CHAPTER 9: Years Later
3RD POV
It took a while to convince madara to let her see itachi, after all he wasn't pleased with her request, Madara had been trying to make her join his side but to no avail kasumi was too smart for that.
Kasumi waited until she heard footsteps in the small cave, And the nex thing she knew they were already staring at each other
"Itachi..." Kasumi whispered with sadness in her eyes
"What are you doing here?" Itachi asked in a stern voice
"I requested to see you" Kasumi answered going back to her usual monotone voice
"Straight from him?" Itachi raised a brow
"from madara? Yes." kasumi answered
"I didn't realize you knew him too" Itachi said
"Itachi... Did they force you?" Kasumi asked getting straight to the point
"Such things should not be of your concerns" Itachi said activating his sharingan and putting kasumi in a genjutsu causing her to fall down and look unconscious
"There we go, phew at least this wasn't like like last time" Kasumi said with a sigh, Both knew that madara was listening to their conversation. Looking to her left kasumi saw itachi with a serious face
"Oh no..."
"Oh yes, What do you think are you doing here?" Itachi glared
"Uh... visit you?" Kasumi answered but it sounded more like a question
"Visit me? I don't think there is such a reckless person as you" Itachi said
"Wow, I expected a thanks for worrying about you or something" Kasumi rolled her eyes
"worried?" Itachi said raising a brow as he watched kasumi walk towards him
"Itachi, how could I not worry?" Kasumi asked in a serious tone
"I killed the clan, I'm a criminal now I expected you to get angry at me" Itachi said
"If I were to be angry, I would be angry for traumatizing your own brother" Kasumi glared
"How is he?"
"See what I mean? You're worried about him, which answers every single one of my questions... It wasn't your intention to kill your clan, wasn't it?" Kasumi asked but she only received silence in return
"I could never hate you itachi" Kasumi said
"you're calling me itachi" Itachi said making kasumi glare at him
"And I think I know why" Itachi added
"You say itachi when you are worried or uneasy" Itachi said with a small smile
"I am not looking forward to be your enemy but the next time we meet, I'm pretty sure we will have to fight, A REAL fight" Kasumi said giving itachi a hug
"Look after sasuke" Itachi said giving her a hug
"I will" Kasumi said before itachi released the genjutsu and gave madara a good show

Years had passed and kasumi is now 18, For years kasumi had been looking after sasuke not because of itachi but because she needed to guide him for the right path
"Congratulations sasuke, I knew you could do it!" Kasumi said giving sasuke a hug and a small peck on the cheek
"Disgusting!" Sasuke yelled trying to get away from kasumi but to no avail kasumi did not let go of him
"Hn." Sasuke glared
"Sorry, sorry... I Just feel proud of you" Kasumi said ruffling his hair
"Now, I got you some onigiri with tomatoes on the side" Kasumi said
"I kinda missed your chocolates..." Sasuke said sitting on a chair
"whoa whoa, Is that sasuke I hear craving chocolates?" Kasumi said with a smirk
"Oh shut up" Sasuke glared
"Itidakimasu..."
"Now, now you're going to rip your eyes out if you keep glaring at me, I can tolerate your hair but not your eyes" Kasumi chuckled
"What is it with my hair? Jealous?" Sasuke taunted
"When you were born you're hair almost resembled a mustache... and as you grew, I just don't know what went wrong..." Kasumi faked sadness
"Hn." Sasuke said going into his usual brooding attitude
'Well I should be glad he doesn't express that brooding attitude in front of me' Kasumi thought with a smile
"Welp, Finish your food, and do your usual routine. I'm gonna go to bed, It's been a long day" Kasumi yawned
"Good night, nee-chan" Sasuke said making kasumi smile
"Night sasuke"
'He's still a kid, No matter what happened to his past I must guide him' Kasumi thought

"Ooh, I heard you'll be getting your teams today kakashi, haha good luck!" Kasumi winked
"ugh..." Kakashi groaned
"It'll be fun trust me" Kasumi laughed
"And why should I?" Kakashi asked
"why not?" Kasumi said
"Oi, Kiki" Kakashi called making the poor brunette sensei to get a tick mark
"I told you stop with the nickname! Bakashi!"
"mou... No need to get mad, was it fun to teach my little sumi here?" Kakashi asked with a close eyed smile
"It depends" The brunette sensei squinted his eyes
"Huh? depends? How so?" Kakashi chuckled
"because... She can be fun to be around, she's a good listener really and she's also a fast learner, although... She can be quite sassy, and a troublesome student, what a drag"
"see what I mean?" Kakashi said to which made kasumi roll her eyes
"Sensei... are you sure, You're not a nara? You're spending too much time with the naras I believe" Kasumi said
"Shikaku had been challenging me for shogi these days, It can't be helped" The brunette sensei shrugged before they heard a bird from above them
"well, That's my cue" Kakashi sighed before he started walking with the two walking behind him
"nice bird" Kasumi said looking up at the sky to which made the other sensei to look up in the sky
"No goodluck?" Kakashi sweatdropped
"I hope you fail miserably and embarrass yourself so that you will lock yourself in a room and gai shall visit you everyday saving me from the nightmares" Danki started muttering
"You have serious issues" Kasumi said backing away from her sensei
"You okay Somagi?" Kakashi asked with a sweatdrop as kasumi really started to grow terrified with all her sensei's muttering that she had to hug kakashi tightly
"Kakashi, I have a conclusion" Danki said with a serious face
'What's with the sudden change? Is he seriously okay!?' Kasumi thought
"I think Gai is gay..." Danki muttered

