One month later
Liam is 5 ½ months along.
Stiles POV
"Dude, why didn't you tell us sooner? This is so great! Congratulations." Scott pulled me into a tight hug, laughing and smiling widely. "My best friend is married!"
I hugged back, glancing over at a very smiley Derek. "Thanks, Scott. We were gonna tell everyone sooner, but I kinda liked it just being Derek and I for a while. It was nice."
When Scott pulled away, I walked back to Derek, hugging myself into his side as I kissed his cheek.
My dad chuckled, rolling his eyes. "I'm just glad I at least got told first. You know I had a savings account set up for your wedding right?"
My head jerked over to him, my eyes going wide for a moment before I shrugged. "Honestly, I think I liked it better that we eloped though. Sorry, dad."
Derek kissed my head, pulling me closer into him as my dad laughed. "That's okay. Maybe you guys can put it towards something else? It's a wedding gift now."
I looked up at Derek to gauge his reaction as he sighed happily. "Thanks, Noah, we really appreciate it." I smiled happily then looked over at Isaac and Scott when I heard them whispering.
"What are you two keeping secret?" I grined teasingly then raised an eyebrow when Isaac just smiled widely and grabbed Scott's hand. "Let's just tell them. It's been long enough."
Liam walked back in, a hand on his back as he made his way over to Theo. "Tell us what? Did I miss something while I was in the bathroom? Other than Stiles and Derek keeping their marriage a secret for a whole month."
He stuck his tongue out at me as Theo helped him sit down. I rolled my eyes and laughed. "Shut up, Liam." I stuck my tongue out back at him before laughing.
Scott cleared his throat, gaining all our attention and Lydia and Malia both leaned forward in their seats beside Liam, anxious.
"Well, after many months of trying and then a small procedure then more months of trying-" Liam smiled excitedly as Isaac took a deep breath and Scott put his hand on his stomach. "I'm pregnant."
I heard gasps from everyone and Lydia jumped up, rushing to Isaac and hugging him.
Malia smiled happily, giving her congratulations, but stayed in her seat. She wasn't much of a hugger.
Even Peter smiled from his place near the back of the room. "Congratulations, guys. Isaac, I know this means so much to you. You two are gonna make great dads."
Isaac gave him a smile before Liam was up and hugging him, laughing excitedly. "Oh my god, Isaac, our pup's are gonna grow up together! They'll be friends! And cousins! This is so exciting."
Theo laughed at Liam and put a hand on Scott's shoulder. "Seriously you guys, this is great. Isaac, we all know the heartache you've gone through and we're all here if you need anything."
Isaac sighed out, tearing up a little as Liam moved away. "Oh, Theo, thanks. That really means a lot. Oh, here we have an ultrasound picture!"
He turned to Scott who was pulling it out of his pocket to show everyone. Liam gasped excitedly as Isaac showed him and Lydia the pup.
Derek looked down at me, putting a hand on my cheek. "Sti, baby, you okay? I figured you'd be all over that."
I shook my head a little, coming out of my daze. "Huh? Oh, yeah duh, babe! I'm so excited! I just didn't want to crowd Isaac. Hey, let me see that picture."
I moved away from Derek and over to Isaac, maneuvering my way through everyone else to see the pup.
I didn't know if Derek had caught my heart stuttering or not, but at least he wouldn't ask infront of everyone.
Of course I was excited for them. Scott was my best friend and now he's gonna be a dad. I was over the moon that the pack was now gonna have two little pups soon.
But for some reason my chest hurt a little from it. Derek and I have never talked about kids and I honestly didn't think I'd ever want any, so why was it so concerning now?
I shook my head again, ignoring Derek's worried glances as I pulled Scott into a hug then fawned over the pictures and Isaac's tiny belly with everyone else.

2 weeks later
Liam is 6 months along now.
Liam's POV
I cradled my huge stomach as I sat down, wondering how on earth I was still supposed to keep this pup inside me for another 3 months.
"Theo!" I whined out pitifully, leaning back against the couch as I pouted. "Yes, my love? Light of my life? Mother of my pup?"
He walked over to me, putting his hands on my cheeks and squishing my cheeks together a little as he made a kissy face at me.
I raised an eyebrow, letting my eyes change color as I got irritated. "Sthop aht."
He laughed and moved his hands, moving them to my stomach now and rubbing soothing circles against my tight skin. "What's wrong, babe?"
I huffed out, glaring at him before shoving a pillow behind me. "I want it out...get it out." I poked at my stomach, wincing when the pup kicked my side and pouted.
Theo held back a laugh, looking at me with raised eyebrows. "Liam, you know that's not how it works. That pup will come when it's time and that's not for a few more months."
He leaned down and kissed my stomach as I glanced at the clock. "Okay, but can it be time now? I've peed 12 times today and I've only been up for 6 hours. And I'm huge Theo! This pups gotta weigh like 10 pounds already!"
I whined again, throwing my head back against the couch in frustration as Theo rubbed my sides.
I heard him sigh softly to cover up a chuckle. "Liam, the pup only weighs 4 pounds and 2 ounces. You know that because we just saw Deaton this morning."
I looked back down at Theo, tearing up a little and biting my lip. He frowned and put his hands on my cheek. "Oh, baby, don't cry. It's okay. What can I do?"
I sniffed and poked my stomach again. "Get it out?" Theo thumbed away my tears, sighing. "I wish I could, Liam. I hate seeing you so upset...I tell you what, if you promise, I mean cross your heart, hope to die, to not tell anyone...I'll give you a blowjob?"
My eyes widened and I bit my lip. Deaton had told us this morning that we shouldn't have sex anymore cause it might induce early labor, which right now didn't sound all that bad...

"What do you say, babe? Would that make everything better?" He rubbed my thighs gently and knelt down on his knees in-between my legs.
"Well, maybe not everything...but I'd really like it." I gave him a small smile and I wiped my eyes, hiccuping softly.
Theo chuckled and kissed my stomach before tugging down my sweatpants. "If you tell and get me in trouble-" He glared up at me playfully.
I couldn't help but laugh and shook my head. "I promise. Cross my heart. Now come on." I drew out the word, whining playfully at him and making him grin.
"The things I'd do for you. I love you." He leaned up and kissed me softly before he finished undressing me.
I hummed happily. "Yeah, I know." He chuckled. "I was talking to the pup. You, well, maybe just strongly like."
"Uh, you brat." I hit his arm and he laughed before grinning and leaning down so I only saw the top of his head. I felt him kiss my tip before taking me almost fully into his mouth.
I tilted my head back, moaning loudly and slowly forgetting that I was miserable. Instead just focusing on Theo.

"I want everything ready as soon as possible. With the beta only a few months away from giving birth, I want us ready for when it happens."
A chorus of. "Yes sirs." Was heard as people scrambled this way and that to get things done for the boss.
Monitors blinked to his right, showing vital signs of both a 6 month fetus and a 3 month fetus. Heartbeat, weight and gender.
The location of each parent was also tagged, monitored closely by a few choice individuals.
"Sir. Phone for you." The man turned, eyeing the person who had walked up to him before carefully taking the phone. "Yes?...ah, hello, Mr. Argent."
