Despite the fight against Stain, Etsuko had a lot of fun interning at FatGum's agency. She even managed to get Suneater to warm up to her. Against her wishes, time went all to quickly and before she felt like her week had really started, it ends all too soon, and Etsuko is very upset about it.
"Hey now! No need to pout! You can always feel free to visit, and I'd love to have you back for your work study!" FatGum says, patting a pouting Etsuko on the back.
"Yeah, but I won't get to spend as much time with you and Ama-kun as I have been this week."
"W-well, i-if you see me in the halls at school, Mochi, you can always feel free to s-say hi."
Etsuko's teary eyes widen as she looks up at her upperclassman. "Really, Ama-kun?"
"R-really!"
Etsuko jumps up and wraps her arms around the taller, indigo-haired boy. "Thank you!"
Etsuko says her c'ya later's to the two and walks back home, feeling satisfied with the friends she made and the things she had learned.