"..."
"You don't believe me don't you?" The two hatakes shook their heads
"He sneaked into my bathroom so many times challenging me to a fight, and one time I even woke up with him staring at me and challenging me the moment I opened my eyes" Danki said
"Looks like he's not the one with issues..." Kasumi whispered
"well I suppose that's normal..." Kakashi scratched the back of his head
"I don't think that's supposed to be normal kashi/kakashi" The student-teacher said

"Oh and that's sasuke Uchiha, the most promising rookie..."
"I heard he's got the younger hatake taking care of him" Asuma said almost instantly all eyes turned to kakashi
"She's the one taking care of him, I have nothing to do with it" Kakashi said scratching the back of his head
All the attention goes back to the ball
"Uzumaki naruto..." Kakashi muttered
"Naruto! get away from sasuke-kun!" The girls started yelling at him as they watched the glaring contest between him and sasuke when suddenly a boy bumped into sasuke and the next thing they knew sasuke and naruto had each other's lips onto each other, making everyone's jaw drop
And in an instant the two broke got away from each other and started to cough out of disgust but their attention goes to the door when they heard something drop...
"Oh my..." Kasumi muttered in shock
Sasuke bolted standing up immediately not even noticing how the girls started to beat naruto up
"No! it's not like that!" Sasuke yelled as he looked at kasumi with a horrified exression
"I suppose you lack social skills with girls... It would seem that I am responsible" Kasumi muttered
"See you at home sasuke" Kasumi said turning away
'Oh my gosh Naruto and sasuke, what's worse?... Itachi is gonna kill me! I can't believe it!' Kasumi thought
"Nee-chan no!" Sasuke said but it was too late to catch up with kasumi making him slump over to his desk
"Naruto you idiot...!"
"Okay that's enough! back to your seats everyone!" Iruka said making everyone go to their seats
"Now I shall be assigning you to your teams" Iruka announced announcing each one's teams
"Team 7, Uzumaki naruto, Haruno Sakura, Uchiha Sasuke" Naruto slumped over to his desk, sakura was cheering while sasuke looked like he couldn't care less

"Here you go... I just came to drop your bento" Kasumi smiled
"Thanks nee-chan" Sasuke said taking the small bento box from her
"No chocolates?" Sasuke raised a brow
"No"
"Anyways, I'll be on my way home then... Have fun sasuke" Kasumi said before kissing sasuke's cheek
"Disgusting!" Sasuke said wiping his ckeek to which made kasumi laugh as she left the room, midway through her walk she realized that she forgot about the bento box she was going to send kakashi
"Crap, I left two bento boxes to sasuke" Kasumi muttered before she walked back inside before noticing that sasuke was tied up
"Oh my-... Why are you tied up?" Kasumi asked frantically as she freed sasuke
"Don't worry about it, cause Im about to give them a payback" Sasuke said as he jumped out of the room through the window while having kasumi walk behind him
"Ah! sasuke-kun, You silly boy-"
"Where's naruto?" Sasuke asked cutting the pink haired girl
"oh, there you go changing the subject again" The girl cooed but sasuke ignored her, while kasumi could only sigh
'I know how annoying it is to have fangirls sasuke, Your brother had a lot of them' Kasumi thought with a small smile
"You know what makes him annoying? because he wasn't raised right, He doesn't have parents and no one to teach him right and wrong" Sakura said making fun of naruto, this time kasumi realized this was not an ordinary fangirl... and she didn't like it
'Oh no.' Kasumi thought as her eyes followed the Uchiha
"You see he just does whatever he thinks, with no parents... I mean if I did things like naruto just forget it, He's alone... selfish, bratty and annoying" Sakura said making sasuke glare harshly at her
"Isolated and alone, You have no idea what it's like to be alone" Sasuke said gritting his teeth and walked away from her
"*sigh* well that wasn't very nice girl... How disappointing. Considering that you are teammates with not just sasuke, you need to be more understanding with BOTH of them" kasumi said
"Huh? who are you" Sakura asked
"No need for you to know... You better be nice, its not just naruto that is alone... each one of us gets to experience that, and its quite sad some of them doesn't even deserve it... Please be careful of your words" Kasumi said before walking away
