Grace: Luke? She hug him as she cried. Stella was watching everyone crying including Kelly, she was there in spirit standing next to Kelly.

Kelly: Yeah? He sniff looking up at her.
Brett: Don't cry, Stella promise you she wouldn't leave you and you did the same. She isn't going to die nor those babies.
Kelly: Thanks Brett I really needed that.. He lied he wanted to go and see Stella.
Brett: Yeah. April came into the room looking sad.

April: Stella's in surgery but we don't know if she will make it.. Babies are premature if you wanna see them come with me.
Kelly: Okay.. Grace will you come with me?
Grace: Yeah. They headed upstairs with April.
April: Here, three healthy triplets. We have to keep them here for a while feeding them out the tube bcs they can't eat or drink anything on there own.
Grace: Oh no.
Kelly: Can we see Stella?
April: Hold on let me ask Natalie if she's okay. Natalie?
Natalie: Yeah?
April: Is she going to be okay?
Natalie: To be honest I think she will but we have to stop this bleeding.
April: Okay.
Conner: Got it! He clip the stitch on Stella's lung.
Monique: VP is up to 90.
Natalie: That's good.
April: She's going to be okay. Kelly and Grace signed.
Kelly: Thank God. He wipe his tears.
Grace: Can we see the babies one more time? I feel jealous. Kelly laugh.
April: Okay right this way.
Grace: That one there looks just like Stell.
Kelly: And these both look just like me. They laugh.
Grace: Can we hold them?
April: Sure.
Grace: What should you name them?
Kelly: I will let Stell decide.
Grace: Aww.
April: This one is a girl. Grace hold the baby in her arms.
Grace: I really wanted a baby but my dream isn't coming through.
Kelly: It will, one day.
Grace: Thanks for believing in me.
Kelly: Your problem.
Natalie: Guys..
Kelly: What happened? Is she okay?
Natalie: She's okay, she's in ICU. But bad news is that she wouldn't wake up soon maybe the next couple of days? Maybe sooner or longer. I'm sorry. She left. Kelly's eyes filled with tears.
Kelly: I- I'm not ready to be a single dad just yet, after Stell give birth and now she might not make it? I can't I can't take care of these babies Grace.
Grace: Yes you can Kelly, Stells isn't going to die and leave you. She's strong!
Kelly: But what if she doesn't wake up?
Grace: She will wake up I promise. You just have to believe.
Kelly: Okay I'll do that..
April: You can take the babies to her so she can feel them on her skin.
Kelly: Yes plz.
Three hours later:
Kelly: Stell plz come back to me, I need you the babies need you! If you can hear me can you rub my hand? Move your fingers or toes so I can know if your there? Stella did nothing. That's okay but plz don't leave me I wanna get married, marry you! I love you and always will Stells. He kiss her head and her lips.
Natalie: Hey..
Kelly: Yeah?
Natalie: Just wanted to come and examine her.
Kelly: Sure. Natalie examine Stella.
Natalie: Everything is okay, do we have names for the babies?
Kelly: No I wanna talk to Stella about that once she wakes up if she doesn't I'll choose something..
Natalie: Okay, let me know if you want anything.
Kelly: I will.. He laid there cuddling with Stella's hand.

Hours turning into days, days turning in weeks and Stella still hasn't woken up yet. Kelly could hardly sleep, eat and do anything. He kept pushing everyone but one person he didn't push away was Grace.

Grace: I'm going to stop by home and check on Luke be back in an hour maybe less.

Kelly: There upstairs, they were born prematurely but now they are 38 weeks.
Stella: So there big? Not eating from a tube any more?
Kelly: How you know? They were eating from a tube?

Stella: I was in heaven Kelly.
Kelly: You were!? Did you see Shay?
Stella: Yeah, we were talking about when you were younger and about Renee.

Natalie: Okay I have to get a bunch of things to see if she can eat at swallow.

Kelly: Okay she has to get some things to eat for you to see if you can eat and swallow.
Stella: Ohh, who breastfeed the babies?
Kelly: That's something I didn't want you to ask.
Stella: Oh why?
Kelly: I had to use a bottle and put it in my shirt.
Stella: To feed them? You put the bottle in your shirt and fed them just like that?
Kelly: Yup but they hardly drink the tea they wanted you.
Stella: Oh really?
Kelly: Yeah and question for you.
Stella: Yeah?
Kelly: Can we get married like soon? I really wanna marry you bcs I don't want to risk losing you again.

Kelly: Yeah.

Kelly: Can you open your eyes wider tho?

Kelly: Bcs I can barely see them.
Stella: You'll see them once they can open wider. She smiled.
Kelly: Oh well ima tell the firehouse your awake.
Stella: Plz don't, don't. Will you come back with me?
Kelly: You want me to stay?
Stella: Yeah. He laid next to her.
Kelly: Are you comfy now?
Stella: Your mean to me.
Kelly: I'm not mean.
Stella: Yes you are, I just wanted to spend more time with you without no one around but you don't.
Kelly: Yes I do.
Stella: No you don't you can sleep back in the chair.
Kelly: I'm not going to move bcs I'm staying like this.
