"ZAAAAAAYN!"
Zayn laughed and hugged Aisha when she ran over to him
He smiled and she giggled "I missed you!"
"Me too.. But you know work keeps me busy"
Aisha rolled her eyes "Yeah, busy being a hero. All that useless stuff"
Zayn chuckled "Where did you get all the sass from? Mama and baba wouldn't slapped the back of my head"
Aisha shrugged "They love me"
"We love you both equally"
Zayn smiled "Hi mama"
"How've you been Zayn?"
Zayn shrugged "I'm alright" He looked at Aisha who was trying to climb the side of his leg while holding his hand "What are you doing kid?!"
Aisha laughed and then let go of Zayn's hand and wrapped herself around his leg
"Can you turn me into a monkey?"
"N-No... I don't... Think so"
"MAMA. MONKEY"
"Aisha! Let your brother go and come here"
Aisha pouted "No! I barely see hiiiim"
"Hello!"
Aisha let go of Zayn's leg and turned around
"JULIA!"

Zayn was in the kitchen cooking with his mum
"When will Liam be here?"
Zayn looked at his watch then went back to cooking "In an hour maybe... He's spending sometime with Dylan and Niall"
"How are they?"
Zayn smiled "Good. They just came back from their honeymoon."
"Theyre absolutely lovely... What about Louis?"
"Well... He moved closer to Harry so I think that's-"
"LIAM!" "Hi bubba!"
Zayn smiled and looked at his mum who nodded with a smile "Go"
Zayn walked out of the kitchen and saw Liam hugging both girls by the open door
"Ok you both go away"
Aisha gave Zayn an offended look as Julia dragged her into the living room
"Hey babes"
Liam smiled, Zayn walked over to him and put his hand on Liams hips before they kissed
"Come in"
Liam sighed "I can't..."
"Why?"
"Wren won't come in..." Liam whispered
Zayn furrowed his brows and whispered "Why?"
"She doesn't believe that you're here..."
Zayn blinked "WREN!"
A little head poked in from behind a wall beside liam
She smiled when she saw zayn and ran towards him and he picked her up
"What did I say about giving dad a hard time?"
"It's a nono..."
"And what did you do?"
"A nono... But he didn't get me nuggets!"
"I did get you nuggets! You ate them with Niall"
"Oh..."
Zayn looked at Liam "You got her so obsessed with nuggets"
"It was either nuggets or the park..." liam sighed putting his hand on his hips
Zayn put wren down and she hugged liams leg before he picked her up
"Sorry dad..."
Liam smiled "Go to grandma." liam said kissing her cheek
She pouted "But I wanna be with you and baba..."
"We'll be right there Wren"
She nodded and Liam put her down, she walked into the kitchen and was pulled into a hug by Aisha and Julia
"You ok?"
Liam sighed and nodded "Work was exhausting..." Liam mumbled and smiled when Zayn hugged him
"How about a bath when we get home yeah? I'll stay with Wren, read a book and watch a few movies"
Liam gave Zayn a weak smile "You're a surgeon... I should be doing that kind of treatment for you"
Zayn smiled "You do when I need it, let me do this for you. Yeah?"
Liam nodded "Ok..."

Liam smiled watching Wren run around with Julia and Aisha
"Enjoying her being young?"
Liam nodded "Julia and Aisha as well... It's like just yesterday I was walking out of the cinema and dad called me saying you're in labor. I arrive and he fainted on the floor while you were kicking him and calling him a 'fucking useless bitch'... And little A was born early and needed to be taken to the NICU and the next day you said-"
"Go to my future son in law before I hit you with this weakarse hospital slipper" she said with a chuckle "I called it"
Liam smiled and nodded "You did..." he looked back at Zayn who was talking to his dad then looked back at his mum
"You know Liam... when you were younger you told me you loved Zayn so much you wanted to marry him... I hope little you knows that you made his marriage dreams come true"
Liam chuckled "I think he knows"
"You're a dad now... And... Oh my god you've grown so fast..."
Liam frowned and turned to his mum, he hugged her tightly and she hugged him back
"You have Julia mumma... She has a long way to go, I'm pretty sure Wren would much rather spend her weekends around all of her grandparents than around her parents"
"Wren is lucky Liam... She's lucky and absolutely lovely. And we all love her"
Liam smiled and looked out the window where Wren was now being pushed on the swings "I'm sure she knows..."

"Baba" Zayn hummed "I call you baba right?" Zayn hummed again "But why do you call me baba?"
Zayn opened his mouth to respond before he closed it, he turned to wren who was looking back at him
"Bed time" He said standing up and she giggled
"Baba! You can't always say its bedtime when you can't answer my question"
"Yes I can! Bed time!"
"Will you and dad be home tomorrow?"
Zayn smiled and nodded "Yep, tomorrow we will be home with you all day"
"Booo! I wanted to see Dylan and Niall!"
"Alright go to bed!"

"Our daughters got style"
Liam looked at Zayn and raised an eyebrow "You doubted it? Her first gift outfit was gucci?!"
Zayn chuckled "Louis says we should frame it"
"We should! For a thing she wore 2 times then grew out of, we should've framed it in he bedroom and said 'Hey, when you were first born your uncle Harry got so crazy that he decided to splurg on gucci and got you a button down that's worth 3 times your university tuition"
Zayn rubbed up and down liams back while laughing "At least she isn't a spoiled brat... We taught her right"
Liam smiled and nodded "Yeah,that's true"
Let's back track for a bit...
After liam finished his senior year, he got into law school and for the next 4 years he studied hard until he got his degree, Zayn finished a year before him and 1 year after they were both done, Zayn proposed
Liam said yes and they did!
It was a small wedding, enjoyable and lovely!
A year after they decided to adopt wren, Zayn was actually the first to see her
He just walked out of an exhausting surgery when his eyes met hers
He stopped and asked the nurse what happened
The nurse said the mother didn't want the little one and after naming the little girl she ran out of the hospital leaving a note, they were waiting for the adoption agency to arrive and take her but Zayn cut in and asked if he could hold her
Liam was coming to pick him up that day when he saw Zayn holding the little baby
He froze and they both made eye contact and it was an agreement between both men that they found out what was missing from their family
Now 4 years later, their little curly baby is all grown up. It's their little life and its perfect the way it is
