Biting back an array of insults you wanted to hurl towards the blond he seemed to just simply smile at your silence, the list of things you could currently do was gradually becoming shorter with your lack of hamon abilities and lack of any enhancements.

"Hamon? Is that what it's called? That little breathing trick?" Moving his gaze away from where the group stood below and towards where you were stiffly standing he let out a hum returning his attention forward. "Well if you want to huff and puff..." The ground beneath your feet began to shake once more much like when the zombies initially appeared leading you to assume that another thing was coming. "Then you should trumpet a fanfare in my honor! Tarukus! Black knight Blueford! This fight is beneath me. Arise! Make their screams a fanfare dedicated to me!"

A chunk of rock beneath Jonathan began to rise up from the ground before two figures emerged, "In the 16th century, an ill-fated queen was slain by Elizabeth I. You, fierce knights who served Queen Mary Stuart! Settle this! I leave the extermination of these pests to you! Enjoy."

"Be careful JoJo!" Calling out despite knowing that there was a small chance your words went heard your eyes honed in on the scene below, your arm had begun to grow numb from the tight hold of Dio but at this point, it was the least of your worries.

"Every Englishman knows the legendary knights Tarukus and Blueford. Even history bows to my will! Going on afterward to tell the tale of the two knights Dio's expression twisted up into a crazed grin. "And the story of their delusion gave me goosebumps. These legendary heroes cursed the world. I dug them up and gave them life! I turned them into unstoppable revenants!"

After finishing up with what he'd been saying Dio turned his head glancing towards where you stood, his smile faltered upon doing so seeing that your attention was fully focused on the group below as opposed to being focused on him. Maneuvering in place his free hand wasted no time in curling beneath your face, taking your chin into his palm, fingers slightly smushing your cheeks in the process before using this new leverage to turn your head towards him.

"And here I was under the impression that I was the main focus. But alas it was that pathetic man down there." A sort of warning squeeze was given before he observed the way your attention waned, wanting to go back to the fight below. "You know I don't like you looking at other men, not when I'm right here." It had seemed like there was more he wanted to add before being called by one of the knights below.

"Lord Dio, this young man had a great deal of spirit! I ask for the pleasure of drawing the curtains on his life!"

"As you will." Waving off the knight with ease Dio's focus returned to where you were, nearly letting out a laugh at how pathetic your attempts to slip out of his hold were. "Is it so bad to be in my arms again? You certainly didn't mind back at home." Moving to lean in closer he practically purred out the words, exposed long canines shining in the moonlight as he did so.

"Yeah- well that was before you turned into an evil creature of the night."Biting back with that it didn't seem like your words did much to affect the blond, only succeeding in drawing out a laugh.

Releasing his grip on your face the blond stood back up peering towards the battle below, an announcement soon after left his lips. "My supervision is no longer needed here. I will now turn Wind Knights lot into a town of zombies! Just one more night, then they will spread through England like a plague!"

Tugging the arm he'd been holding onto Dio wasted no time in curling the other around you leaning back till he'd fully tipped off the rock pillar. A feeling of satisfaction followed after the initial tip having felt you grip the fabric of his attire in reaction to the sudden movement, although he wouldn't have let you fall regardless.

Through a blur of colour and feeling of wind, everything settled into a stillness.

Cracking open an eye from instinctually closing them, they struggled to adjust to the area's lack of light only being able to find a singular lit candle in the corner of the space. There was no grip around your arm this time allowing you to test out the limb moving your fingers.

"Where..." The word fell from your lips without much thought and you couldn't help but remain puzzled. Mere seconds ago you were out in the open watching Jonathan fight some zombie knights with Dio squishing your face- and the next some random dark room?

A huff left your lips and begrudgingly you extended out your arms stepping forward in the direction of the lonely lit candle, the flame of which honestly looked a bit pathetic but it was better than nothing. Reaching out and picking up the item in question you felt relieved that it was something tangible, things were weird enough as is and the idea that it was fake crossed your mind a few times.

Oddly enough the candles stand was as cold as ice, the metal practically had frost coating it, "What?" Knitting your brows together in confusion you turned in place only to nearly jump out of your skin as a face was illuminated by the light for a second before it was blown out.

A deep chuckle bounced off the room's walls in response to your jump and the man in question couldn't help but trail around where you stood inevitably coming to stand behind you without your knowledge. but oh he knew you knew he was there.

"What's got you so shaken? You know I wouldn't hurt a single hair on that pretty head of yours." Leaning over your shoulder the blond cooed out each word, each breath he released contrasted against the room's cool temperature as it brushed against your exposed skin.

