Victoria's POV
"I'll be right back Ethan, in less than an hour"
"That's a whole 59 minutes princess! I'm going with you" he says
"Ethan....." I warn
"What? You're just going to leave me here alone? What am I supposed to do when you're gone" he says pouting
"You'll be fine babe" I say laughing at his childish behaviour
"You called me babe....." he says
I've never called him babe before....I like it
"Yes....problem?"
"Nope ....non at all. I love it" he says smirking
"Okay then. I'm leaving now" I say grabbing my purse
"I have that weird feeling....please let me come with you" he says in a serious tone.
"I'll be back soon......okay if I'm not back here in an hour, you can check my location and go get me. If my phone is off which never happens, you call Henry to do what he does best. Is that okay?" I say
He told me about the video and how he got weirdly obsessed with me the first time he saw me. I wanted to get mad about it but it did more good than harm so it's okay. I also got to meet his friend who's the real mastermind in the operation Henry, we instantly got along and he's like a brother now. I also found out he has some type of gang in case of emergencies....not a mafia type but for security reasons.
"Fine......take care of yourself okay?"
"I will babe" I say kissing him
"Okay now I really don't want you to leave.....do you have to get a new conditioner?"
"Yes of course.....my hair is dry like sand on a dessert. I won't last another day"

I got the conditioner and walked out of the shop. I had a feeling I was being watched so I looked around for anyone suspicious but there was no one there. I continued walking towards the car then I heard footsteps behind me, I didn't bother turning around but walked faster to my car.
The footsteps got heavier and faster, I started running and when I finally got to my car, I looked around to see no one was there...the parking lot was literally empty but someone was definitely following me.
I took out my keys but was stopped by huge man who grabbed my wrist and whispered "goodnight princess" and it went completely black.

Ethan's POV
It's been an hour since she left and the uneasy feeling hasn't stopped.
I'm calling her...
"She's not picking up?" ...
11 unanswered calls later
Something's definitely wrong! She always has her phone with her and she always pick up my calls no matter where she is.
Or maybe she's with a friend, no it can't be she would've called to tell me. I should probably wait for awhile maybe she's driving....that has to be it.
My phone buzzed and I quickly took it thinking it might be her but it was Henry
"Ethan! There's something you need to know..I'm outside"
What's so urgent?
Opened the door to see Henry breathing heavily as if he was being chased by wolves.
"Woah...what's wrong?" I ask
"You might want to seat down man" he says with anger and worry in his voice
Now he's scaring me. I hope princess comes home soon.
"What is it Henry? You're scaring the shit out of me" I say sternly
"It's about your family" he says
"What do you have on their case?"
I wasn't satisfied with the way they all died that night so after discussing it with Victoria, I told Henry to do some investigation.
"I found a housemaid that was working for your parents, in a retirement home. Apparently she wasn't loyal to them. She was working for someone else to ruin them. She told the person she was working for about that diner but I don't think she knew about you being sick" he explains
I was fuming at this point. Where's this going?
"Your family's accident wasn't really an accident Ethan. They were murdered"
"What!! Who's responsible? I'll kill whoever it is!" I say clenching my jaw and fist
"Uhm....please don't do something you'll regret Ethan.."
"Who the fuck is it Henry!!!" I say standing up abruptly
"It's your uncle"
My uncle??
"You must be mistaken...he can't" I took a step back
"He wanted to get rid of the whole family so he can take over the company but you survived so to cover up and not draw attention to himself he helped you build the empire. He knew that your father must've told you things about the company he didn't know about so he kept you alive. Now that the company's where it is now, he's after you and everyone you love including Victoria"
I couldn't help the tears that ran down my face.
"My own uncle killed my family! And now he's after the love of my life?!"
"Where's Victoria?" Henry asks
"She's been out for more than an hour now and she's not picking up her calls" I say getting extremely worried...
"Her location..."
I checked her location but nothing came up.
"Her location's off!!" I say wide eyed
I should've gone with her...she's so stubborn.
"Fuck!" Henry says
"Find her!" I say shaking
"On it" Henry says getting my laptop
I can't lose her....I won't be able to live without her!
"Henry what-
My phone rang showing an unknown caller..
"Who is it?" I ask not in the mood for anything right now
"Calm down my dear nephew" my uncle!
"You! .....Where's Victoria??"
"I guess you know everything by now...took you long enough" he says and laughs evilly
He's laughing??!
"Where is she???" I shout
Henry was already tracking the phone down
"She's one beautiful girl. You pulled a nice one Ethan.....too bad you won't be seeing her again" he says
"No! Don't hurt her please!! I'll do whatever you want. Let her out of this!" I beg
"You love her that much huh....I won't kill her, she's too beautiful and young to die" he says and I know I won't like what he's going to do instead
"What do you want?" I ask
"Everything I worked hard for! The company" he says
"Why? You have your own company for fuck's sake! What more do you want?" I spat
"My company went bankrupt a few months ago...I didn't tell you because then I'll look like a failure but now I have no choice. I should've gotten rid of you when I had the chance! I would've been powerful right now" he says harshly
"You're a psychopath!"
"Careful there...I was thinking about making her my mistress but I might just give her to my men instead"
"If you lay your dirty hands on her, I won't hesitate to kill you uncle!" I say with gritted teeth
He lets out a laugh "You can't kill me Ethan, you're too weak for that...transfer the company in my name in exchange for your girl. I'm giving you 2 hours or she won't die innocent!" He says and hangs up before I could say another word
"Fuck!!" I yell
"I got em Ethan"
"Where is she?"
"50 miles north" he says
"We don't have much time, gather our men and meet me there"
"I'm coming with you Ethan...you can't fight him alone. You don't know how many of them will be there"
"I have a plan..just do as I say"
I went to my car and sped off to her location.
"I'm coming princess, please hold on"
