Third person's POV

*one month later*

"Why the hell are you taking so long Swayam?" Sharon shouted from their bedroom while Swayam was setting his hair in the walk in closet for a final time.

"Coming!" He yelled and and gave himself a final check before he walked out to find her sitting on their bed like a queen and scrolling on her mobile. His breath got stuck in his throat at her beauty. She looked extremely gorgeous in the glamorous white saree she was clad in, with her hair waved slightly and just the perfect minimal amount of make-up on her face.

She looked up at the sound of the door clicking and her heart started racing when she noticed his intense gaze. She checked him out from top to bottom and she must say that he was late for all valid reasons. Hair perfectly gelled, his dark deep blue tuxedo perfectly defining his figure and the slight stubble on his face acting as the cherry on the top. She wanted to just crash her lips on his but controlled herself and masked her expression with a glare.

"What took you so long? Even I didn't take that long to get ready my dear husband!" She mocked, standing up and moving around the bed to grab her purse and his wallet. She walked back to him and half of the distance was covered by him walking towards her.

"You look angelic, love!" Swayam whispered, pulling her close by her waist and a shiver ran down her spine at the contact of his hand on her bare waist.

"You don't look bad yourself." She replied with a little attitude and he raised his eyebrows. She looked sexy and hot with that occasional attitude of hers. Well, Sharon and attitude were two sides of the same coin and he was no one to escape from it.

"Big day for you?" She asked, straightening his tie.

"Indeed. It's a big day because you are beside me this time." Swayam replied, pecking her forehead. She kissed his right cheek in return, making him smirk at her.

"You have no idea what thoughts run in my mind when you act like this." He added, his voice husky and he started leaning in for a kiss. Her lips looked as tempting as ever and her stomach did flip flops as if it was her first time kissing him. This was the beauty of their love. Even after so many years, everything was just as before. Their breath mingled between them, the air getting thick, creating a havoc in both the bodies. Just as he was about to kiss her, she placed her palm on his mouth and he ended up kissing her fingers instead.

"Not now! We are already running late Mr. Shekhawat." With that said, she managed to get out of his grip, earning an unpleased groan in return. She quickly made her way out of the bedroom with him in tow.

She saw mom, dad and Taani along with little Alia all ready, waiting for them in the living room as she descended the stairs and took deep breaths to bring her breathing back to normal. As soon as she made her presence known, Taani whistled seeing her and Sadhna got up, smiling widely at her.

"You look beautiful my dear!" She complimented, pulling her in for a hug and pecking the side of her head. Swayam was down by now and waited for his turn like an obedient child in the line for his mom to appreciate him but royally got ignored as she turned back to the other members in the family.

"Mom! You have forgotten me ever since we returned from Delhi!" Swayam whined cutely making everyone chuckle. It has been like this since they got to know that her memory was back. It was no less earlier but now, she was the princess of the house, pampered just like little Alia and sometimes even more than that. Sadhna and Rishi were overwhelmed with tears seeing her back and Taani literally didn't leave her side for coming weeks. Swayam felt happy and proud to have such a loving family.

Little Romeo barked and ran towards Swayam. Swayam kneeled down to pet him and he licked his hand in return.

"You are the only one who remembers me, my boy!" Swayam said loud enough, carrying him up in his arms and cuddling in him. Sharon adored the adorable duo in front of her eyes. Taani rolled her eyes at the drama.

"Cut the drama! Don't you guys wanna reach in time for this big event?" Taani asked and everyone moved towards the door. Swayam gingerly kept Romeo on the ground but he seemed reluctant to get down. He always sensed when someone was going out of house and didn't like it at all.

"Be a good boy and don't trouble Robin. We will be back in few hours." He caressed his head lovingly as everyone moved out one by one. He bid a final bye to him and slid in the driver seat. He smiled once at Sharon who sat beside him and drove out of their driveway.

As soon as they reached the venue, they could see the flashes of light from the reporters. Sharon got nervous but Swayam held her hand, kissing the back of it and blinking his eyes in assurance. Swayam got down and moved towards her side to open her door meanwhile rest of the family members got down themselves. His bodyguards made sure they weren't swarmed by the media people and both of them walked inside, hand in hand.

As they entered the perfectly decorated huge conference hall, the gang's eyes met theirs and they rushed towards him, tackling Sharon with their hugs because Swayam wanted to maintain his so called business attitude. The Mehra's too walked towards them and Sid hugged Swayam, irrespective of his glare in return. He moved to his Pia and engulfed her in a bone crushing hug. Yes, he still called Sharon as Pia because that was who she was to him, his sister first before anything else.

