After learning how to run, Jeonsan liked to run all over the place.
Xin Lisa followed behind him to watch over him, and she felt her back aching after the day.
At night when Jungkook held her and was intimate with her, Xin Lisa avoided it and said, “I’m tired, can you let me have a good sleep tonight?”
Jungkook didn’t understand. She was at home resting all day, so how could she be tired? But when he asked, he found out it was related to that little brat Jeonsan. The next day, he said to her, “I’ll watch the kid so you rest.”
Xin Lisa thought about her own heavy workload from Monday and nodded, saying to him reassuredly. “I’ll leave the child to you, then.”
“Yeah, go sleep.”
Xin Lisa nodded and went back into the room. But she didn’t have a very restful sleep either. She woke up in less than an hour. She got up and headed downstairs only to find Jeonsan sitting in the middle of the living room with a big pile of toys around him.
Xin Lisa took a look at Jeonsan who was wearing a red short-sleeved shirt arranging toy car after toy car in a serious manner. Smiling, she called out to him, “Sannie?”
“Mommy! Mommy!” When Jeonsan saw her coming downstairs, he waved the toy car in his hands excitedly. “Car, mommy! Car!”
Xin Lisa smiled at him. “Mommy knows, Sannie. Go ahead and play.”
Jeonsan looked at her, then at Jungkook. After giving them a sweet smile, he continued arranging his toy cars.
When Xin Lisa saw Jungkook sitting on the sofa looking at his laptop. When she sat down next to him, Jungkook put his laptop back on the table.
Xin Lisa laid quietly in his arms while Jungkook reached his arms over her shoulders and holding her other hand, playing with it in his hands.
Xin Lisa quickly turned to look at Jeonsan. Seeing him with his back towards her focused on his toys, she couldn’t help but feel relieved.
Jungkook joked, “It’s not like you’re doing something sneaky, what are you being so tense for?”
Xin Lisa looked up at him and whispered, “The kid is still around! Shh!”
Jungkook chuckled. “It’s not like we’re doing anything. I’m just holding you.”
“Hm? And what is your hand doing?” Xin Lisa grabbed his hand that was making its way up her clothes and constantly causing trouble.
Being seen through, Jungkook lowered his head and gave her a deep kiss before chuckling, “Give me a kiss, then.”
“Hey!”
Can’t we have a proper talk anymore?
After he was done kissing her, Xin Lisa temporarily felt relieved since it didn’t seem like he was going to continue. Curling up in his arms, she asked, “So how did you get him to sit there and play by himself obediently?”
Jungkook didn’t think much of it. “If I don’t let him play by himself, did you want me to chase around him the whole day just like you?”
His words really were…piercing.
Xin Lisa was unhappy. “He likes to run around! What am I going to do if he hurts himself if I don’t follow him?”
Jungkook looked at her. “Heh, so anything is fine as long as you’re pampering the child, hm?”
“Of course!”
Jungkook was slightly dissatisfied. “Even if you love him, you can’t pamper him too much. He’ll be spoiled sooner or later!”
Xin Lisa said, “I know when to stop.”
Jungkook was not fully convinced. Then, he said, “We’ll see how it goes.”
Xin Lisa, “…”
She couldn’t match him in the speech game, so she hit him with the pillow beside her instead.
Jungkook was completely mystified at being hit, so he pressed her down on the sofa and tickled her. And how could Xin Lisa bear it? She quickly admitted her wrong and called for mercy.
“You want me to let you go? Maybe in your next life!”
