. Until then, I don't think I could ever say it. I need to be ready."
Jae nodded. His friend liked boys; it was no surprise to him, nor a big deal. He thought of a few moments during which Jae seemed comfortable with his sexuality when in fact, he wasn't ready to openly admit it; especially not so randomly on the club's groupchat.
Hyemon patted her friend's back in an attempt to comfort him. "You're a brave one, you'll succeed eventually."
Grateful, the boy smiled. But the joyful expression faded away as he thought of the art club. By now, he was positive everyone knew. What would they say? He didn't want them to know yet.
"What's with the sad face?" Jae asked
Kwon bit his lower lip. "Are they suspicious? Sarutobi and everyone else?"
Jae and Hyemon glanced at each other, uncertain of the answer. As they were both thinking of something to say, Kwon's phone began to vibrate. He picked it and discovered a few messages from Y/n.
"Oh, it's Y/n." He frowned. "She's telling me to look out the window."
Hyemon was the first one to do so, and a sweet smile crept up her face when she noticed four people standing in front of the Chun's family house. She pulled her friend towards her, allowing him to see their fellow members waving at him.
Kwon's heart skipped a beat. In no time, he had opened the window.
"What are you doing here?" he yelled, loud enough for the students to hear
A wide smile crept up Sarutobi's face as she kept on waving. "We're here to check on our friend!" She noticed the frown on her friend's face. "Before you get angry, it was Y/n's idea!"
The said girl protested, unwilling to get scolded. As for Kwon, he couldn't believe his ears. Y/n did that?
Jungkook-who got annoyed with the president and his friend's quarrel-spoke up. "She was worried, so she dragged us here. I'd rather be at home, but you know how persistent she can get when she wants something." he rolled his eyes
On his right side, Solange clapped her hands. "Like hubby said!"
Jungkook was now too busy complaining to pay attention to the way Kwon beamed in an instant. A heartwarming smile appeared on his face, giving out his gratitude.
Behind him, Jae chuckled. "Looks like you have a soft spot for them."
Kwon rolled his eyes. "I'm just surprised... Y/n is-she's annoying...and nice."
"Let's go. They were worried about you, the least you can do is to meet them. Even the president came!" Hyemon exclaimed, urging her friends to exit the room "And don't worry; they won't ask."
