I need you to be understanding of this information, as sometimes it can badly affect my day-to-day life. Sometimes, I might not be able to get out of bed, and sometimes I will be overly clingy and attached to you. Some days I might not want as much attention, but others I will need it. Soft reassurance will be needed a lot of the time.
