It's been one week later and Stella had been getting discharged from the hospital. The babies were now old enough to eat and drink without the tube.

Kelly: Well let's go then. They headed to the car.

Kelly: I guess but I'm still keeping this but you have yours or you don't remember that?

Kelly: Okay. The put the babies in the car as they drove home.
At the house:
Stella and Kelly arrived at home with the babies. They found the rigs outside and the front door open.
Kelly: What-
Stella: Kelly?
Kelly: I swear I didn't do this.
Stella: Then Grace did?
Kelly: Yeah. They took the car seats out and headed inside.
Everyone: SURPRISE WELCOME BACK STELLA!! They screamed in excitement.
Stella: Thanks. They babies start to get fussy.
Kelly: Grace! Your going to help us now you cause this.
Grace: I know I know, who's who?
Stella: The one in the middle is Elijah, this one is Ella and that one is Ellie.
Grace: Aww. She pick Ella up. She's so cute guys.
Stella: Sylvie would you like to hold one?
Brett: Yes plz!
Stella: And Violet?
Violet: Yes! They hold the babies.
Brett: This one is Elijah?
Kelly: Yup.
Violet: Ellie is cute look at her eyes.

Boden: Can we hold one too?
Kelly: Sure.
Few hours later:
Everyone had left few minutes ago. Stella and Kelly were both cuddling on the couch with the babies.
Kelly: Your going to sleep now huh? He kiss Ellie's hand.

Kelly: There so cute I wish the could just stay small like this.
Stella: No I need them to walk soon.
Kelly: Why?
Stella: It would be cute.

On the phone call:
Kelly: Hey chief what's up?
Boden: Severide, Seager and Vanmeter are here they need your help on a case.
Kelly: Chief I can't I have a fiancé and kids to take care of.
Boden: Be here in 20 minutes.
End of phone call.
Stella: You have a fiancé and kids to take care of?
Kelly: Seager and Vanmeter needs my help with a case but I don't want to go.

Kelly: I just can't take Seager now she will want to ask me out.

Kelly: Then I'm not going.

Stella: Kelly I am not a baby.

At the firehouse:
Kelly arrived at the firehouse and headed straight to Chief's office. He knock the door.
Boden: Come in Kelly. He open the door and Seager couldn't believe what she saw.
Vanmeter: Severide?
Kelly: Yeah?
