~ Athena's eyes
Exhausted wasn't enough to describe the state I was in. I didn't sleep during the whole flight, not even a bit. I couldn't sleep knowing that I was crossing oceans in a fucking flying machine. Nevertheless, I watched almost every single movie available in the plane, including lots of my favorite Disney movies. It's never bad to re-watch every single High School Musical movie that exists.
After more than nine hours in the plane we finally arrived at the States. I grabbed my backpack and waited until the whole crew that traveled with us was ready to leave the plane.
"Hey" My sister sat down next to me
"Hi" I responded
"Ath, oh my god, you look terrible"
"Oh wow, thank you sis" I scoffed
"I didn't mean it that way, did you get any sleep?"
"No, I didn't"
"God, why are you so stubborn" She rolled her eyes
"Cause i'm an aquarius" I laughed
"Oh yeah, blame it on your sign" We both let out a giggle
"Morning" A groggy voice said
Anna and I both turned to look at eachother and our eyes went wide.
Niall
"Morning" Anna responded and I only nodded
He let out a sigh and I couldn't help but feel a bit bad, I don't know how long I will be able to be mad at him.
"Alright everyone, this is our plan. Paparazzi is in the airport, you will both try to cover up but not a lot, we want them to see you and take some pictures. Athena you have an interview later today, i'll let you know when. Athena and Niall, keep your distance, we don't want any rumors spreading around, don't flip off the paps, be nice, and smile please" Richard said all of that in one single breath and I was surprised, what are his lungs made out of? Steel?
"Alright" Niall and I said in unison and I couldn't help but roll my eyes while he laughed.

When we finally left the plane, I was able to hear every single scream and every single camera trying to capture pictures of the two singers leaving the plane. Panic was growing in my chest and I had that cold feeling in my stomach that I get every single time I'm uncomfortable with something. Being the centre of attention was never the thing I did best. Neither Bailey or Anna were allowed to come with me since Richard thought that if they were more people with us it would steal our spotlight.
The sun was coming out making the sky look like a beautiful canvas in which orange, yellow and red have been splattered all over. The light warm air was tickling my face giving me a bit of a break from the dense, humid, cold London air. It was my first time in the US and I was beyond grateful for having the opportunity to visit other countries.
Finally entering the actual building, a lot of questions popped out of nowhere, however I continued walking.
'Are you two dating?'
'Athena, Athena here please!'
'What do you think about Louis Tomlinson's debut album Walls?'
'Niall, did you fuck her yet?'
I stopped dead in my tracks and looked at the pap who said that. One thing that I didn't stand was disrespect, and that question not only was treating me like a fucking toy, but was also treating Niall like a man who had to fuck every single woman he was seen with.
"Ath let it go" Niall whispered while pulling my arm
"No" I shortly responded
"Ath, come on" He continued to pull my arm until we were in the car
"Fucking bitch" I whispered while harshly removing Niall's hand from my arm
"Why are you so mad?" He angrily asked
"Why do you care?" I spat
"Alright, you need to calm down. Of course I fucking care" He sighed "Can you tell me what the fuck is going on?"
"No, figure it out yourself"
"You can't be mad forever"
"Wanna bet?" I sassily responded
He just rolled his eyes and I smirked knowing that I got to annoy him.
Wait, why am I happy that I'm annoying him? That's not very nice, well him blocking me wasn't very nice either, ugh, I'll just apologize later.
After about a 30 minute very awkward car ride, we finally got to the hotel, which was very nice. We entered the lobby which was gorgeously decorated. The ceiling was very high and had a chandelier hanging from the middle. The sun was crashing the crystals lighting up the room a bit. The whole lobby was a beige color and it was very pleasing to the eye. When you entered from the main entrance you could see two big sofas at each side of the room. The desk in the front was decorated with some white roses and gold studs at the sides. The lady working at the desk was very nice and I appreciated that they treated us like normal people and not some gods.
My room was number 2511 and Niall's was 2510, the rooms were in front of each other, which was alright I suppose. Bailey, Anna and me shared the same room, if you could even call it a room, because it seemed like a whole freaking flat. When I entered the room I was completely shocked, it was beautiful. Some walls were made of glass which was very nice since it allowed us to see the amazing city under us. The kitchen was at the right, while the living room was at the left. There were about 4 bathrooms, one for each bedroom and another one in the living room.
I quickly went to my room and tried to start unpacking since I had the interview in a bit. I turned on the hot water in the shower and started unpacking a bit while waiting for the water to actually get hot. When steam finally started showing I stripped and went inside the shower. Showers normally relax me, but not this time. I kept thinking about Niall, and the way I'm treating him, is it correct? Does he really deserve it?
After finishing with my shower I changed in some shorts and a white crop top, I also wore an oversized zip up hoodie, and got some sandals. I decided I needed to apologize for the way I treated him.
Leaving the room I went up to his, I debated for about 10 minutes if I should knock or not, but when I was gonna finally do it, the door suddenly opened revealing a very tired Niall.
"Hi" I finally managed to speak
"Ath, oh um, come in" He stuttered
I just nodded and went in
"So, um, what did you come here for?" He asked
"Look, I'm still mad at you for what you did, but I want to apologize about the way I treated you in the car. You helped me in the plane when I was scared and I had no right to treat you that way, I'm sorry"
"Oh, um, it's alright"
An awkward silence fell upon us after that, and I interrupted it saying that I should go back to my room and get ready for the interview, he agreed and we both walked towards the door, but when I tried to open it, the door didn't even move,
"Can you unlock it?" I asked
"What do you mean? It's unlocked" He responded
"No, it's not" I scoffed
He tried opening the door, but he couldn't. Panic started growing in me again, and my hands started shaking
"Ath, we are locked in"
