"Okay, class please behave well when working on your projects" The teacher commanded. As you were walking out of the classroom, Boboiboy and Janta came up to your desk as Boboiboy gently smiled at you while those regular waves of butterflies flew in your stomach again.
"C'mon let's go," Boboiboy said as he pointed his head to the door. You all then left class to go to the library, dumping usual piles of books for research about the project.
Days had passed and little did you know that the two boys you worked with had fallen deeper and deeper into you. You all became great friends in a matter of weeks. Each day all they can think about is you and only you...
You glanced at the two boys that you are working with; Boboiboy beside you, who is writing his script on a piece of paper, and Janta is the seat across you, who is reading through the flower dictionary.
"The main presentation is finished so... I'll just decorate it and change up the boring fonts," You thought as you tie your hair into an unintentional messy bun. "Ugh, why do my eyelids feel so heavy...?" You grumbled as you gently rubbed your eyes and stared at the window by your seat as a break from the screen.
The bell rings for lunch, "I'll wash my face to freshen up before lunch, I guess" you reminded yourself and had a quick flashback about what happened last night. You were having the usual dance practice but it ended a little late than usual. Okay, very late. Your usual practices are usually 3:00 until 8:00 but it ended at 10:00 pm instead, which made you extremely tired today.
Janta, Boboiboy, and you then walked out of the library Janta had to go somewhere for some reason but you didn't bother due to how tired you are. "Are you okay Y/n?" Boboiboy asked out of concern. "Y-yeah, I'm fine..." You lied as you dragged your feet to your locker to put away your books, Boboiboy follows you all the way. "Maybe I'll get something to freshen her up..." Boboiboy thought, "Y/n, follow me" Boboiboy grabs your wrist and gently pulls you as you drag your feet once more to follow him as you were somehow joyfully shocked. "Okay! I... suddenly feel awake now..." You thought to yourself, "His hand... feels soft..." You thought to yourself as you stare at him. He dragged you to a bench under the tree at school. "Stay there okay Y/n?" Boboiboy pants as he rushes off again.
After that moment happened you felt more awake than ever. You took a deep sigh as looked up that the tree. The cool gentle breeze flows through your bun as you rest your eyes for a quick moment. "Why does my heart beat so fast back then..." You mumbled beneath your breath. A part of you thought that it's just all the running and dragging Boboiboy did to you but the other thinks that.. you like him.
"Do I... have feelings for him...?" You thought to yourself once more as your eyelids felt like they were gradually shutting down. "This breeze is... nice" you whispered to yourself and lean your back against the bench. You never felt so relaxed for the whole day and felt like this is the best place to rest for now.
"My... head..." you groaned, at that moment, you felt quite nauseous and felt like blacking out. Your head felt heavy and your body felt like it was made out of fragile jelly. Suddenly, a voice exclaimed before you almost crash to the ground.
"Y/n! Are you okay?" Boboiboy called out as he then immediately caught you in time. "Y-yeah, I'm fine" you answered back and took a deep breath still feeling slightly queasy.
"I saw that you looked quite tired today so I brought this from the school's vending machine" He mentioned as he hands you 2 bottles that he brought.
"I also remembered that you like *your fav drink* so I went ahead and bought it to freshen you up" Boboiboy cheered. You could feel your cheeks slowly burning pink.
"T-Thank you..." you reached out and grabbed your drink as you both sat down on the bench, breathing in all the fresh afternoon air. You opened your drink and took a sip of it.
The taste made your stamina rise a bit. You took all the courage you have left and form the words to say, "T-Thanks for everything" your shy voice made Boboiboy's heart flutter. It felt like it was dancing in the air at this point.
"Your welcome! But... I do deserve a reward, am I right?" Boboiboy joked around however you thought that he was serious. "W-well... What would you like?" You shyly asked. "How about a kiss?" Boboiboy jokingly whined. "O-oh..." You stumbled as your cheeks burn all shades of red, "C'mon Y/n you were almost dead meat back there, you should do him a favor!!" You panicked in your head as you took a deep breath and gather your courage once more. "It's fine Y/n, it's just a-"
You quickly leaned forward and kissed him on the cheek.
"Uhhhhh... S-See you then, bye!" You panicked and fast-walked as fast as you could. You cupped your cheeks and could feel how flaming hot it is, your heart beated so fast that you can't even hear anything else apart from it.
"That was so embarrassing, what if someone sees usssssssss" You mentally rambled holding on to the drink Boboiboy bought for you.
Boboiboy could do nothing but sit there and feel dumbfounded. "It was just a j-joke..." Boboiboy mumbled however he felt somehow proud of himself...? "A girl kissed me... A girl kissed me" were the only words that only came up in his mind. Soon, his face was as red as roses.
