I look down at Grey to see he's asleep then I quickly remembered John and Ryan are waiting.
''Shit'' I quickly put my clothes on and left Grey asleep on the bed grabbing two water I ran back down there.
I can tell both John and Ryan were thirsty so I throw them one of the waters I brought and gave the other one to the hostage.
Once he drank half of it I said ''So start talking''
''I don't know our boss name but I can tell you what type of person he is'' I nodded
''The guy is crazy he's a total psychopath. He hates when our missions fail, which rarely happens because he's so precise with everything he thinks of all the possibilities of stuff happening and when they do we already know what to do because he's already predicted it. Another thing is he's a neat freak if you go into our warehouse everything is organized. one time a guy put something in the wrong place and he was punished might I say severely because why? just in case something happens we need to know where everything is. He doesn't help the weak that's the first policy if you want his help or his attention you have to prove yourself to be smart I don't know why, but he always make us figure everything out on our own, he wants us to be this perfect elite mafia where we don't need him all the time. I heard this year he will come personally to evaluate everyone but I'm not sure. he is strong for sure, they said he killed a guy with one punch before and plenty other things which I don't want to speak of''
I wanna know who the hell Ace is!
''So how do you know all of this if none of you sees him at all?'' I ask
''Luke he tells us all of this he says boss says this and boss did that. what I also found out is that he and the boss are best frien-'' I cut him off
''Okay do you have a picture of Luke?'' I ask
Because we're gonna need to get in contact with him if we're going to get to Ace
''Yeah I do but buddy over there took my phone'' he points his head to John.
Putting his hand in his pocket John pulls out his phone ''What's the password?'' John asks
''Clippers'' he muttered
''Can you be so obvious I mean how are you guys the strongest if we were able to capture you so easily, we overestimated you guys'' Ryan said leaning against the wall shaking his head.
''I wouldn't underestimate us, to be honest with you all I just joined the group I have no training or anything they said we are to watch a house and we'll get paid'' he shrugs
''So in other words your just the bottom bitches'' John smirks
The guy scowls
''Well that's good at least we know that we're doing this for something'' Grey said coming downstairs. I avoid connecting eyes with him
''Yeah you're right'' Ryan said walking next to him. I glared at him but turn away
''Hey, how do you know Jake?'' John ask
Paul looks up in confusion ''I don't know any Jake''
Jake did tell me he just helps mafia leaders ship drugs in and out of the U.S. so I mean it wouldn't be surprising that helps the Clippers shit they are in the U.S.
''Let me show you, there are multiple pictures of Jake in your phone'' I looked at Paul I can tell he was curious and I as well.
John walks over to where he and I was then bring the phone down so we can see. I see Jake and the guy in a couple of photos and some with other people ''See right there, that's Jake and there he is again in this next picture'' John says pointing
''Dude that's not your friend Jake'' Paul said shaking his head
''How can you be so sure?'' I ask not wanting to believe my suspicions
''Because that's Luke, he's the one that gave me the Job to watch the house''
Grey froze ''Say what?''
''Son of a bitch was right in our face the whole time'' I mutter
''Let's go back quick'' I said with them behind me.
''He won't help you if you don't prove yourself worthy or smart enough no matter who you are'' Paul shouts as we leave. fuck
Once we were in the car I started speeding towards Luke's house where we're currently staying
''Call Ria and put her on speaker'' I said. Grey takes out his phone and called her then put it on speaker. on the second ring she answers.
''Grey?''
''Hey Ria'' I said
''Great Khalil you're there as well I got some news for you guys is everyone there?'' she asks as I make a turn
''Yeah except for Ale-'' oh shit we should've call Alex to see if Jake was there or should I say, Luke.
John immediately got the memo and ringed Alex.
''I got some news for you too Ria truth is Jake is Luke''
''Really''
''Yeah let me tell you what all the guy told us and you're gonna be shock'' I began telling her everything and who Luke is to Ace and his position in the Mafia
''So you mean to tell me the key to finding Ace was right in your fucking face Merda Santa'' (Holy Shit)
''Yeah, Grey send her a picture so she can know what Luke looks like'' I say making a sharp turn.
Fuckkk we are so far away
''No way'' she gasps
''What?'' Grey asks
''Remember when I said I had news'' she says
''Yeah and?'' I replied
''I went back to Cole's place and--''
''Wait why were you there?'' Grey cuts in
Oh shit, we totally forgot no one knows about this except me and her.
I took the phone from Grey ''Continue it's to my ears'' I mumbled
''Okay so I went to his place again to search his office I went there again and was looking through everything when I heard footsteps inside the house''
''Did they send people to figure out why their men never returned back?'' I ask
''Yeah but, it was Luke......and Cole''
''Are you serious Cole was there?!!!'' I ask
''Yeah in the flesh''
''But he's supposed to be home with Melody!''
''Exactly and he was with Luke so he has to have some kind of connection to them'' she said worryingly
''Look Ria it's not a bad thing if he is a part of their gang but if he is a part of it. but why not help us, we had to figure out all this shit by ourselves it'' I said aggravated
''That's what we have to find out, but Cole doesn't know were in Califorina I told him were somewhere else remember'' she says as I park the car.
''Yeah I know'' I said closing my door
''So don't let him see you guys'' she said as I knock on the house door. Grey stands on the side of me
''Yeah alri--'' the door opens.
''Erm that might be a problem'' I murmurred softly
''What why?'' she ask
''Because he's standing right infront of us''