After exchanging some pleasantries, they all dispersed and they took the front two rows, reserved for them already. The function began and Swayam was growing nervous by each passing minute. Even though he was one of the most famous businessman, known for his confidence, he couldn't help but feel nervous. Afterall, it was the award ceremony, where he will be awarded the best in his field. He was a little nervous also because his Sharon was attending this ceremony with him. He has been to numerous award functions but none of them felt like this. Sharon slid her fingers in his palm and interlaced their hands, squeezing it and silently telling him that she is there.

"The Businessman of the year Award goes to Mr. Swayam Shekhawat, CEO of Shekhawat Industries. His determination and excellent leadership qualities took the Shekhawat Industries to great heights and expanded his business to into various dimensions. His vision,  hardwork and focus is what made him the best in this field. I request Mr. Shekhawat, the very deserving person, to come on the dais and receive the award." The anchor announced and Swayam made his way to the stage. He was handed the beautiful award and Sharon blinked back her tears as her chest swelled with pride for her husband seeing the crowd cheer and applaud him enthusiastically. He was requested to speak a few words and he walked to the podium.

"Hello everyone! Thank you so much for this honour! Honestly speaking, the anchor has simply built a mansion of words and made me look this huge businessman guy..." He gave a paused and the audience chuckled at it.

"But I was just a normal boy who had dreamt and achieved it for him and his family... I am short of words today as nothing can express how special this is for me." He expressed, not knowing what to say and his eyes fell on Sharon.

"The first person with whom I shared my first plan of this very business, the same person is sitting right in front of me now, smiling from ear to ear. Yes, she is my dear wife. My mom, dad, sister, my whole family is behind this and it wouldn't have been possible to achieve this success without them. Thank you so much! It means a lot to me." He got a little emotional and gulped down the lump rising in this throat.

"This one is special to my heart and will always be. I will end my 'few words' now because I don't want to bore you all and I don't want this one to be my last one either. Thank you everyone!" The whole hall roared with laughter and claps when he finished and walked down the stage. Sharon stood up and hugged him, congratulating him and they sat down not wanting to create a scene. After a few other awards, the function was wrapped up and everyone made their way to the afterparty.

The afterparty was filled with best wishes, jokes, laughs, soft melodies, drinks and snacks. It was amazing to meet everyone from the industry and a great opportunity to establish a connection with them but also equally exhausting. So by the time it ended, it was late in the evening and all of them just wanted to collapse on their bed and nothing else.

Swayam, Sharon and their family waved bye to the gang and Sid's family and left for their home. The car ride was silent as little Alia was sleeping peacefully in her mother's arms and no one wanted to disturb her. Soon they reached back home and all of them sat on the sofa, tired.

"Finally home!" Taani sighed happily and Swayam chuckled. He took the Award and kept it on the centre table carefully.

"We are so proud of you, my son!" His dad patted his back and he felt happy seeing the joy on their faces.
Sadhna went to arrange for the dinner since it was still early for dinner and they hadn't had it yet. Rishi went off to his room. Sharon hurried after Sadhna, making Swayam frown.

He was about to go to his room to freshen up when Taani called him. He turned around to see her smirking at him but she quickly changed it up.

"Swayam, will you please put Alia to sleep? I will go and help mom and also have to check on dad and his medicines once." She requested with her puppy dog eyes and he sighed. He couldn't deny such a sweet request. He made his way to the room where Alia usually sleeps. He entered and put her down on the bed and was about to leave when she stirred in her sleep, about to wake up. He hurried to her side because he knew very well that if she woke up now, she would be irritated and then, wouldn't even sleep at night. He sat against the headboard and adjusted her properly on the pillow and patted her head till she lulled to sleep. He smiled seeing his princess sleeping peacefully and didn't realise when his own eyelids grew heavy and he slipped into sleep.

______

He felt someone shake his shoulder and opened his eyes to see Taani standing there, smiling at him. She gestured him to keep quiet with her finger on her lip and they both walked out of the room.

"What time is it?" Swayam asked, yawning and stretching his neck which seemed to have a pain due to sleeping in a not so comfortable position.

"It's 9." Taani replied casually and sat down on the sofa in the living room.

"What? Damn! I slept so long! I won't be able to sleep early tonight then." Swayam groaned and made his way to the stairs when he heard Taani chuckling.

"Too eager to go to your wife?" Taani asked in a teasing tone, smirking and Swayam frowned.

"What's with the sudden teasing?" He asked confused on her behaviour.

"You will know it yourself. Go go, enjoy your time. Good that you already slept here." She teased again and left for her room. Swayam shrugged at her strange behaviour and climbed up the stairs to go to his room.

He opened the door only to be hit by a whiff of scent and a beautifully decorated bedroom with candles all over. A wide smile made it's way onto his face seeing the surprise and his eyes searched for that one person. All his sleep washed away seeing the sweet gesture from his love.

"Sharon?" He called out and got no response. He walked further in and found a single rose kept on a paper on the bed. He took it and read what's written on it.