It's chemistry, the last period for Boboiboy, who he is paired up with Gopal for an experiment. "A girl... kissed me" He mumbled beneath his breath however, Gopal's ears had never failed him once. "Boboiboy! A girl kissed you?!" Gopal exclaimed as the whole class stared at Boboiboy in shock, especially his fangirls.
"WHAT?! WHO DARES TO KISS BOBOIBOY?!" a girl shouted.
"You do not have the right to raise your voice in my class like that young lady!" The professor shouted.
"S-sorry sir..." she mumbled and went back to their experiment. "And also... Boboiboy the substance in your conical flask is reacting.
"Huh?" Boboiboy then looked at his conical flask and was in shock. "AAH" He screamed as the acid bubbles and flows through his hand, they were carrying out an experiment yet he still manage to doze off in the middle of it.
"Please go wash your hands and to the nurse's office please, the acid is quite irritating to skin" The professor kindly asked as Boboiboy took off his experimental goggles and rushed out the classroom.
"I'll go with Boboiboy professor-" The same girl said as she was put off by the professor. "No you are not young lady, you are staying here in this classroom" The professor demanded, "Gopal, you follow Boboiboy instead," The professor said. "Okay, sir!" Gopal answered as he swiftly crept behind Boboiboy.
"Phew, I manage to survive that chemistry test..." You sighed. It was the last period of the school day, which is home economics for you, and the only words your mind could pop off is,
"I kissed a boy... I kissed a boy..."
The words played on repeat until Yaya and Ying were quite concerned about why you are staring blankly at the class board when the teacher didn't write anything on it yet. "Y-Y/n, are you alright?" Yaya asked out of concern as Ying nodded along. "I... kissed...a ... boy..." You quietly mumbled beneath your breath. "What did you say Y/n? I can't hear you" Ying questioned.
"Helllooooooo! Earth to Y/n L/n!" Ying tried to snap you out of your lifeless face. She waved her hands in front of your face but there was no reaction except a mere blink. Ying had become impatient and snapped her fingers. "AAH! Yaya! Ying!" You blurted out as almost fell off your chair. "Okay girl, tell us what's wrong" Ying demanded. "Right" Yaya agreed. "C-C'mon guys, it's nothing" You denied their conclusion and smiled at them.
"Okay class time for home economics, today we will be learning to make a simple kind of curry, Japanese Kare!" The teacher announced, "Please put on your aprons and get into pairs no threes please!" The teacher announced. "Y-you guys can be in a pair, I'll be with whoever is left..." You blurted out.
"Are you sure Y/n?" Yaya asked, "Yeah, I'll be fine" You answered back while scratching your cheek. "Hmm, you still owe us an explanation girl" Ying mentioned as you all went to put your on your apron. You then scanned around the classroom to see Fang all alone, you then walked up to him. "I guess we're a pair for this." You said, "Yeah..." Fang answered. An awkward atmosphere then emerges between you guys.
"Let's just get on with work" You suggested and immediately went to wash up the vegetables as Fang was staring at Ying all the time. "Fang, you do mind cooking the rice for us?" you asked while peeling the potatoes however, Fang did not answer. You were confused until you looked in the direction he's gazing at.
He was looking at Ying with a loving gaze.
"Alright Mr. Loverboy, help me cook so you can stare at your future wife later, okay?" you joked around as Fang was all blushing with your statement.
"O-Oi, fine" Fang scoff as you laugh at how embarrassed he looked. You had just finished peeling the carrots and potatoes up and took a look at the recipe sheet the teacher placed on the table. You all. "Shoot, I forgot the onions" You mumbled as you prepare the onions. Soon your eyes become all teary. "Ahhhh, tHe tEaRs oF tHe TrOLL rOLLeD dOwN aS sHe wAs cHoPpINg uP thE dEaR oNiOn pRiNcE" Fang jokingly monologued as you laugh your heart out. "HEY, WHO YOU CALLING A TROLL YOU CARROT OBSESSED ELF" You shot back.
"Just cooking the rice, you elf" You jokingly mentioned. "fInE" Fang answered back and begin to wash the rice. "When can be like Y/n, she's perfect..." Ying thought she blankly stared at the water faucet, switching from Y/n to the faucet.
"Ying! Should I put cocoa powder in our curry? I heard it enhances the flavors of the spices!" Yaya suggested but she was not joking as she holding a box of cocoa powder. "Let's just keep it simple like the teacher said, Yaya," Ying said as she prepares the curry in the pot.
"Ow!" You shouted in pain, finding out that you had slipped your hand with your knife.
"Y/n are you okay?" The teacher asked. "Y-yeah, I accidentally cut myself with a knife, I'll go to the nurses' office," you said as you wash your cut with the faucet and jogged to the nurses' office.
