Narrator's POV
"Emberstone still hasn't showed up. I wonder what's taking her so long."
Erwin spoke as another row of stone collides with the houses. It was only right for you to make sure they're either behind the houses or inside.
The horses are also secured, however the houses are getting destroyed every 5 minutes, also soldiers are dying as well.
Everyone is safe yet in danger. It's only a matter of time whether it's their turn to die. Levi went towards Erwin and sat down.
"No sign of her. But, Erwin we sure can't go on like this."
"No, Levi. Just stick to the plan. And just wait if she'll show up, although i doubt she wouldn't. However if this keeps going i don't know how much we can keep up with this."
And as much as it pains him to sit patiently and play 'take a guess who'll die next.' He doesn't have much option, beside he trust you.
You are unpredictable. No titan can kill You, No one can get rid of you easily.
The two males stood in front of each other while another gust of wind came along with a few rocks, debris and blood.
"Erwin, if that happens. What do you plan to do?"
"He's massive! How the hell are we suppose to take him down?!"
Connie yelled as the rest of your squad members rides on either Eren's head or shoulders. Their surroundings completely turned into ruins. Eren's titan running towards the Colossal Titan, as I walked over houses and destroying more.
"We just have to look for it's weakness. "
They shouted as their surrounding crumbles to the ground. Large debris are lying everywhere due to the explosion. They can only guess how many survived after that.
"I'll do it. You guys distract him."
Mikasa spoke with a murderous glint in her eyes. Everyone agrees before launching themselves towards the Colossal.
Leaving Eren as he ran towards him. Eren glare at him from inside his titan. His Forest Green eyes held so much hatred as it always had been, every since.
"Don't you dare look down on me."
Eren runs towards its foot wanting to shove him. To no prevail until one if it's humongous foot began backing up. Eren's eyes widened and continued pushing.
Only for it to be a diversion as he got kicked hard that he landed on top of the Wall.
"Eren!"
Mikasa shouted. Both calling out for him and out of instinct. Her eyes widens her breath raged, the feeling worry washed over her.
"Eren's not moving."
"He's not dead! Focus on the monster we have in hand. Unless we're able to turn the tables. This whole recovery operation, our lives, and Humanity will be doomed!
Now stop crying, and let's go! Fight!"
Jean said the sound of his cable zipping was followed after the others. They launched themselves towards the Colossal Titan.
"Mikasa will strike for the opening!"
"Roger!"
Soon they were up so high that they all made eye contact with him. The iconic trio went in front of him, glaring holes at one of the giant eye of him.
"You huge idiot!"
"Massive pervert Lord!"
As they threw insult at him. Mikasa already went to his back and threw her thunder spear at him. However it back fired when he suddenly let out a hot steam from his body.
"You guys!"
The spears flew off and behind Mikasa. The pin was detached as it exploded behind her. They all went down gasping as they did so.
"That steam is still burning my throat!"
Connie complained. Mikasa landed beside Armin. Armin shouted her name, with worry laced on his voice.
"Mikasa! You're bleeding...!"
"I'm fine. A bit of shrapnel from the Thunder spear got me. That aside, do we have another plan?"
Armin looks down. Feeling as if he betrayed not only his captain but his entire squad. Swallowing up everything he was able to muster.
"... Not one.."
The sound of large footsteps alerted them. Looking at the direction their eyes widen at the sight of the Armored Titan walking their way.
"There not enough houses to protect everyone. The front row had turned into ruins."
"Still no sign of her. I'm afraid we must take action. Whoever is this person no matter how much you trust them, if everyone's life at risk, you must take action."
The two males stood by each other. However, a loud cry cuts the air between them.
"Hey! What are you doing the horses are going to get away!"
A certain male in a bowl haircut screamed at one of his comrade. Erwin watched as one of his soldier bends down to grab the brunette's arm. A young male with brown hair sulked down to the ground.
"Who cares! None of that would matter, a lot of people already died. And probably the Corporal as well, it made no sense on trying to protect these horses. Who would need them if no one can ride them home!?"
The brown haired young man sulked even more, as the people around him as well. The air grew tense as all of them did.
"Why did I ever thought that I would make a difference?"
Levi turned his head towards Erwin once more. After all of this is nothing to what he had faced. He felt really bad for the kid. But sadly he can't do anything about it.
"Levi do you have a plan?"
"I'll distract the Beast Titan--"
"You won't go far-"
"Probably not, But as long as you, Eren, and maybe a few people got home it'll be fine."
".... There is a way.."
An annoyed huff came from Levi.
"There is. Then why'd you keep your shitty mouth shut?"
"I'll have the recruits and me to serve as a decoy, While you make your way towards the Beast Titan. "
Another gush of wind came the same element came with it but the screams are way louder.
Erwin let out and exaggerated sigh and sat down on one of the boxes.
"The truth is I plan on retiring. I also figured Emberstone would take my place, However, that is too much to ask for her. Everything I did, I did so that I could find out the truth. Now that, I've known the truth, my father's death had been justified, and so I wanted to, For the last time serve Humanity."
Erwin lowered his gaze. Levi crouched down and looked at him in the eye. "Because of you Humanity had come this far. You and Ernesta would've probably made it greater, but a little advice just now. You've had your dreams, now is time to die. Lead those brats to hell."
You pant, stumbled around. The lack of air and energy you felt. After your encounter with the Cart Titan, you could say you are so beat.
Also the amount of panic rising in you is not helping. You did your best run, and walk as fast as you can. However, No matter what you do, you just end up tired.
You stumbled towards a running river. You crawled towards the water and just dipped your face in it, before going back up.
You drank a lot of water, you took deep breaths as you regained a bit of energy. You continued your path.
Soon enough you heard gunshot and people screaming. Your eyes widen as you rushed to see what's happening.
Panic rose again. You saw your Commander rushing towards the Beast with the soldiers with him.
"My soldiers scream! My soldiers rage! My soldiers fight!"
You watched as the Beast threw the stones towards them. Crushing almost everyone, the Monkey did a little cheer.
Your blood ran cold, eyes wide, a horrifying expression was painted over your soft features. More people come at this point you're at your limit.
The Ape began crushing boulders, preparing to strike once again.
You wasted no time and bit your hand. Yellow light began emerging from your body, a yellow lighting pierced through the sky.
And hits you, as soon as it does flesh, and bones and started to form a large being. After your successful transformation.
Your titan roared. You can see the Monkey's terrified expression. You sent glare through those Amethyst orbs.
"Die!!"
