Aether POV -
"Uh, my whole body hurts. What happened to me? Wait..."
"LUMINE!"
I shouted as I woke up inside a small cave. I remembered, our fight with the unknown god.
"LUMINE! WHERE ARE YOU!?"
I tried searching around the cave but she was missing. The unknown god separated us!
I started panicking and went outside to look for her but couldn't find her so I returned to the cave for shelter. It was pretty late so I cried myself to sleep.
*Time skip - 2 weeks* (KING CRMISON!!!) (I've always wanted to do that :D)
It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't found any trace of Lumine. The area near me doesn't seem to have any intelligent life. Only some small animals and a river located some distance away. I tried to remember what happened during our fight and suddenly remembered something..... or rather someone. So I started exploring the cave for some weak rocks or any signs of life and i finally found him.
"Asmoday" I said as I finally found him, covered in the red cubes that separated me from Lumine and her sword stuck in his throat. I thought he died but surprisingly he was still alive so I tried removing the sword which caused the cubes to spread to it, effectively destroying it and then getting absorbed into the wound to seal it.
Nothing happened for some days so I decided to explore further from the cave. I accidentally fished Paimon from the river. At first I thought she was a weird fish but it turned out that she was a person. I noticed that she looked surprisingly similar to the unknown god and Asmoday but decided to not ask her. For all I knew everyone in this world could look similar and I didn't want to repeat what happened last time.
She taught me some basic knowledge about this world and in return I told her about Lumine and how we got separated. I didn't tell her anything about Asmoday to prevent further misunderstandings. She would definitely loose trust in me if she found out that my sister almost killed someone because he looked similar to her and an unknown god.
She agreed to be my guide and said we should go to Mondstadt to get more information about Lumine. I told her to wait for some time as I went back to check on Asmoday.
I noticed something wrong just as I entered the cave. Asmoday was awake, and he was sitting in a corner, crying. I didn't know what happened so I just ran towards him and hugged him. It seemed to calm him down we just stood like that for a few minutes.
After some time we separated and he tried to say something. I thought that we would have the language problem again but it was worse. He tried speaking but no noise came. Oh no. That sword caused some serious problems. He noticed it too and started crying. I couldn't comfort him this time as I was one of the reasons why he was missing an arm and his voice.
We sat in silence for a few hours as he calmed down slowly. I left him to collect his thoughts as I went to get Paimon.
When I returned with her I noticed two things.
1. He was wearing a weird mask
2. He had wings.
He noticed me and pointed at his wings, equally surprised by them. I chuckled a bit, happy that we was now distracted from his sudden loss of voice.
"Good for you buddy" I knew he couldn't understand me but his reaction caught me off guard. He suddenly turned towards me and tried to sign that he wanted me to repeat. I couldn't understand what he was trying to say, but the meaning was pretty clear. I repeated myself and he took off his mask half-way. Wait.....
"Wait a minute, you can understand me now!?"
He nodded.
"But why suddenly?"
He pointed to his mask, putting it on and removing it repeatedly, trying to tell me something.
"A translator" I accidentally said it out loud.
He nodded happily. Finally, we could try to have a conversation now.
I asked him some basic questions and he replied by nodding or shaking his head. In the end I found out some things. It turns out he doesn't remember his name and isn't sure if Asmoday is his name or not. I didn't have anything else to call him so we decided to settle on that. Also, he isn't from this world too. How he got here? He doesn't remember. We tried to talk a bit more but Paimon found us. And guess what she did when she saw him? Yes, she screamed.
It took us quite some time to calm her down and I was able to convince her that he wasn't the unknown god. Asmoday seemed interested about who this 'unknown god' was and I had to explain the whole story to both of them.
*One explanation later*
"So, you're telling me that your sister almost killed someone because he looked suspicious?" Paimon asked looking a bit shaken.
"Y-yes" I managed to reply before she started screaming.
"AHHHHH! PLEASE DON'T KILL PAIMON, PAIMON'S NOT GOING TO FIGHT YOU. PLEASE PAIMON WILL BE A GOOD TRAVEL GUIDE!!!" she hid behind Asmoday which got a silent laugh from him.
"HEY! WHAT ARE YOU LAUGHING ABOUT? WAIT! DON'T IGNORE PAIMON YOU WIERDO!!! AHHHH..."
Her volume made both of us cringe as she tried eating Asmoday's wings, while calling him an overgrown chicken.
"Hey Paimon? Don't you think you eating him would be cannibalism? I mean, it looks like you're both related." I asked while I tried hiding my laughter.
"Uwaaa! Paimon is sorry Asmoday. Please don't try to eat Paimon"
This was too much. They were fighting like siblings!
"Pff" I tried to hide it but ended up laughing
"Hey!" both of them turned towards me and tackled me as all of us started laughing.
After many days, this would be the first time I wasn't thinking about Lumine.