You then took your time to go to the nurses' office since it's just a small cut as you took a huge sigh, "How can I meet him again, it's so awkward" you mumbled beneath your breath. you didn't notice where you were going until you suddenly tripped on someone. "AAH" you screamed as the person grabbed your hand just in time. It was Boboiboy. "Y-Y/n!" Boboiboy cried out, "Boboiboy! Hi...!" you awkwardly answered back as you balanced yourself and Boboiboy let go of your hand.
"Oh gosh Boboiboy, your hand!" you exclaimed, his hand looked like it was burning red.
"O-oh this is no biggie but what happened to your finger?!" Boboiboy cried out.
"I-I just accidentally cut my finger during home economics..." you mumbled. "Let's head in then" Boboiboy suggest as you both went into the office.
Gopal on the other hand is just watching this real-life romance series. "Hic... my best friend has a girlfriend now... I'm so proud" He mumbled as he tip-toed and carefully listen to the conversation in the nurses' office.
"Hello students, they're a bit of an emergency so please wait here for now" The nurse spoke out as Boboiboy and you sat down.
"here..." Boboiboy said as he handed you a piece of tissue paper to cover the cut
"T-Thanks... " You thanked him as covered the cut with the piece of paper. The thought of Boboiboy swirls your head.
"I think... I like Boboiboy... Wait... what am I thinking???" You thought as you careless leaned your head to his shoulder like your heart is controlling you instead of your mind.
"Y-Y/n?" Boboiboy stumbled, "O-oh, sorry..." You brought yourself back together and shuffle away from him slightly. "It's fine, you rest at my shoulder anytime..." Boboiboy gently answered.
"Damn, since when did you become so bold?" you joked around as you rest your head against his shoulder once more.
"How can a situation be so comfortable yet uncomfortable at the same time... I'm comfortable with Boboiboy but... what's uncomfortable is that my cheeks are probably burning red right now..." You thought.
"Ever since I met you, Hahaha" He chuckled as the same set of butterflies flew in again. "Shoot, the butterflies," You thought it slowly shrugged it off and enjoy the present moment.
"Hey guys, the patient is cured you guys can come in now," The nurse said as you both stood up from your seat and followed the nurse.
"I can't believe you were there the whole time Gopal," Boboiboy said in a disappointing tone, "It was so awkward back then" he mentions once more. "Hey, at least you're dating her now" Gopal spoke without thinking first.
"I'm not, Gopal..." Boboiboy whined as he continued to focus on the experiment. As you went back to your classroom, you then wash your hands and saw the Fang had done most of the work. "How's your break, troll?" Fang greeted you.
"It was okay, and it was NOT a break you elf" You shot back at him and opened the lid of the pot as the aroma of the curry filled your nose. "Woah, this smells so good, what did you put in this?" You exclaimed and stared at Fang in awe.
"Apples" Fang answered. "WHAT?" You snapped. "Yeah, read" Fang mentioned and handed you a tablet.
"Adding grated apples gives the Japanese curry rice the signature sweet flavor..." you skimmed and mumbled the website Fang opened up.
"Woah" you gasped and looked back at the pot. You then took a picture and decided to post it on your Instagram story, you then glanced at Fang, who is still staring at Ying giggling with Yaya. "You have a crush on Ying" You mentioned out of the blue.
"H-Hey! So?" Fang blushed and stumbled. "Awwww, Fangy has a little cwushhhh" you jokingly whined. "Shush you troll" Fang shushed you as you begin to laugh nonstop. "Just plate up the curry" You shrugged and went to grab the plates as you both then plate up the curry.
"We made way too much so there'll be an extra plate" Fang mentioned. "Yeah, I'll eat the extra one," Gopal said.
"Okay sure- WAIT GOPAL??" you cried out, surprised to see the boy sitting on the counter, joyfully eating way your food.
"Damn Fang this curry is amazing but my grandma's curry is still better y'know also where's the meat in this? Shouldn't it give the curry an extra layer of flavor" Gopal blurted out.
"Seriously Gopal? Why are you here? And also, it's a vegetable curry" Fang clicked his tongue and rest his head on his hand.
Suddenly a huge bang was heard, there was an explosion around the school. The sound of the announcement for evacuation then was announced through the speakers.
"S-Students please evacuate now!" The teacher shivered as the students panic and ran off the classroom. "W-What is happening?" You stumbled, "Go Y/n, leave this to us" Fang boldly mentioned as you asked no questions, despite the bottomless pit of questions you have in your mind, and slowly backed off to join the group of evacuating students. You remembered the drill and evacuated safely to the school field.
While jogging up to the group of students you somehow heard a robotic voice from around the bush near the field.
"P-Please help me!" The voice whispered. "W-Who's there?" you blurted as you secretly separate from the group. "Here! Down here!" The voice spoke once more. You look down to the bush and saw...
"a... robot?"
