Synopsis
The story follows Ryusei Hoshimachi (星街 龍星), a young man who is also happened to be a younger brother of Suisei Hoshimachi (星街 すいせい), following in his sister's footsteps and began to start his own singing career.
While doing his best to become a famous singer and takes a job as an employee of Livehouse CiRCLE, Ryusei eventually has a fateful encounter with most of the certain idol groups, girlbands, DJ units, and even his sister's holomates who have ended up taking an interest in him and later, fall in love with him.
Will Ryusei be able to achieve his dream and live up to his sister who inspired him...?
"Now, the Stardust Dragon shall arise and shine bright!"