'Come to the Balcony'

He smiled reading it and hurried towards the balcony. He gasped seeing the arrangements made by Sharon there. A table for two was arranged with small fairy lights adorning the area around, making it look like a scene straight out from a movie. His eyes frantically searched for her and found her standing by the railing, gazing into the oblivion. She hadn't changed her saree yet and she was looking just heavenly. He quietly walked upto her and stood behind her, startling her.

"Hey!" Swayam whispered, back hugging her and she leaned into his touch.

"What were you doing for so long? I was waiting since forever for you!" Sharon complained, pouting at him and he pecked her pout. Though the complain was absolutely for nothing because she was more than thankful that he was asleep. Taani had gone to wake him up only after she had said to do so.

"Sorry, dozed off while putting Alia to sleep." He replied smiling sheepishly and she chuckled seeing his cute expression.

"Come let's have dinner. I am super hungry!" She dragged him towards the table and they both had food, enjoying their personal time to the fullest. They were strolling in the balcony after dinner and stood by the railing, looking over their backyard. Swayam stood back hugging her and she just enjoyed being in his arms.

"Did I tell you how proud I am of you?" Sharon asked suddenly.

"I will have to think of that..." Swayam trailed off, making a thinking face which earned a light hit from her on his hand that was on her waist. She turned around in his arms and looked straight into his eyes.

"I am so proud of you! The way you handle everything, the way you excelled yourself just for the sake of my dreams, the way you love our family and many more things Swayam. I am proud of the person you have become. I am proud that this amazing human is my husband and all mine." Sharon expressed with pride shining in her eyes and Swayam was overwhelmed with emotions. He felt his heart explode with happiness.

"Congratulations for the Award Mr. Shekhawat!" Sharon whispered and kissed him on his lips. He didn't expect it but neither delayed any second in responding to it. He circled his hand on her waist around it completely, pulling her more into him and the other hand travelled up to her neck, caressing her jawline with his thumb, deepening the kiss. His hand on her bare waist sent shivers down her spine

She let her hands move on their own to his hair, tangling into them. She pulled onto his hair roots when he bit her lip slightly making Swayam groan. Their tongue fought in their own language for dominance and Sharon moaned when his massaged hers. She mimicked his action to which he let out a throaty moan. The kiss was anything but slow and soft. Neither of them wanted to pull away but they had  to do it because of the shortage of air.

They joined their lips once again in a much more needy kiss but it didn't last long since Swayam detached his lips from hers and trailed a line of kisses on her jawline to her ears. He sucked on her earlobe earning a moan from her and he continued his way down her neck. He nibbled and sucked on her sweet spot, making her go weak on her knees. If it wasn't him holding her, she would have fallen down by now. Her face was flushed red due to their intense make out.

"Swayam..." She called out but it came out more as a moan due to his now open mouthed, wet kisses on her collar bone and shoulder blade. He hummed, sending vibrations over her skin and she shivered again. He was still kissing in the crook of her neck, caressing her waist in a sensual way. Her grip on his shirt tightening by each new kiss by him.

"Swayam!" She breathed out because of her shallow breathing and cupped his face, pulling it back to the level of her face. He was looking at her with hooded eyes, as if he was drugged and her eyes we're dazed, still lost in the sensations all over her body. He looked at her questioningly and she caressed his cheeks.

"I want you. All of you!" She said between her breaths and Swayam stood rooted at his spot. He didn't expect this like this. His mind ran back to the decorations in the bedroom and he could connect the dots now.

"What did you think, that I wouldn't know why you denied my advances back then in Rajasthan? After gaining my memory back, I knew why you did what you did. You were waiting to make love to your Sharon and not Pia right? Then do it now Swayam... Make love to me." Sharon explained on not seeing any reaction from his side. He was still quite because he was just digesting the situation and the words that left her mouth. He wasn't able to believe that this was all real.

"Say something please?" She asked him, bringing him out of his thoughts and he jerked her more closer to him and she gasped at the sudden jerk.

"My Sharon wishes for something and I don't fulfill it, how is that possible?" Swayam whispered in his husky voice and she blushed deep red.

"Your wish is my command, my love." Saying so, he sweeped her off her feet, making her squeal. She locked her hands around his neck and peppered soft kisses on the length of his neck while he was carrying her back into their room. He groaned when she bit his earlobe and glared at her playfully while she just smirked at him. He didn't turn on the lights as the candles lit the room enough and the moonlight being the cherry on the cake.

He laid her on the bed and hovered over her, taking her lips into another demanding kiss and one thing led to another until both of them were drowned in the passion of their love. The room filled with their groans, moans and laughs as they couldn't stop themselves tonight. They didn't want to. They wanted to be one in every sense once again and nothing was coming between them this time. It was their love and passion for each other. The longing for sense of completeness in each other's arms. The longing they had to experience the most vulnerable yet the very purest form of their love once again.
