UNRECONCILED STARS, ACT IV: WHERE THE ANCIENT STARS ALIGN, PART I
"So here you guys are...." You stated as Mona and Fischl looked at you in relief before Paimon flying past them and hugged you tightly.
"Y/N, you are okay!" She said in her happiest tone ever. You hugged her back as you patted her head.
"Of course I'm okay... I don't think he would stand a chance against me. Anyways, the biggest one just landed... We should get going before the Fatui get there." You told them as Mona nodded.
"My astrolabe tells me that a new meteorite has landed, and it's the biggest one yet. I already located the meteorite so let's head there quickly." She stated as you guys began follow her to the location.
"Y/N, so did you found out he was Fatui Harbinger and he was after you?" Paimon asked as you nodded.
"Of course, I did. In fact, he did launch an attack on me after that... But I already knew it from the first time we met. Did you really just forgotten that I can see through people?" You asked as she began to realize about it. She was glad enough that you were alive and that's all that matters to her.
Mona was rather intrigued by what she just heard and the fact that you were unfazed by his strength. Unlike Fischl, she could genuinely tell that you really can see through anyone which is why you were somehow managed to pull this whole team together but she questioned how do you do it.
She turned to you who was busy scrolling through your phone as Paimon seems to be bothering you with food. She tried to look at your constellation once more to know just which part of stars do you belong but all she could see it as words saying Arcanum Historia. A constellation she never heard before in her life.
Not even once her master mentioned it to her. She could also sense another constellation but it was rather vague for her to identify. It made her wonder if you were from another world but even so, you should be carrying some sort of the aura of the stars. She could only stared at your face where your eyes seems to be glimmering by the sun with amber colored eyes.
It does confused her on how your hair and eyes changed color but she didn't dare to question about it because they look... pretty. You, however could feel someone staring at you for quite awhile and it bothered you.
You looked at who was staring and just to find out that Mona was staring at you and as soon as you made eye contact with her, she immediately realized how long she was staring at you before looking away.
You were a bit confused why she was staring at you given that you felt her being curious just by her aura. You were about to ask her but you realized that you guys arrived at the area. "Looks like we made it here before the Fatui. There's no time to lose! This is the one."
A giant meteorite shard was right in front of you and you could feel the unbearably amount of elemental energy emitted from it. Normal people would probably passed out here for just being near. "I sense an unprecedented amount of elemental energy within." Oz stated as he looked around the meteorite.
"The very heart of darkness descends upon the world." Fischl stated as Paimon thought for awhile.
"Just what does the Fatui want with it? It's elemental energy?" Paimon asked as you shook your head.
"I doubt that actually but there's a possibility to that one. Usually, slimes would be here to absorb the energy which could only mean that the elemental energy is too strong for them to handle, I guess...? Anyways, let's take a closer look, shall we?" Mona nodded before you went really close to the meteorite while waiting for Mona to get the shaving off the meteorite.
You saw there were few meteorite shards seems to be floating around the huge one. It's quite a pretty sight but a shame it was too dangerous for anyone to be around. You noticed a meteorite shard flying right to your face and out of reflex, you tried to catch it.
It definitely landed to your hand and which led you to pass out on the ground with the meteorite on your hand slowly disappearing. The others took notice of you passing out but the only thing they were scared of was for that demon in your body to take over.

You opened your eyes as you looked at your surrounding. "Uhm... Wait, where the fuck am I?" You noticed you were sitting in the middle of the ocean, being in between of two unfamiliar looking island.
"Why am I being dragged here?" You heard a familiar voice next to you and there you saw a half naked man next to you. He turned to you with his eyebrows raised. "The fuck you looking at?" He asked as you were in absolute confusion.
"Sukuna?"
"It's Orochi, br-Master. Fuck." He huffed before he picked you up by the back of your collar. "Come on, let's get out of this place before that pixie child of yours started to cry, thinking you died." He stated as he looked at the two islands.
"Where's the exit?" You asked as you looked around.
"There's no exit. If we want to get out, you have to complete the whole game..." You looked at him in confusion before he jumped and landed at one of the island. He just drop you off as if you were irrelevant and walked around. "Hurry up, I'll help you find the doors. This place is the last place for both of us to stay for so long."
