A poor homeless girl was sitting next to the door outside the restaurant, one lunch time. She had nothing but a bottle of water to surmount her hunger. She cannot afford to buy food for herself. In every sip of the water that she had, she imagines that she's eating one of those delicious foods served inside.
A lot of people saw her, but noone came to offer her food.
Until, a passerby came up and offered her to go inside the restaurant. The kind boy bought her plenty of food to eat. He even bought her drinks and gave her money. The girl was so thankful. She's finally diminished the hunger she felt that day.
Then, the girl asked the boy, " Why are you so kind?".
" 'Cause it's the right thing to do.", the boy simply answered.
The boy added, " I was same as you before, I used to have nothing. I used to have water as my lunch. I used to watch other people while eating their food. But then, someone came and offered me some kindness, that's why I am here today, offering the same thing. I feel you so, I kinda wanna give back the goodness that once I had received a long time ago" .
The girl was so thankful that time. She even promised the boy that she will be kind to everyone.
MORAL:
The story teaches us to be kind, in any form. Whenever there's a chance to help, grab it. Let the kindness starts in you.
