When I continued to struggle I reached out to get a psychiatrist to help me be able to manage my mental health better because I was still having difficulties
I was feeling depressed and I was constantly feeling anxious and dealing with flashbacks too
I told the psychiatrist about everything that I was experiencing I told him I experienced being abused
I was too overwhelmed too go into the full details about everything that I dealt with in my life
It was so hard
I then ended up getting a evaluation and I was given the diagnosis of PTSD, Anxiety Disorder, Major Depression Disorder
When I got my diagnosis I was overwhelmed and relieved because I was able to get the best care for myself to start getting better
