20 years later...
It's been 20 years since Alana and Caesar moved out for college. They grew up and found each other's love. They made a life of their own and had kids. Today it was actually time to babysit them while they Alana and Caesar went out to do something together since they haven't hung out in 2 years. You volunteered to take care of them with Chris. They were so kind and lovely to hangout with.
" MOM WE'RE HERE!!" Alana screamed from the front door.
" IN THE KITCHEN!" You screamed.
" GRANDMA!!" Alanas kid said.
" hello my little pumpkin. Your so big!" You hugged her.
" grandma you saw me last week. "
" oh but that was 7 days ago. Actually according to my calendar.. it's been 8 days."
" your so silly grandma. Where's grandpa?"
" he is in the back yard watering my plants."
" can i go?"
" yes of course pumpkin." Alana's daughter ran out of this kitchen and into the backyard. Alana gave you a kiss in the cheek and had a worry look on her face.
" what's wrong Alana?"
" I'm nervous mom."
" why? That's Caesar remember. Your brother."
" yes I remember but I haven't seen him 2 years."
" he hasn't changed at all. Trust me."
"'Uh oh."
" what?"
" I think I heard him pull up in the drive way."
" and your response is uh oh? Jesus"
" what mommm"
" nada nada just go hide or something."
" I'll be in the bathroom."
" sounds good to me."
Alana left the kitchen and walked to the bathroom. You signaled Chris to come back inside. He came back inside with Alanas daughter.. Lola.
" where's my daughter?"
" bathroom."
" why?"
" Caesar pulled into the drive way and now she's nervous."
" but that's her brother."
" I am aware Chris. I gave birth to them remember?"
" ahhh how could I forget."
" mhm." You both heard the front door open.
" Mom? Dad?"
" kitchen!" Chris screamed.
" why does he always have to scream?" Lola said.
" I don't know pumpkin. " you shrugged.
" hey guys!"
" what's up man!"
" nothing much just working out and work you know how it is."
" yeah I see. You look like me when I was younger. Your gonna get all the ladies."
" Dad you know I only have one lady and that Megan."
" yeah yeah whatever."
" Where's Emilio?"
" hello to you too mom. He's coming now, he's just in the car cause he didn't want to turn off the song that was playing cause " it got to the good part.".".
" don't act like you didn't do the same."
" yeah yeah."
" Uncle Raul!" Lola ran to Caesar.
" hello pumpkin how are you?"
" I'm hungry."
" yup, you are Alana's daughter."
" duhhh"
" mhm you really are."
" grandma I'm hungry."
" well what do you want to eat?"
" sandwich"
" I got the sandwich you really like form that store. Do you want those or do I make one?"
" the store sandwich's."
" how many pumpkin?"
" 2 pleaseeee"
" okayyy here you go." You gave Lola a plate. Lola walked to the couch and ate them. Emilio finally came inside.
" what's up dude?" Emilio high fives Lola
" the sky"
" wronggg. It's the ceiling."
" yeah yeah."
" where's grandma and grandpa?"
" kitchen."
" thanks dude."
" mhm"
Emilio walked into the kitchen.
" there's he is!" You said.
" hi grandma." Emilio gave you a kiss on the check and a hug to Chris.
" where's Alana?" Caesar said.
" I'll go get her."
" thanks ma."
You walked to the bathroom and knocked. Alana opened it and you saw that she called down a little bit. You walked inside the bathroom.
" his here you know?"
" yeah I know."
" then? What are you waiting for?"
" I don't know mom."
" come on Alana. How are you nervous to see your brother when your not even nervous to sing infront of millions of people?"
" cause I don't know them."
" Jesus Alana just go."
" fine fine I'll go. Only if you go first."
" Alana."
" mom"
" I'll open the door and push you out.."
" deal."
You opened the bathroom door and pushed Alana out of it. She walked to the kitchen where she can hear Chris and Caesar talking. You walked behind her as she walked into sight where Caesar can see her.
" hey." Alana said.
" can I know why the fuck were you hiding from me?"
" RAUL!!"
" what did I do?!"
" LANGUAGE!"
" that's my line." Chris stepped in.
" shush you."
" can we go now. I'm starving."
" with no hug?" Caesar opened his arms and waited for Alana to step into them. Alana finally gave in and hugged Caesar.
They hugged for at least 5 minutes. You and Chris thought the best to step out and go with the kids to the living room. You and Chris sat there and turn on the tv. You all watched some show that was playing. Alana and Caesar stopped having their little brother sister moment and agreed to finally go out to eat.
" we'll be back!" Caesar said
" what time? I wanna sleep without these damn kids being in my house." Chris said
" since when did you become a 80 year old black man that is always grumpy?" You said to Chris.
" what?"
" nothing love. Just nothing."
" can we trust you with the kids?" Alana said before leaving.
" yes of course. Now get out of my house. I'm trying to hang out with my grandkids."
" ok ok jeez. BYEEE" Alana said.
" Bye. Love y'all." Caesar said.
For an hour or two everyone watched tv. Lola had a thought about something that she wanted to ask you.
" grandma?"
" yes pumpkin?"
" how did you and grandpa meet?"
