It was 6:30 when Lorelei left her house to go to school to meet up with Aiden.

Since Lorelei didn't have a car and her dad was at work, Lorelei had to walk and considering her house was on the edge of town, Lorelei left early.

Lorelei was about halfway to her destination when she saw a  bright pair of headlights come up from behind her. Lorelei continued walking, thinking the car would just continue on and pass her but the lights slowed.

The girls steps started to speed up slightly, she casually put her hands in her pockets as she thought of a protection spell. She could hear the car come up right behind her, staying at the same pace as her, only making her anxiety jump more. Just as she was about to turn around and strike at however was following her, the driver of the car spoke.

"Hey, Lor!"

Lorelei's feet stopped herself as she rolled her eyes. Slowly, she turned around and glared at Stiles sitting in his Jeep, leaning halfway out the drivers side window to talk to Lorelei, a big grin plastered on his face.

"Stiles!" Lorelei yelled in anger. Stiles' smile faltered slightly, sliding down his seat slightly. "Why are you already mad at me? I just said hi."

The blonde rolled her eyes, walking towards the car. "You don't sneak up on a girl like that unless you want to get pepper sprayed. Or in my case, spelled." She whispered. warningly and Stiles' eyes widened, nodding his head. "Okay. Okay. I'll learn my lesson." He said before looking up at her with a squinted look. "Where are you going?"

Lorelei turned around and started walking down the street again. "To the school." She said and Stiles' eyes widened, starting the Jeep to trail next her down the road. "Why are you going to the school?"

"That's none of your business." She said and Stiles let out a sarcastic hum, still following her with his car. "Well, I guess I'll just have to follow you until you tell me. And hide in the parking lot to find out who you're meeting with. Because we both know, Lydia would kill me if I'm responsible for your kidnapping." Stiles said and Lorelei rolled her eyes.

"Stiles!" She yelled, stopping her walk to turn and face the boy. Stiles smiled, stopping the Jeep as he shrugged. "Or you know, you could just let me drive you and I'll drop you off and go home. Minding my own business."

Lorelei knew which was the best option to take and immediately walked to the passenger side of the car and got in, making Stiles hum in triumph. The drive was quick to the school, Stiles asking every few minutes who Lorelei was meeting with but the blonde didn't break.

When they finally got to the school, Stiles dropped her off and drove off like he had promised. Lorelei looked around, hopping to see Aiden but he wasn't there yet. Lorelei trilled her lips, sitting on the curb.

Not having anything to do, she twirled her fingers as she thought of a spell to practice when the sound of a motorcycle echoed down the empty street. Lorelei lifted her head, and slowly stood up from the curb as the bike pulled up to her.

When the biker took off his helmet, Lorelei's jaw dropped at Aiden. "That is not a car!" Lorelei laughed and Aiden chuckled, shrugging. "What do you mean?"

Lorelei's walked towards him, shaking her head in amusement. "At the library, you said you had a car!" Lorelei laughed out and Aidens brows shot up as he raised his finger, telling her to hold on. "I said 'you could say that' not that I had one." Aiden said and Lorelei squinted at the boy, shaking her head slightly. "That's a pretty big difference."

Aiden smiled at the girl, getting off the motorcycle as he walked towards her with a helmet in hand. Once he was toe to toe with Lorelei, he gave her a soft smile. "Don't worry. I'll let you use my helmet and I'll use my brothers." Aiden said before he squinted at Lorelei's tied up hair.

"This won't fit in the helmet." He muttered, leaning closer to her. Lorelei felt her heartbeat pick up at his close proximity as his hand going to the back of her head. Aiden grabbed the hair tie holding up Lorelei's ponytail and pulled it, letting her hair fall. Aidens eyes flickered back to Lorelei's face, smiling. "You look really pretty with your hair down." He whispered, a small smile on his face as he combed a piece of hair behind Lorelei's ear.

Lorelei smiled at the compliment, taking her hair tie out of Aidens hand while keeping her eyes locked with his. "Am I showing you around Beacon Hills or what?" She asked and Aiden smirked, taking a step to the side and gesturing his hand to his bike. "Shall we?"

"We shall." Lorelei said, taking the helmet out of Aiden's hand as she passed him.

Lorelei got onto the back end of the bike and Aiden smirked, getting in front of her. "You may want to hold on tight." He muttered and Lorelei did, not caring about looking needy but knowing it was safer for her to hold onto him.

Aiden felt a small flutter in his stomach when Lorelei's arms wrapped around his waist but he quickly composed himself, smirking as he started the bike and drove down the street.

For a few blocks, the two passed only houses. And once they were out of the neighborhood part of Beacon Hills, the reached the center of town. "Hey, what's that place?" Lorelei could barely hear Aiden ask over the wind flying passed them. Lorelei turned her head to see what Aiden was looking at and a smile grew on her face as the small neon lights of "Mamas Drive 'n' Dine"

"It's a 24 hour diner!" Lorelei yelled over the wind, not knowing Aiden could hear her loud and clear from his own enhanced hearing.

Aiden didn't even have to turn back to look at Loreleis to notice she wanted to stop at the diner. Once they got to the entrance of the parking lot, Aiden pulled inside, parking and getting off the bike.

Lorelei's brows furrowed as she took off Aidens helmet, watching the boy in confusion. "What are we doing here?" Lorelei laughed out a Aiden smiled, shrugging.

"It's kinda late. Figured we could use a little fill up." Aiden said and Lorelei smiled. She took the helmet off her head and handed it to him before climbing off the bike.

As they walked towards the entrance of the diner, Lorelei ran a hand through her hair to get rid of her helmet hair and Aiden smiled, looking back and forth between Lorelei and the ground.

"You know, you look really cute in my helmet." Aiden said as he opened the door to the diner for Lorelei.

