CHAE BYEOL
"What are you bringing? Bricks?"
My brother groaned as he brought my suitcase out the car.
"I thought you have been working out?"
I teased.
"Of course, look!"
He brought up his sleeve and flexed his arm.
"Stop!"
I grabbed his arm to prevent others from seeing his gummy arm.
"Okay, so you know no drugs, no alcohol, no se-"
I widened my eyes and smacked him to stop him from continuing.
"I don't wanna hear that from my brother please."
I felt a chill run down my spine at the thought.
"Well, just stay safe and make sure you heart doesn't freak out."
I grabbed my suitcase and waved at him as I walked away.
I walked on to the field and saw our group of friends. Soo-ah and Tae Hoon were matching and taking couple pictures.
"You guys never disappoint."
I said once I was in front of them.
Soo-ah stuck out her tongue and continued to pose as Jugyeong took the picture.
I saw Seojun walk and pat Jugyeong on her shoulder.
"Are you guys also going out?"
Tae Hoon asked.
"Did you guys wear matching outfits to announce you guys are a couple?"
Soo-Ah spoke, I looked and saw they were both wearings stripes.
"No way."
Jugyeong quickly denied.
"Jugyeong, I feel like that's what you had in mind. Did you want to be my girlfriend that badly? How about we date?"
Seojun smirked at Jugyeong. I put on a smile on my face despite the feeling in my stomach.
"Oh, Byeol and Sooho too! What's with you guys?!"
Soo-Ah smiled, I looked at Sooho and saw him wearing a brown coat like mines.
Everyone turned and looked between us. I pulled my coat tighter around me from all the stares.
I looked at Sooho expecting him to say something but he just stared at Seojun with a slight smirk. I looked at Seojun who had his resting bitch face on.
"It's a coincidence, don't worry guys."
I said to break the silence. Soo-Ah poked my sides in a teasing manner.

I walked up on the bus looking for a seat. Sooho was next to Soojin and Jugyeong was next to Seojun.
I heard people chanting from the back.
"Go on a date! Go on a date!"
I assumed they were talking about Seojun and Jugyeong.
"Soojin! You should let Byeol and Sooho sit together."
Hyun-Kyu said and the bus roared with 'ooooooo'.
Soojin looked up to me and I just shook my head. I took a seat near the front of the bus.
Atleast I brought my ear buds.
I put them in and let the world around me fade out.

Once we arrived, we were told to go to our tents and unpack. I walked to Sooho who was just staring at our friends taking a picture aka staring at Jugyeong
"Can you be any more obvious?"
I bumped his shoulder.
"I have a plan okay?"
"Yea right, you should talk more and stare less."
I patted his shoulder and caught up to Jugyeong.
Soojin, Soo-ah, Jugyeong and myself all sat in the tent, unpacking.
"What's the microphone for?"
I asked Soo-ah who had a pink microphone.
"So we could have a fun night!"
She proceeded to sing a part of Amor Fati.
I laughed and she waved her hands.
"I've never slept in a tent before."
Jugyeong spoke.
"I haven't done this in a while either. The last time I went was with Sooho's family when we were little."
Soojin said.
"Oh right, I remembered the stories you guys used to tell me."
I laughed at the memory.
"You guys and Sooho must've been close to him."
Jugyeong said.
"I only known him for a few years but it sure does feel like forever."
Soo-ah suddenly patted her bag, getting our attention.
"This girl from class 6 apparently asked Sooho out. But he rejected her saying he likes someone else."
I tried not the laugh as I remembered that day.
"He likes someone?"
Jugyeong asked.
"Don't you think it could be Byeol?"
Soo-Ah teased. I rolled my eyes at her.
"Are you kidding me? He probably just lied about liking someone."
I disagreed immediately.
"Everyone always assumed you were. Plus with the matching outfits, I think you guys look cute together. Have you really never liked him?"
Soo-Ah continued, I just laughed at her statement.
If only they knew.
"Stop saying crazy things."
I threw a random piece of clothing at Soo-Ah's face. She gasped and dramatically fell back.

We stood on a hill, most people were taking pictures with selfie sticks. I just stood back and laughed at Jugyeong running around like a mad man.
I feel a presence next to me, I saw it was Sooho staring again.
"You're scaring her."
I said.
"Shut up."
I gasped and proceeded to smack his shoulder. He winced, I didn't even hit him that hard.
"Everyone gather around, let's take a group picture!"
Mr. Han spoke. I went to walk but Sooho held me back.
"Don't leave me alone."
He said coldly, which was kind of ironic from the warm hearted action he was doing.
"Do I look like your mother?"
I snapped at him and he rolled his eyes.
"Sooho and Byeol, come join!"
Mr. Han said to us. Sooho was about to decline but I dragged him to the group. We all posed for the picture. I assumed Sooho just stood there
"Mr. Han lets take a photo of the couple right here."
Soo-ah pointed to Jugyeong. Everyone suddenly all came together, squeezing Jugyeong and Seojun together in the middle. Sooho and I stayed at the side watching the scene unfold.
"Hey! Who's dating in school?"
The principal yelled. Everyone pointed to the two.
"I better not catch you two."
The principal said and Mr. Han asked him to move out the way. The group posed, Seojun making bunny ears over Jugyeong's head. I didn't realized I sighed loudly.
"What's wrong with you?"
Sooho looked at me.
"O-Oh nothing, just tired."
I fake yawned so he would believe me.
"Are you guys really a couple?"
I looked towards the commotion. They were targeting the two again.
"Guys, they're dating!"
"No we're not. Hurry up and take off your clothes."
Jugyeong tried to deny.
"Why are you trying to take off my clothes? You're so weird."
I couldn't help but laugh at how Seojun was running away.
"I am going to kill him."
Sooho breathed out.
"Hey it isn't your fault you haven't stuck your ground."
"That's funny coming from you."
I turned to him confused.
"What do you mean?"
"You like Seojun. You haven't stuck your ground either."
I glared at him for second.
Is it that obvious?
"I do not. I can clearly tell he likes Jugyeong why would I do that to myself."
He patted my shoulder.
"You can't choose who you like Byeol."
He walked away, leaving me standing there.

Another chapter aye aye! We getting juicy in here 👀 but I wanted to get your attention down here because I have a question about another book I am working on.
So I am making a penthouse book and I wanted to ask if I should make 3 separate books (1 for each season) or just one big one?
I just wanted a second opinion before I start working fully on it. Okay that's all, see you guys in the next update!