(Y/N) POV -
"Hey you, you're finally awake"
I woke my self by making a meme reference in my head....again.... LIKE HOW DOES THAT EVEN WORK!!!
I quickly noticed that something was wrong. Everything looked weird.....I couldn't see from my right eye....
"AAHHH MY EYE! AND MY ARM!!! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ME!!!"
Before I could try to remember anything else the pain finally settled in.
"It hurts....so much"
I couldn't move my body and just sat in a corner, crying. It hadn't been long when I heard footsteps. A blonde haired boy stood there looking at me. I couldn't do anything as he ran towards me and...... hugged me? Who was he and why did he feel so familiar?
We sat like that for a few minutes as the pain slowly faded away and I finally started to remember thing. I got isekaied, his sister almost killed me and that I have amnesia now. I was scared at first thinking that he would try to kill me just like her but he didn't seem to be doing that. I'm pretty sure that he healed me, or at least eased the pain. As we separated I tried to thank him but nothing came out. Oh god, oh no. I couldn't speak! He noticed it too as I started crying. He didn't try to comfort me this time. I'm pretty sure he was feeling guilty about what his sister did so he left me alone to calm down. He didn't return for a few hours so I started exploring the cave when I noticed that I was wearing pretty fancy clothes. As I checked out my new clothes, I saw a piece of paper in my pocket.
"Hello there my little savior it's me, ya girl (: The 'unknown god' as your friend likes to call me. I'm pretty sure you're confused as fuck about what happened but I don't have much time. To summaries it, you randomly popped into existence in my home. The outlanders thought that you were the one who killed a nation and not me :P So they stabbed you with a sword that was made to kill me. This helped me to survive and I will be repaying my debt by making sure you stay alive. Your body lost a lot of blood so I swapped it with my cubes. Don't try to stab yourself just to confirm my statement. (Something tells me that you would do that :/) The cubes will absorb the nearest organic matter to heal you. Apparently you had a pretty decent regenerative power but it's useless against poison. I also gave you access to my dimensional storage. Just swipe you hand in air while trying to imagine that you are opening a portal. I have kept your visions in there. How you got them? I have no idea. The storage also has some materials for any weapon you might want to make. Adios~
PS : Apparently you have wings. How you never noticed them is beyond me. Also I might have nerfed you a bit :D"
What the hell did I just read!!! And what did she mean by I have win-
"HOLY SHIT! I HAVE WINGS!!! Now about that storage...."
You swipe your hands and a star shaped portal opens. You put your hand inside it and a mask and some weird materials drop and a golden skull. You place the materials back and throw the letter in there closing the portal.
The skull had a purple and red orb fixed in it's eyes. Is this the vision thingy?
"Seems useful", you thought as to attached it to a lower pocket in your clothes.
"Now what's up with this mask? The letter didn't say anything"
You put on the mask just in time for Aether to arrive.
You notice him and point at your wings like that one Tik-Toker who randomly blew up.
"Good for you buddy" he replied which caught me off guard. I could understand him?
I tried to sign and request him to repeat what he just said but it was pretty much impossible with one hand. Also the fact that I didn't know shit about sign language didn't help but he understood the message. As he repeated I took off the mask half way and what he was saying turned into a weird language.

I nodded.

I pointed at the mask, taking it off and putting it back on repeatedly hoping he would get the message.

I nodded happily and we tried having a conversation. I answered some question with a simple nod or by shaking my head. When he asked if my name was Asmoday I had no idea about how to respond. I didn't remember anything about myself and apparently he thought it was my name because he heard me say it during our fight. Well we didn't have anything else to call me so we agreed to Asmoday. Before we could try to talk more a weird floating fairy saw us and started screaming bloodymurder.
We managed to calm her down and Aether told her that I wasn't the 'unknown god'. That title again. Just who is she supposed to be? Aether noticed my curiosity and told both of us the complete story......
Dam, turns out I got defeated pretty easily. Paimon on the other hand looked pretty scared. Also Aether said that I look really similar to Paimon and the unknown god. I wonder why he thought that? Last time I checked I looked pretty different. I didn't get much time as Paimon quickly hid behind me and started screaming.

"HEY! WHAT ARE YOU LAUGHING ABOUT? WAIT! DON'T IGNORE PAIMON YOU WIERDO!!! AHHHH..."
Her volume made both of us cringe as she tried eating my wings, while calling me an overgrown chicken.
"The fucking audacity of this emergency food to call me a chicken...wait... why did my brain remember stupid meme references not my my name!!!!"
"Hey Paimon? Don't you think you eating him would be cannibalism? I mean, it looks like you're both related." Aether asked.
"Uwaaa! Paimon is sorry Asmoday. Please don't try to eat Paimon"
"Awww, that was surprisingly wholesome"
"Pff" Aether ended up laughing
"Hey!" both of us turned towards him and tackled him as all of us started laughing.
Perhaps this world wasn't half bad after all....
