*Katsumi's POV*
"Go to the place where Deidara died and check to see if Tobi is alive?" I asked then Pain nodded
"Tobi is unlikely to die easily like that. He probably transported himself away from the explosion. Your mission is to go find him"
And that's how I got here.
I couldn't find any traces of Tobi's chakra around until a kunai was brought to my neck from the back
"Don't move" A blank voice said
"And? You are?" I asked nonchalantly
"I don't have to tell you my name. That is because I'll be taking you into custody" he said again
"I'll repeat my question. Who are you?" I asked seriously this time but he stayed silent for a little before speaking
"Aburame Shino of Team Kurenai" he said
'So you're my replacement, I see...'
"Too bad, Shino. I'm not an Akatsuki member for nothing" I smirked then grabbed his hand and took away his kunai before grasping his arm and throwing him at the ground
Bugs started coming out and covering him so I raised my guard up
I was suddenly hit from my back and launched to another tree branch that I grabbed and stood on
'Damn it! I was so focused on Shino and didn't think of reinforcements!' I cursed mentally then took a good look at who hit me.
Blond hair, orange and black jumpsuit, three whiskers on each cheek, ocean blue eyes. It was Naruto. I thanked my past self for sewing a hood onto my cloak so that Naruto doesn't see my face
"Where is Uchiha Itachi?!" Naruto yelled then a mob of bugs were heading for me from behind
I quickly raised a wall of water around me to protect myself from the bugs and to give myself a little time to think. Not much time passed until the water wall was brought down by Naruto and Shino.
I huffed before making a water clone to keep Shino company while I engaged in a taijutsu battle against Naruto. I tried to punch him in the face and knock him out quickly but he moved his head away, so I elbowed his temples but then, he poofed
"A Kage Bushin?!" I mumbled in surprise. That meant the real Naruto would be heading toward me right now
I started jumping between trees to try and get away from the area so Naruto doesn't find me. That is until I stumbled across more people from Konoha including the real Naruto and my former teammates.
They went after me and I kept running away for a while until Tobi hopped out of nowhere
"HOWDY!" Tobi greeted then I grunted and fell on my butt
"Well now...How's it doing there, there, and there? Imagine running into Konoha in a place like this. I mean it's two, four, six...Eight against two. Such bad timing. Ka-" Tobi started but when I heard him saying a part of my name I quickly ran behind him and choked him
"Tobi...if you say my name in front of these people you and I are messed up. So just call me senpai" I mumbled threateningly into his ear then he slipped away with his ninjutsu
"Aye captain!" Tobi saluted then looked at Konoha "Senpai sure had a hard time against you guys"
"That robe...you're another member of the Akatsuki" Some guy with creepy eyes said
"Oh, I'm a newbie! Nice to meet you!" Tobi laughed then Shino came out of nowhere and joined the rest of Konoha
"You...how did you escape?" I asked narrowing my eyes
"I managed to escape from your water prison jutsu because-" Shino started
"I remember now. Aquatic insects, right?" I sighed waving my hand around
"Heh. You think you're funny? Don't waste our time!" Kiba said then Akamaru started barking
"Ara ara, am I being underestimated?...by you guys?" Tobi asked then yawned
"Senpai, you know that hood will fall off right?" Tobi stated and I huffed
"What do you want to say?" I glared
"Here you go!" Tobi said with a flowery aura surrounding him then handed me a mask.
A muted orange colored mask with the Kyuubi seal around the two eyeholes. I narrowed my eyes at it then glared at Tobi from the corner of my eyes
"Are you messing with me?" I gritted my teeth
"Of course not senpai!" Tobi laughed nervously then moved moved his hand in a spiral motion and disappeared
"That little shit-" I grunted then put on the mask and saw Naruto smirk. I quickly looked behind me and saw a shadow clone charging at me with a rasengan in hand
"You're so full of yourself!" I yelled then jumped down to Konoha and wiped out all of Naruto's shadow clones
A gatsuga, chidori, rasengan, 64 palms, ink beasts, insects, wood style jutsu, and a monster punch were coming my way. In other words, an attack from everyone and every direction
I spun on my heel and ejected water from my mouth to create a barrier around me then I got out of it and jumped onto a tree branch.
Sakura threw Naruto up high and while I was distracted with where he was going to fall, I didn't notice Sakura, Kiba, and Akamaru surrounding me and the rest are running. Then I started to panic
Not.
Kiba and Akamaru started trying to hit me but I kept spinning and dodging "RASENGAN!" Naruto yelled from above then I immediately looked at him but he had no rasengan in hand
Then I was suddenly hit by a Gatsuga from the front and a rasengan from the back made by the real Naruto
I managed to run from that but nonetheless, coughed out some blood from that attack then the rest who ran away with Kakashi ambushed me next but I was able to dodge all that
Yamato attacked me with wood style so I jumped around in annoyance then Kiba came in with Gatsuga and Naruto with rasengan but I stepped away from him. The moment I did that, I was caught up in the wood style jutsu and got pulled up
I simply spat enough water out of my mouth and flooded the place as well as got myself out of the wood jutsu
"Damn it! Don't think you can escape my nose!" Kiba yelled then charged at me with a tsuga. I simply slipped away from his tsuga and left him hit his head.
"One down" I sighed then restrained everyone with my chakra that's running through the water they're standing on
I walked towards Kakashi then hit the back of his neck and knocked him out since he'll be annoying to deal with. Then Yamato. Then Shino.
I was planning to do this to everyone in here so I can easily walk away and leave them be, but I guess Naruto got tired of being pushed around because he got really mad and Kyuubi's chakra started leaking out. He broke out of my control and charged at me while slashing his claws in my face
"Naruto!" Sakura yelled then broke out of my control as well
'Did she figure out how to break free right away?!' I thought in surprise then jumped onto a tree branch
"WAIT!!" Naruto yelled then I turned to him
"I'm sorry, but I'm not planning on staying here for much" I said
"I KNOW YOU AKATSUKI DID SOMETHING TO MY BIG SISTER!!"
