Stefan is sitting in a chair, calling Klaus. Klaus quickly picks the phone up and speaks.
"Portland is fantastic once you can get over all the whiney music and healthy-looking people. It's literally a breeding ground for werewolves." Klaus says
Stefan gets straight to the point. "You're father's dead."
Klaus stops walking. "What did you say to me?"
"Oh, my mistake. Not your actual father, and not dead. Mikael." Stefan looks down at the body. "Daggered. What do you want me to do with the body?"
Klaus knew what was happening as Rebekah called him earlier and told them what the gang was doing. So he played along. "Well, first, I want you to explain to me exactly what happened."
One hour earlier
"Alright right, we'll say that Mikael followed Elena in here. He tried to grab her so he could use her as bait." Stefan says
"And you what, vervained him?" Elena asks
Damon shakes his head. "No, we vervained him. The guy's an original make it realistic."
"Ok, fine. We vervained him. And in the process discovered that he had a dagger." Stefan says
"Which he planned to use on Rebekah. But instead-,"
Stefan finishes Elena thought. "We drove it through his heart."
"And what happens when he asks to see Mikael's body?" Elena asks
"Good point. You, my brother, have been compelled to do that Klaus says. So if the idea is to lure him back here and kill him, the last thing we need is you getting tripped up and tongue tied." Damon says
"Well don't look at me. I'm just in charged of getting him back here."
"Klaus is smart. If we tell him that Mikael's dead he'll want proof." Elena tells them
Mikael walks in. "Then I shall be dead."
Stefan and Elena walk over to him as he takes out the dagger and white oak ashes.
"What if he wants to see in person?" Elena asks Mikael
"Well it means our plans is working. Klaus will absolutely want to see my body. You lure him here and I will kill him alongside his mate." Mikael explains
"With what? Those daggers won't work on him. And we said Klaus not Natalie." Stefan tells him
"Well, I'm in possession of a stake fashioned from the wood of the ancient white oak tree. The one that left these ashes when it burned. And with the soulmate bond, there souls combined so kill one, you kill the other." Mikael explains
Damon speaks up. "Where is it?"
Mikael picks the dagger and dips it in the bottle. "Not here. Knowing it's location is my insurance policy."
"Against what?" Stefan asks
"You leaving this in my heart. You see, a vampire can't dagger an original without dying. So... it falls to you." He hands the dagger to Elena.
Elena looks surprised. "You want me to actually dagger you?"
"Klaus will leave nothing to chance. Especially when it comes to trust." Mikael tells her
Now
"I want to see him. I want to see his rotting body for myself." Klaus says getting angry
Stefan looks down at Stefan body and then stands. "Well, he's here. Come by whenever."
"If you're lying to me Stefan your compulsion will expose you. So answer with your life. Is what you're saying the truth?" Klaus asks
Stefan watches as Elena daggers Mikael. He falls to the ground. "It's true. I saw it with my own eyes."
"I want to talk to Rebekah." Klaus states
"That's not a problem. She's right here." He hands the phone to Rebekah.
"Hello, Nik." Rebekah greets
"Rebekah, love. What's this I hear about Mikael's run-in with a dagger?" Klaus asks
"It's true. He's finally out of our lives for good. I miss you. I'm miserable here. Well Natalie makes it somewhat better." Rebekah tells him
"I'll be home soon." He tells her
"Good. I'll see you then, brother."
Klaus hangs up the phone.
"He bought it. He's coming home." Rebekah turns and leave.
"Now was that easy or what?" Damon says
"Let's just get this over with." Elena gets on her knees and puts both of her hand in the dagger. She pulls it's out.

Natalie was currently in her bed when she hears her phone ring. She gets it it and sees it's Klaus. "Yes Nik."
"I know their plans. I need you to come to the homecoming dance."
Natalie huffs. "Yea. No, im not going."
"Come on love. Please, I need you there."
"But why! I want to stay home in my comfortable bed and start watching Brooklyn 99."

"What?" He asks confused
"It's a cop show very funny definitely watching."
"Okay um I'll binge watch this Brooklyn 99 with you if you come."
"Tempting but No." she answers
He sighs. "We can watch any show and I will not complain. And I'll do whatever you want for the next month."
"Fine. I need to get Rebekah to help me choose a dress." She tells him.
"I'll see you there love."
"Yea, bye." She hangs up and calls Rebekah. "Bexs I need you're help."
"What's the problem?" She asks
Natalie sighs. "I need a homecoming dress."
"Well get ready. Im coming pick you up."
"Okay."
"Be there in 15." She hangs up. Natalie gets up and quickly showers. She grabs her undergarments and puts them on. She grabs a outfit and changes.
She brushes her teeth. She brushes her hair out. She checks and make sure a she good before grabbing her wallet , phone and keys.
She hears a honk out side and leaves the house locking the door behind her.
She gets in and smiles. "So how did this morning go?"
"Good. They believe that I'm on their side."
"That's good. Now let's go find me a dress."

