(Five years later)
(The Insurgency manages to find an alternate universe where The Joker's plan to destroy Metropolis didn't succeed. They transport the alternate heroes to help them to defeat the Regime. Zach Tennyson and Team Hanzo go to Gotham and meet them.)
Zach: You must be the parallel earth heroes.
Green Lantern: Who are you? Where are we?
Asuka: I am Asuka, leader of Team Hanzo. And this is our boyfriend Zach Tennyson.
Ikaruga: You are in Earth-17.
Green Lantern: And where can I find my ring recharging core?
Yagyu: At Ferris Aircraft.
Green Lantern: At least THIS hasn't changed.
(At Ferris Aircraft, Green Lantern is seen alongside the six insurgents.)
Green Lantern: Any other reason why you are helping us?
Hibari: One of ours got captured when he got necessary items to transport you here.
Zach: And the ones who captured him are not ordinary people.
(Then they hear some screams, then they see Raven and Cyborg torturing Deathstroke.)
Cyborg (Regime): Pretty tough, aren't you?
Deathstroke (Insurgency): I'm not afraid of you...
Raven (Regime): Yes, you are. I can feel it!
Green Lantern: Raven? Cyborg?
Zach: Unfortunately...
Raven (Regime): This is your last chance to receive the High Counselor's amnesty, Deathstroke!
Deathstroke (Insurgency): And become a lapdog? Like you two?
Cyborg (Regime): Our boss is being generous. I wouldn't be. Most of the titans died in Metropolis five years ago.
Deathstroke (Insurgency): I had nothing to do with it...
Cyborg (Regime): I don't care. You're still a criminal!
Deathstroke (Insurgency): Tell this... to your boss...
(Deathstroke spits on Cyborg, enraging Raven. As she was about to resume their torture session, Green Lantern shoots Cyborg, knocking him down. Then Yagyu and Hibari confront Raven)
Raven: Insurgents!
Hibari: Time to take you down!
Raven: YOU'LL PAY FOR SUCH INSULT! ALL OF YOU!!
(They fight. Despite having her dark magic empowered due to her servitude to her father, she was simply outnumbered as Yagyu and Hibari worked together and fought like sisters in arms, managing to defeat the daughter of Trigon.)
Yagyu: You're just like the Yomas.
(Then Asuka takes Deathstroke as Cyborg gets up and sees it.)
Cyborg (Regime): Hey!
(Cyborg tries to shoot, but Ikaruga kicks his face.)
Ikaruga: You'll have to go through us first!
Cyborg (Regime): You're a bunch of fools, fighting for a lost cause.
Katsuragi: Freedom was never a lost cause.
Ikaruga: Time to show you that.
(They fight. Due to being damaged, Cyborg simply couldn't handle the combined attacks of Katsuragi and Ikaruga added to Katsuragi insulting his body. Then he is easily defeated.)
Katsuragi: So robotic, so ugly.
(Then Gwen comes in and starts healing Deathstroke.)
Green Lantern: Okay. Can you please tell me who is this High Counselor.
Gwen: Zach didn't tell you, did he?
Deathstroke (Insurgency): Come on, who can put people like them in line?
Hibari: Where's Asuka?
Gwen: She and Zach returned to Gotham. It looks like Sinestro is attacking the city.
Green Lantern: Sinestro?
(Then Gwen uses some lightning magic and somehow recharges Hal's ring)
Green Lantern: I feel fully charged again.
Gwen: Go, Hal.
(Back to Gotham, Wonder Woman and Green Arrow face Sinestro, but are easily defeated by him. Then Sinestro sets his sights on Green Arrow.)
Sinestro: I'll be happy to watch Oliver Queen die again.
(But then Zach comes in and.)
Zach: Shinken Green! Tennyson Zach! (transforms) Shodouphone! Ippitsu Soujou!
Shinken Green: The Same, Green! Tennyson Zach!
(Then Sinestro sees Shinken Green and tries to attack him with an axe construct, but he defends himself.)
Sinestro: Your turn, girl!
(Sinestro creates various daggers and throws them at Asuka, only for her to deflect them.)
Shinken Green: My turn!
(Then Shinken Green has a sword clash with Sinestro and manages to defeat him.)
(Shinken Green and Asuka prepare their combined attack.)
Shinken Green: Ready, sweetheart?
Asuka: Ready, darling.
Shinken Green/Asuka: Double Slash!
(Then they slash through Sinestro, who surprisingly gets up)
Shinken Green: We're not done yet!
Sinestro: Neither am I!
(They fight. Despite being empowered by the people's fear, Sinestro was aware that he was outnumbered, and secretly calls for help before being defeated.)
Shinken Green: We make a great couple, Asuka.
Asuka: (giggles) If you weren't wearing this helmet, I would kiss you in the lips.
(Then Shinken Green notices someone arriving.)
Shinken Green: Uh-Oh.
(Then the Regime Hal Jordan comes in, but as a Yellow Lantern.)
Yellow Lantern: Somebody called me?
Green Lantern: You're from Sinestro Corps?
Yellow Lantern: Sinestro was right. Fear is more efficient than willpower.
Green Lantern: So you ditched the Green and chose Yellow, the color of cowardice.
(Both Lanterns have a brief clash)
Yellow Lantern: I'm still all about order, just like the guardians.
Green Lantern: They are really glad about it, I suppose.
(The clash ends)
Yellow Lantern: Sanctimony is easy when...
Green Lantern: Save it. Time to kick my ass.
(They fight. During the fight, Yellow Lantern explained why he became part of the Sinestro Corps, but Green Lantern refused to believe, causing Yellow Lantern to gain the upper hand. But thanks to the courage given by his friends and the insurgents, Green Lantern manages to defeat his doppelganger.)
Green Lantern: Well... This was surreal.
Wonder Woman: And rather disturbing.
Green Arrow: And this yellow is tough in the eyes.
(Then some sirens are heard.)
Shinken Green: Over here.
(The heroes are seen in the alleyway)
Green Arrow: So... You're heroes here?
Asuka: Yes, but not the only ones.
(Then they see Batman)
