So last night, around 3am, I woke up and I couldn't sleep until almost 4am. It was super annoying especially because of school the next day (today). When I woke up I also kept having random bouts (Idk if that's the word or spelling so pls excuse it if its not.) Of extreme paranoia. It felt like someone was watching me it was both annoying and slightly comforting for some reason.