They were currently at a dress shop. She had tried on many dresses and couldn't find one that fit her.
Rebekah was looking through a rack of dresses when she pulls one out. Rebekah thought it was perfect for Natalie. She definitely knew Klaus wouldn't be able to keep his hands or eyes off if her.
"Try this."
"I like this." She takes it and tries it on. She walks out to show Rebekah.
"This is the dress. Now shoes." Rebekah says
"Already covered."
"Alright lets pay."

They were at the Salvatore boarding house. She didn't trust Elena and Rebekah wasn't invited into her home so she had to get ready here.
Natalie just finished curling her hair.
She was now putting her dress and shoes on.
She didn't put much makeup on. She went with a natural look. She was now helping Rebekah getting ready.
She helped Rebekah curl her hair. After she was done Rebekah put her shoes on. They borh turned around as they heard someone speak.
"Getting a head start, huh?" Elena says standing in the door way.
"Embarrassing truth. This is my first high school dance." Rebekah confessed.
"Ever?" Elena asks
"I never really had time for high school before." Rebekah tells them.
"I'm going to go get something to drink." She walks out heels clicking as she walks. She opens their fridge and grabs a water. She closes it and sees Damon in front of her.
"Well don't you look gorgeous."
Natalie smiled. "I know right. Shows all my curves."
Damon laughs. "Why are you going to the dance."
"Bonnie. She doesn't have a date so I'm coming to the rescue." She smiled at Damon. That was a quick lie that she can come up with.
"I need to get back to Rebekah." She walks pass him but he grabs her wrist. She raises an eyebrow at him. She takes her wrist out his hand. "What?"
He shakes his head. "Nothing. Don't worry about it."
She nods and make her way upstairs. She walks in to see Elena behind Rebekah with a dagger in her back, apologizing to her.
"I'm so sorry. I can't leave anything to chance either."
Natalie speed and catches Rebekah and pulls the dagger out. Rebekah gasps as her skin turns back to normal. She turns to Elena with an angry look.
"Wow you are such a selfish bitch that you would dagger her and let her miss her first high school dance. You know if I die tonight I will haunt you and make you go crazy. I'm sure you know if Klaus die I die. I'm sure it's the other way around as well."
"We can't trust her. She could take Klaus side at any chance." Elena says
"Of course she would Elena! That's her brother. She'll love her brother no matter what. Now leave before I kill you."
"You wouldn't. Bonnie, Jeremy, Caroline, nor Jenna would forgive you."
"Your right but I can drain you of your blood hand it to Nik. Then I can either have you compel to be his personal blood bag or take his blood and turn you into something you don't want to be. A vampire. Then I can bite you and make sure Nik doesn't give you the cure."
She looks at Natalie before turning around and leaves. Rebekah looks at Natalie with a thankful look.
"Now let's leave before she tries to kill you. We can go eat cause I'm hungry. I can do with something spicy."

Natalie and Rebekah are at the grill looking at the menus. A waiter comes up to them to take their orders.
"Omg you guys look so beautiful. I wish I didn't have to work. I'll definitely be going to the dance. What can I get you guys?"
"Thank you. Can I have your spicy chicken sandwich and add jalapeños to it. For my drink I'll have a pink lemonade with a cup of ice on the side."
She writes down my order before turning to Rebekah.
"Oh uh I'll have a bacon cheeseburger with fries. I'll have the same drink as her."
"Okay I'll be right back with your drinks. And ice."
She smiles at them before leaving. Natalie phone rings and she sees it Klaus.
"Yes, Nik?"
"Change of planes. The dance is at the Tyler's."
"Okay. Me and bex are at the grill getting food. We'll be their soon." She answers.
"Okay love. See you soon." He hangs up and the waiter is back with their drinks.
"Okay 2 pink lemonades. And a cup of ice."
"Thank you."
She smiles and walks away.
Natalie sighs. "God I haven't had ice in a while."
Rebekah laughs. "You had some like 2 days ago."
"Yea 2 days to long."
Rebekah laughs again.
They chat until their food gets to them.
"Okay a bacon cheeseburger with fries and spicy chicken sandwich with jalapeños."
She sits the plates in front of the right person.
"I hope you enjoy." She leaves them to eat.
"God I'm so hungry." Natalie picks her sandwich up and takes a big bite. Rebekah looks at her with an amused look. Natalie notices.
"What?"
"Oh nothing just sometimes I think you love food more than anything." Rebekah smiles.
Natalie shrugs. "Well duh food is life. Klaus better get used to this cause I likes to eat."
She laughs. "I'm sure he wouldn't mind cooking for you."
"He can cook?" Natalie asks
"Yes he picked it up while living for 1000 years."
"Huh. He'll definitely be cooking because I can only cook eggs, noodles, party food. Oh I can cook cabbage with some fried chicken and cornbread. Learned from dad, he's an excellent cook. But that's the only things."
"Cabbage?" Rebekah asks
"Oh god. We're cooking it together."
"Okay."
They both eat and when their done Natalie goes home to brush her teeth again. They both go to the Lockwood home.

They make their way inside the home. She looks a all of the people here. She hears a live band in the back yard. They both make their way outside.
They see the band playing outside. Everyone claps as they see Klaus in the stage. "Good evening everyone! I want to thank you all for being here with me to celebrate."
Everyone cheers and clap. "It's been a long time coming."
He looks at Stefan before his eyes find Natalie. He smiles at her.

