It was getting harder and harder to breathe nowadays, The flowers grow more and more everyday.
Things that had used the be so easy to do now took all of you energy.
Everyone noticed, She did too.

She softly says, you look at her, forcing yourself to smile while she cringes at your expression.
"Don't."
She sighs as she looks at you in the eye, observing you closely. The bags underneath your eyes have gotten darker and deeper, your skin getting more and more paler everyday.
A frown makes its way upon her face while she softly cups your cheek, making you lean closer to her.
It hurts. It hurts so badly.
Everyday, the pain is becoming more and more unbearable.
You squeeze your eyes shut as you softly hit your chest and begin to cough.
She only rubs your back softly, as if it could make the pain go away.
Her eyes widen as she sees you cough out a petal, then a whole Sakura flower.
"You're dying."
You weakly look at her, golden eyes tainted with anger, sadness, and.... jealousy?
"Are they really worth dying for?! What about your dreams and aspirations?! Is it worth it throwing it all away for one person who won't love you back?!"
She sounds angry but she isn't, and there it is. The roots began to squeeze tightly against your lungs making it harder and harder to breathe. Sara looks at you worriedly.
"(Name), please, it's not too late to get surgery. Please."
"I...i can't do that..."
She flinched as her golden eyes looked at you sadly.
"....are they really worth it?"
You laugh, your vision was fading.
"Of course, Sara. You're worth it."
You couldn't see what kind of reaction she had because you immediately passed out.

You chuckle at the thought as you sit up.
'No chest pains.'
It appears you really did die.
The shoji slammed to the side as it was frantically opened.
'okay, so i didn't die.'
Golden eyes meet (e/c) ones.
Your heart flutters at the sight of Sara.
She immediately runs over to your side and holds your hand.
"I thought i lost you."
She says softly, her voice trembling slightly.
She inhales exhales 5 times to calm herself down.
"What happened?"
You ask her as you free your hand from her grasp and use it to cup her cheek, which she leans closer to.
"I kissed you."
"you what??"
Sara sighs and looks at you.
"Why didn't you just tell me, (name)?"
You have her a small smile.
"You loved the Shogun, did you not?"
Sara blushes as she furrows her brows.
"It was respect!... I apologize for the harsh words i said. I was desperate to save you. If I had known I was the one you love, then maybe we both didn't have to suffer."
You smiled and nodded before looking at her confusedly.
"what?"
Sara laughed at your expression.
"I had caught it too, being close to you everyday had gotten so painful, but as someone with tengu blood, i will not die from hanahaki, yet i can still feel the pain. That's why when I saw how you were dying because of it.... I couldn't help but get angry. I'm sorry."
"I'm sorry, Sara."
You place your hands on your lap while Sara sits up and frowns.
"You don't have to apologize. I was at fault too."
You ignore her while you continue to blame yourself.
Calloused hands softly make you look up, Sara smiles softly at you as she places a soft kiss on your lips.
"Don't blame yourself. I love you, (name)."

hu tao came home after 76 pulls with 5 hours left on her banner 😭
then, i got Amos bow on standard.
still smad about it but, for ganyu ig 😭😭