Lorelei smiled playfully, shaking her head as she put her hand to her chest. "Wow. Two pretty's and you opened the door for me? Such a gentlemen." She said as she walked into the diner, turning around to walk backwards so she could look at Aiden as he walked in. "You do that for all the girls?"

Aiden smirked, chuckling under his breath slightly as he walked up to Lorelei, putting his hands on her waist and spinning her around to face forward again. "Just for the ones I like." He whispered, leaning down towards Lorelei's ear before leading her to open booth.

As they climbed into the booth, Aiden looked down at the menu already on the table.

When Lorelei was fully seated, she leaned across the booth, taking the menu out of Aidens hands, making Aidens jaw drop.

"Wha-" "You don't need to look at the menu. This place is known for their french fries so we'll get a basket of those." Lorelei interrupted, small smile on her face as she put hers and Aidens menus on the seat beside her.

"So that's how this is gonna work? Me doing whatever you tell me?" Aiden asked, an amused grin on his face as Lorelei smiled triumphantly, humming a small "mhm".

A waitress walked up to the table, a notepad in hand and a kind smile on her face. "Hi! What can I get you two?" She asked and Lorelei perked up. "A basket of fries and two milkshakes." Lorelei said and the waitress nodded before looking up and between the two. "What flavor for the shakes?"

"I'll have a Strawberry." Lorelei said and the waitress nodded, quickly writing it down before turning to Aiden. "And you?" Aidens jaw slacked, not knowing what to say before he just shrugged and shook his head. "Uh... Strawberry too." He said and the waitress nodded, finishing jotting down the order before walking away.

Once the woman was far enough, Aiden turned to Lorelei, a playful glare on his face. "So you're just gonna control this whole... thing from now on?" Aiden asked, referencing him and Lorelei as a pair as the "thing".

Lorelei rose her eyebrows in defense, her hand going ti her heart. "Hey! I let you choose your milkshake flavor!" She defended before smiling almost evilly, nodded happily. "But yes, I will control the two of us from now on. I see the future. Trust me, you'll love it." Lorelei said nonchalantly, knowing Aiden would think her statement about seeing the future is a joke and not real.

Aiden watched Lorelei closely, noticing her heart rate didn't pick up when she talked about seeing the future. His eyebrows creased at her but Lorelei didn't notice, too busy watching the waitress come over with their milkshakes.

"The fries are still getting cooked, but here are two strawberry milkshakes." The woman said, putting one milkshake in front of each teen.

Lorelei smiled at the pink treat in front of her. She looked up at Aiden, noticing him dosing off onto the table. Lorelei leaned forward, tapping his shoulder and Aiden shook his head, turning to Lorelei. "Huh?" He asked and Lorelei gave him a worried smile. "You okay?" She asked.

Aiden watched her for a few seconds before nodding. "Yeah, yeah. I'm fine." He said and Lorelei nodded. "Great." She said before slamming her arms onto the table in a joking-serious matter. "Now, an important question that will make or break us." She said and Aiden gulped, shaking his head. "What?"

Lorelei squinted at him, noticing he was actually slightly worried, making her feel bad. "Do you like cherries?" Lorelei asked, plucking the cherry off the whipped cream on her milkshake, holding it by the stem, watching as it swung back and forth.

Aiden let out a small breath of relief at the question, he smiled and chuckled as he nodded his head. "Yes. I do." He said, grabbing the stem of his cherry and holding it up as well.

Lorelei's smile grew. "Correct." She said before being her hand forward. Quickly catching on, Aiden did the same, the two of them cheersing.

...

After spending a few more hours at the diner, Aiden drove Lorelei home.

Lorelei hopped off the bike and took off the helmet, handing it to Aiden as she stood on the side of the bike. "Guess I'm kinda a shit tour-guide, huh?" Lorelei laughed out and Aidens brows furrowed, shaking his head with a soft smile. "What do you mean?"

Lorelei rolled her eyes, laughing slightly as she looked down the road to not have to look at Aiden. "We only went to one place! I was supposed to show you the whole town." Lorelei laughed out, turning back to Aiden who was still smiling at her.

"Well, I guess that means we'll have to hang out again sometime." Aiden suggested and Lorelei smiled, nodding her head. "Definitely." She said with a smile. Lorelei leaned towards Aiden, kissing his cheek before turning around towards her house and walking up the driveway, sending a wave back to Aiden. "See you tomorrow, brown eyes!" Lorelei yelled to him, not really caring that it was late considering no one lived around her, the whole town too scared to.

"See yeah, blondie!" Aiden yelled back at her, making Lorelei smile, unlocking her house door and walking into her home. Once she closed the door behind her and locked it. Lorelei headed towards the kitchen table to put her bag down.

She listend as Aiden sped away and down the road. Once she couldn't hear the engine of the bike anymore, Lorelei sighed, going to walk up the stairs to her room to get ready for bed but before she could, her phone started to ring.

Lorelei groaned, stopping at the bottom of the stairs as she pulled her phone out of her back pocket, Stiles' contact lighting up her screen.

Lorelei answered the phone, bringing it up to her ear as she rolled her eyes. "Hey, Stiles. What's wrong?" She asked and she could hear Stiles driving way passed the speed limit through the phone.

"Lorelei, I'm on my way to your place right now!" Stiles said and Loreleis face scrunched, turning away from the stairs to face the door. "What?! Why?" She asked and Stiles sighed. "Lydia found a dead body."

Lorelei froze at Stiles' words before she sucked in a deep breath, nodding. "Okay, well I just got home so I'm ready whenever you get here." Lorelei said as Stiles' squeaky breaks rang throughout the phone.

"Great." Stiles said before a honk emitted from Lorelei's phone and her driveway. "Because I'm here."