"Well, it could be that I jumped into the river to cross it. You saw that didn't you?" Not wanting to admit that he scared the ever living daylight out of you, your lips pressed themselves into a line. You still didn't quite understand how the two of you had changed locations so quickly but you weren't about to divulge into what abilities the blond had just yet.

"Ah yes, a very quick reaction in comparison to your comrades. I must commend you on that," Drawing out the end of his sentence Dio's arms crept forward coming to curl beneath your crossed arms bringing you close enough so that he could feel the warmth your body radiated in contrast to his lack of. "But I suppose you're wondering what is to happen as of now?"

With a deep intake, the side of Dio's face trailed itself across the skin on your neck, "I, have decided that if I am to make this world anew that I'd need someone by my side, and who better then you my dear?" After each word he gradually drew higher till the last three words were uttered into the shell of your ear.

"And what if I decline?" Your response merely drew out a loud laugh, enough so that you could feel the vibrations through your own body having been pressed up against his chest.

"Aw, how cute. You think that was a question." Settling down from his fit of laughter Dio's eyes narrowed even if the action went unseen to you. "You are going to be by my side." Unlike before there was a raspiness to these words, close to a growl before a noise of surprise left your lips feeling the man's teeth briefly nip at the skin of your ear.

"JoJo and the others are going to defeat you. I hope you know that." Boldly stating that you held your breath hearing a lack of response from the man. You had faith that the others could defeat him but there was another part of you that worried over what else the blond planned.

"Ah, but can they really? You have such faith in that trio." Cooing that out he could feel you shift a bit perhaps trying to see how tight his hold was. "A real shame that they can't be here now to hear how loud I can make your heart pound or how much noise I can get you to make."

Feeling his cheek slid back down the length of your neck your heart did indeed begin thumping loudly against your ribcage and it was only when the blond pulled back slightly did you take a chance throwing your head back knocking it into his own.

Unwinding his arms from around you Dio instinctually raised a hand rubbing the side of his face, his eyes were closed in some sort of exasperated manner but there was a certain thrill at the prospect of a game of cat and mouse.

Despite what you assumed the blond could see perfectly well in the dark and even enjoyed the sight of you stumbling around blindly before inevitably coming across the room's door, your fingers wrapped around the handle ripping it open in an instant.

"Dear sweet (Y/N), when I catch you- there'll be no other choice but to comply."

Hearing the tail end of what he was saying it didn't register properly in your head till the door opening back up sounded. With your mind in high gear and legs moving as quick as they could you darted down the darkened hallway praying that there would be some sort of exit.

With a few more twists and turns, you could begin to feel your lungs burn from each intake and outtake of air, the initial darkness that the hallway contained gradually became clearer as windows began lining the sides. Taking a pause your eyes trailed past the clear glass finding that the building you were currently in was quite aways away from the main town and was quite high up.

"How am I even. . ."Cutting yourself off, your ears caught the deafening sound of a door slamming, something that sounded too close for comfort in your books. Taking in a breath you urged your legs to begin moving eventually returning to the quick pace you'd been running at before, the hallway as you passed began to grow darker once more presumably turning back in on itself.

By the time you turned into another hall, a shriek tore through your lips and your back hit the carpeted floor roughly. Steellike grips wound around your wrists pinning them to the ground beside your head while luminescent amber hues practically glowed in the minimal light above you.

Straddling your hips the man began speaking, "Shame this little game has to be put to an end, I did love the chase but. . ." Breathing out a long breath the blond drew in once again putting himself parallel to the side of your face, lips skimming the skin of your ear much like before. "I am an impatient man after all and I've waited long enough for a taste. Don't you think?"

"Taste?" Repeating what you assumed you'd heard wrong you squirmed in place, his grip on your wrists were becoming painfully tight and it became apparent to you that you were beginning to lose feeling in your fingers. The worry of the appendage however was instantly pushed aside as feather like kisses were planted along the curve of your jaw, gradually making their way down the length of your neck.

"But of course, it's only natural before I turn you into...something of greater potential." Murmuring that out he'd begun nipping at the skin surrounding your collar, teeth faintly pricking the surface before he'd seemingly found the spot he'd been looking for.

A sharp pain was felt as the man's canines broke through the skin but you found yourself unable to make a comprehensible sentence, your body in response began to grow cold and there was a gradual pounding beginning to make itself present in the back of your head.

"Rest now my dear. We have the whole night ahead of us."