You looked at him in confusion as you looked around the island. It was a thick forest before you saw three colored doors in front of you. "Orochi!" You called him out before he appeared next to you.
"...This is bad." He frowned as he saw the doors before he turned to you. "Pick which doors you feel much more comfortable to you." You looked at the doors and you were curious why they managed to affect your feelings.
The first door was blue door and all you could feel everything in there is going to be suffocating. The second door was red door somehow brought you the fearful feeling and there's white door that you could only feel somewhat peaceful but it could get too eerie.
"I wanted to go with white but then... I feel like nothing good will come if I went through one of these doors." You stated as he frowned. He realized that behind you, he saw the faceless person in a suit with a huge case on his hand.
He grabbed your hand and pulled your hand just to go inside the white door. You were absolutely in confusion on what was happening. Upon arriving to white door, you saw everything in there was steampunk themed place. Everyone was wearing steampunk-like outfit before he held your hand tightly.
"This is where it started. Stay close with me, if you see an old lady or a faceless man wearing a suit, run. In order to win this, you have to at least gained some of the memory for whatever it gonna give you. Should be at least five stages and each will getting harder. So look around for any items before finding the next door." He explained as you nodded.
You went around the place and took a look of the items before you found a mini Ruin Guard toys... It reminded you of Teucer. You saw a really out of place sword on one of the merchant stall. You took a look of it before you saw a vision of you were holding the same sword fighting against the Unknown God with someone next to her that you didn't see his face but only the smirk.
Orochi raised his eyebrows when he saw the sword in your hand. "So this is how the legendary sword looked like..." He stated before you turned to him in confusion.
"Legendary sword?" You asked as he nodded.
"From what I heard, it was made by the sharpest and strongest gem, flowing with the strongest god's blood and altered by the Khaenriah's greatest alchemy during that period. Depending on the owner, it could cut the ocean in half if they wanted to... It was your weapon after all. Same goes with a catalyst weapon that you used." You looked at the weapon in awe.
"Man, if only I could take this weapon back to me... I guess I have to find it somewhere, don't I?" You sighed before putting the sword back before looking around.
"This reminded me of when I first saw you. You were definitely as same as the "Power of Friendship" Shonen protagonist. I remember the temptation to kill you so much back then." You looked at him in disbelief.
"...Tell me you are joking." You stated as he shook his head before you fell down to ground. "Why do I keep living? Why was I like that?" You should be happy that you already somewhat become much more better than before.
As you looked at the side, you saw a tortoise walking with two legs which surprised the hell out of you. "A turtle walking. A walking turtle. Is this real?" Being the dumbass you are, to you turtle and tortoise is the same thing.
"Come on, we need to find the other doors to get out here." Orochi grabbed your arms and let you lead the way. You noticed a beautiful white castle and decided to check it out. He kept an eye on your surrounding while you explore around.
Everything in there was so white to the point even the furniture, the plants were white. There you saw instead of three there was 4 doors with different colors. Light blue gave off a sad yet calming vibe, pink door gave an aura of child-like wonder but something about it makes you angry, yellow door was full of sunshine but still have a feeling of something menacing awaited in front of you and then there's light purple door that could only give you sense of mysterious.
You were about to enter the door before Orochi opened the door first just to see it was full of clocks with a person being tied up at the middle. "No, we are not going in there. Pick the other door." He immediately shut the door.
"Someone was in there."
"Don't even try to save him. These world are just a made up place. It doesn't judge your morale or whatever, it's just want you to relive the memory." He stated as you crossed your arms.
"I didn't have the intention though. Let's go through the blue door." He opened the blue door just to be greeted by rain in some sort of city. He looked around in doubt before he held you close.
"...This doesn't seem safe at all..." You went around before your eyes widen to see someone standing at the middle of the road. A mask person that looked absolutely familiar to you before he turned to you.
"Run!" You heard Orochi exclaimed before you saw a pool of blood right in front of your eyes.

Well another short chapter lol. I hadn't decided how Orochi looked like but I could say he look sexy. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this chapter :D
