Y/n's POV:
I sigh when the call ends and decided to head downstairs, quickly slipping my phone in my pocket. I hear the front door close and I already knew who it was.
And as assumed, her dirty blonde curls left down faced me, meaning she couldn't see me...obviously...
"DRISTA" I scream running down the stairs
"Y/N" Drista pushes her brother aside and runs to the stairs, we meet halfway and know it's our time to catch up in my room.
It's a thing we do all the time when she visits, catch up, play games, sneak out, eat, watch movies, and sleep.. we sleep in the next day but it's worth it! And she has her own room for when she visits, not like she ever uses it anyways..
"Ok, you have to catch me up I saw some of your streams!" Drista tells me while we run up to my room, Gosh I felt like a middle school girl when we talked "tea"
"I know I know!" I laugh under my breath
When we get to my room I sit at my gaming chair and face her, she was sitting on my bed
"Ok well as you know I stream now!! It's amazing, when you have permission to I genuinely think you should give it a shot" I suggest
"Oh yeah with the piss baby? Pfft they talked about him in school the other day it was gross" she responds
"Uh what? They talked about him in your school?" I ask to clarify what I heard
"Yeah like some girls in the bathroom were saying they would let him spit in their mouths and then thank them, Disgusting" she answers
"Down bad I guess" I chuckle avoiding the fact that I almost spit out my water "wait aren't they 14?" I realize
"Oh yeah one of them was 15 though" she makes a disgusted face
"That doesn't change anything!" I smack her arm
"Anyways Ranboo??" She hints
"OH COME ON NOW NOT YOU TOO!" I give a unamused face
"I saw the streams! And the fanart, how can I not believe it! Can I talk to himmm pleasee?" She pushes
"Drista I can't, I know we have our little tradition and what not but I still have to edit Tommy's video and I cant let him down or anyone really, I'm too busy with all the 'upcoming content' I just can't, and ranboo? He's just a friend who I barely know but of course the internet ships the first two opposite gender teen friends they see! I can't have all of these things going on! Not to mention we haven't even met in real life, he could be 40 for all I know!" I ramble, at this point spilling my whole heart out to her
"Oh I'm sorry" Drista apologizes getting up from the bed "I'll go uh to my room and maybe see if it still looks the same-" She opens the door, clear guilt in her eye
"No drista I'm sorry, I didn't think content creation would be this hard and I'm letting it all out on you.. maybe I do need a little break....clue?" I suggest
"Clue!" She confirms, her glows back.. it's evident but do I ever do the same?..
"Ok you get the spot ready and I'll get the game!" We agree and I quickly go to library, our library where we keep our board games
See we have this tradition with games where we always set up on the porch outside with pillows and blankets around us, a perfect spot on the floor where you see and hear everything in nature. And we play these stupid games that can be so addicting sometimes, sure the games have memories but it's the person that matters and drista? She's like a sister to me just like sapnap and dream we are the younger and genderbent version of them, and who doesn't love to see that?
I run back to see that she finished setting it up so I sit in my usual spot on the left in the corner of the porch and we set up the game.......
It was a fun game as always and we had some stupid jokes, again we had to work together to win but we make everything competitions so it didn't end well..
Oh and if your wondering it was professor plum with the candlestick in the billiard room.
After the game we decided to get some snacks at 7 eleven so we snuck out as usual and expected, it's only a 5 minute walk dont worry.
-------timeskip when we got there------
"I get the slushies and you get the candy ready go" I call to drista as we walk into the store
(A/n: is it slushies or slushees????)
"Got it" she responds while we separate
I quickly rush and get her favorite flavor, blue raspberry and then I get my usual (pick) and I turn around to meet drista with a handful of our favorite candies and chips
We go to the checkout and I pay, when we walk out however..

"Oh drista wait someones calling me" I stop her at a corner while I pull out my phone
..incoming call from Boo Boy🤍🖤...
Accept Decline
"It's ranboo" I look over at her and she pulls my hand down to see
"Hm? Nickname and hearts..sounds odd to meee" She snickers before grabbing my phone and picking up
"Drista! The phone give it" I whisper knowing he can hear
"Hey ranboo so you and Y/n?" She smirks at the phone
I snatch it out of her hands and apologize
"What did you need? Sorry" I ask him
"Oh uh Jack wanted to know if you wanted to be in a you laugh you lose stream" He responds heavily
"Jack? I talked to him on stream I think but I dont know who that is and um are you ok?" Concern evident in my tone I feel the look she's giving me
"I think I'll be ok and yeah no Jack is a chill guy I can send you his number or something anyways I have to go sorry" He says before ending the call
Oh that was strange.. hope he's ok
"Drista seriously we are friends now stop giving me that look" I scold as we walk back home
When we get home usually we would watch a movie or our favorite series but tonight she suggested to stay in my room and accompany me while I edit Tommy's video so I agreed and here we are
"So hows it going?" She asks
"I'm not sure like I think it's good but I don't know how anyone else does it" I answer
"I'm sure they'll like it, you did your best and no one's going to care about the quality or anything when they are focused on the little details and sass you put into editing Tommy's, I mean your duo is literally so sassy and chaotic that's all they want to see" She reassures me
"Thanks drista.." I look up and smile at her
She smiles back at me, and now we let the long night begin....

Omg finally this chapter sucks but I have come to accept that I really put no effort in things I have no motivation for, I'll try to fix that I think

I'm very behind on current day events like obviously I started events one day after it happened irl and now im months behind like damn ok
I think im having my own mental crisis but it's ok we roll with life so yes
I don't want to give Y/n a religion yk? And that's why instead of oh god I write "oh gosh" and personally it sounds so weird because I say oh god but I don't want it to be like an insult to anyone because I know saying god's name in vein is a bad thing and im so sorry for that D: in case I ever accidentally write it let me know please <3
ALSO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT MANY READS LIKE ACTUALLY WTF- THATS AMAZING LIKE I SAID I USUALLY TRY AVOIDING IT SO I DINT FREAK OUT BUT THANK YOU THANK YOU AND WE WILL EVENTUALLY GET TO THE REASON OF THE TITLE I SWEAR