Klaus makes his way to Natalie who is dancing to the music. "Hello love."
She turns when she hears his voice."Nik! Well don't you clean up nice."
He looks her up and down. "Well you look ravishing."
"Why thank you. Come dance with me." She wraps her arms around his neck as his hands go to her waist. They dance to the upbeat music. Not caring that his father could be here.
He was enjoying his time with his soulmate. "Be careful Nik. I don't want to die to quick. I would like to live my life with you instead of dying early."
"I'll be careful love. Matter of fact stay by me so Mikael won't use you as bait." She nods. They continue to dance with each other and the song changes.

Natalie is on side of Klaus as he plays beer pong when one of his hybrids come up to them. "You have a visitor."
"Well, tell my visitor I'm on the brink of victory here." Klaus says throwing the ping pong ball making it in the cup.
"He said his name is Mikael."
Natalie feels Klaus tense. He throws the ball in the last cup and turns to the hybrid.
"Then we mustn't keep him waiting. Move everyone out back. I'm going to have a little chat with my dad." He takes a sip from his drink and leaves taking Natalie hand and speaking to one of the hybrids on his way.
"Tony, you know what to do." Klaus and Natalie stand in front of the door in front of Mikael.
"Hello, Niklaus." Mikael said with distaste.
"Hello Mikael. Won't you come in? Oh that's right I forgot, you can't."
"Or you can come outside if you want." Mikael says
He looks at his hybrids then back at Mikael. "Or I can watch my hybrids tear you limb from limb."
"They can't kill me."
"True, but it'll make a hell of a party game. All I have to do is run these 2 fingers together, and they'll pounce." Klaus tells him.
"The big bad wolf. You haven't changed. Still hiding behind your playthings like a coward. You only forget. They may be sited by you, but they're still part vampire. And they can be compelled by me."
One of the hybrids come out and push "Elena" in Mikael's arm. Another pushes Natalie out of the house making her fall into Mikael.
He grabs her hands and tighten his hand on her wrist making her wince.
Klaus quickly kills the vampire before he can touch him. He turns back to his father his eyes landing on Natalie.

"Come out and face me, Niklaus. Or they both die."
He looks at Natalie. 'Don't show him your weak.' She mouths.
"Go ahead. Kill them."
"No, Klaus. He'll do it. " Katherine cries.
"If she dies. This lot will be the last of your abomination. If she dies, no one will ever care for you." Mikael tells Klaus.
"I don't need them. I just need to be rid of you." Klaus says to Mikael
"To what end, Niklaus? So you can live forever with no one at your side? Nobody cares about you anymore, boy!"
Rebekah makes her appearance by her brother. "Don't listen to him Nik. I still care for you."
"Look at me Nik." He looks at her. "I care about you. Don't listen to anything he says. You have me and Rebekah. Even your family."
"Shut up! Who do you have other than those who are loyal to you by force." Mikael yells
"He has me and Rebekah. And his hybrids are not forced." Natalie says to Mikael
"I'm calling your bluff, Mikael. Kill them."
"Come outside as face me, you little coward. And I won't have to." Mikael laughs
"My whole life you've underestimated me. If you kill them you lose your leverage. So go ahead. Go on. Kill them. Come on, old man. Kill them. Kill them!" Klaus yells.
Mikael chuckles. "Your impulse, Niklaus. It has and will forever be the one thing that keeps you from truly being great."
Mikael stabs Katherine and throws her body in the ground. He goes to bite Natalie in the neck but her she lites Mikael's hand on fire causing him to let her go.
"Motus." He flies back. "Phasmatos Morsinus Pyrox Allum" he groans as Natalie makes the pain stronger.
She gets distracted when she feels pain. She looks back to see Damon stabbing Klaus in the back. Keeping her focus on mikael she pushes Damon away from Klaus.
Klaus grabs the white oak and rushes to mikael and stabs him in the heart, killing him.
Natalie sighs and falls out of exhaustion but Klaus catches her before she falls. She was just tired and ready to sleep.
"It's okay love. I got you." He picks her up bridal style and lays her had on his shoulder. She wrapped her arms around her neck.
Rebekah walk next to Klaus to see there father dead. The three leave but Klaus stops when he sees Bonnie.
"Is she okay?" Bonnie asks concerned.
Klaus nods. "She okay just tired. Are you going to be okay. You can stay with us."
Bonnie smiles. "I'll be okay. Just get Natalie to bed. I'll call her tomorrow."
Klaus nods. "Come one I'll bring you home. I think Natalie would definitely hurt me if you weren't safe at home."
She nods and follow them to the car.

Natalie and Klaus were in bed. She was fast asleep in one of Klaus shirts and shorts. It was time to wake his siblings up which he was going to do tomorrow morning.

Not really a cliffhanger just want to stop it because this chapter as 3000 words😅 I updated while my head hurts so here you guys go I pushed through the pain so you can have a chapter.
I'm gonna start on the next chapter tomorrow probably if I write anymore my head will get worse😕
