I walk at a steady pace down the street, staring at the ground and not talking to anyone - gripping onto the matchbox in my pocket. I didn't know whether to feel happy, sad, excited, scared. I just needed to prepare for the upcoming events.
"Are you really going to go with what he says?" Cozbi asks. "I mean you don't have to, remember? We are on our own side aren't we?"
"We are on our own side for what? We are not going to fight anyone unless I get back to Paradis." I tell him. "I don't even see a point of us being a team."
"You made a deal didn't you? Remember what Eren said back in that dream of yours? He wants you to destroy the world, homes, families."
"And I'm not going to do that."
"Then he will do it himself. A war will happen and you can't stop that - he only wants you to unlock the true form of your Titan and use it for his own good. But thanks to your great decision, we can do whatever we want."
"You know if you were stood in front of me, I would have killed you a thousand times over by now." I mentally smirk.
"Come on. Let's just go and do what he told us to do."
I walk down the street and make my way to the large mansion I used to stay in. It was quite a long way but I managed to get there just before the sun set completely.
I was going to become queen tomorrow and I wasn't prepared. Important people would be coming from all over the world; and hopefully from Paradis if they don't get caught. I would have to make a large speech in front of everyone along with wearing a long dress, a crown, expensive jewellery. I was not prepared at all.
I stroll through hallways and pass many doors until I find my room. I hadn't been in it for a few years but everything was still in shape. My bed was made and the floor was completely clean. The window was open and the curtains blew around to the wind.
I walk in, closing the door behind me, and make my way to my wardrobe at the side of the room. I open the doors that leaded into it and there was a singular white, flowing dress - it was the same nightgown I used before the war. I take it out and walk over to my bed where I place the dress neatly on it.
"Oi." I call out to Cozbi. "Keep your eyes to yourself while I change."
"Who do you think I am? A pervert?" He asks.
"I don't know. Are you?"
"Just hurry up."
I take a deep breath and start to strip my dirty clothes off - my jacket, shirt, pants, straps. I take everything off until I am left in my bra and underwear. My hip-dips, my slightly curved body and thin sized limbs were all exposed in the light.
"I have lost so much weight. Maybe a bit too much." I say in my head.
I pick up the dress off the bed and start to put it over my head. I let go of it and it falls over me while it covers my entire body apart from my feet. I look at myself and see that the dress still fit me pretty much perfectly.
"I'm going to end up blind at this rate. Can I open my eyes?" Cozbi asks.
"Sure. Go ahead and do whatever you have to do."
"Are you sure? This could hurt, and besides how can we trust this idea of his?"
"We're not. We can't trust his idea but we are going to do this anyway in the future if we don't now. Let's just focus on how to stay safer." I tell him. "We can't afford to not follow his orders just yet because I know when he wants something, he will do anything to get it - damn brat."
"If you say so."

I was in the middle of the room and lifted up into the air by a great force coming from the floor. My body was facing upwards while my arms were drooping down at the side of my body and my eyes were closed.
It was like I was asleep but fully aware of what was happening. I was seeing little scenes, or rather memories, that I have never seen or experienced before.
They started off with this girl with grey-blonde, shoulder length hair with a headband along with tattered clothes and leather sandals.. She looked quite young and also looked like she was hurt. She was bleeding from little cuts and had bruises all over her face, arms and legs like she had been tortured. There was an arrow in her shoulder and her leg but she managed to run; she was probably being chased.
Next moment, she trips over a risen root, of a tree, and falls into some mud. Tears dropped from her eyes and trickled down her cheek. She looked up and immediately stood up and started running again - there was a large tree in front of her with a large hole in it leading into the ground. She went inside hoping for a place to hide but no, she fell into that hole in the ground and a loud splash was heard.
My vision goes black before it comes back again and I see that same girl again. She was kneeling down in front of a man sat on a throne - my guess was that he was probably the king. He looked amused by her and he opened his mouth to say something, but I couldn't hear a word he said. That's when my vision went black again, before coming back again.
There was an empty field in front of me but there were people on either side of it. They were mostly all sat on horses holding swords in their hands or spears. It looked like a war was about to happen. A massive strike of lighting - larger than I've ever seen before - hits the ground causing it to rumble slightly. There was a Titan that had appeared and I furrow my eyebrows.
It was the largest Titan I have ever seen in my life. It had a skull for a head with grey-blonde hair. It had skin on the rest of its body and it crawled instead of walked and bones came out the side of her torso. This was definitely Ymir the Founder's titan and that meant I was, somehow, looking back on the past.
I lift up my foot and take a step forward. The floor suddenly disintegrated underneath me and I fell through the dark and large hole that was left. It didn't take long to reach the bottom since I landed on something soft. I look down and see I landed on grass. There was a whole field of it but there was no sky or anything - like a cave. The walls were a dark shade and there was a single light in the distance.
I start to walk towards the light but every couple steps I took, there was a vision along with it. The first vision was of the same girl kneeling down in-front of a man sat on a throne - it was obviously a king. The girl held sand in both her hands and looked awfully sad.
As I get closer to the light, I see more visions of the same girl and the man. She had given birth to four daughters with the King and they were all living happy. That was until there was an attempted murder of the King.
A spear was thrown straight towards the Kings's neck, but the girl was fast enough to jump in front of it. She was the one who got impaled through her heart. She died instantly.
I get closer and closer to the light and it soon becomes clear to what it was. It looked like a door leading into another place. I keep walking and walking.
Another memory flashes through my head - the king had his arms around the four girls as they ate something looking like meat. There was a table in front of them that looked like a skeleton was laying on top of it. Guts and organs hanged out of the ribs as the girls continued to eat. It was obvious they were eating a human; as if they were eating there own mother.
I stop in front of the light and stand in shock. I felt like I was going to be sick after all that so I quickly go through the doorway.

"At last. I thought my arms were about to drop off." I open my eyes and see Cozbi beside me. He was holding me bridal style in his arms before he dropped me onto the floor.
"So you can't be patient for me to stand up on my own?" I ask. "Now what? We have done what that man told us to do. How can I even see you?"
"Long story, short. The person in possession of the fire element can be the only one to see me. I can physically touch you now but no one else." He explains.
"Well that was an experience." I say.
"I would think so." Cozbi moves his hands away from my body and allows me to fall onto the ground with a loud thud.
"Ouch!" I rub my head as I manage to sit up. "What the hell are you doing?"
He was kneeling down in front of me on one knee and his head was bowed down.
"You are not only my boss now. You are my queen." He says as he takes one of my hands. His hands were surprisingly soft and light. He placed his lips on my hand and kissed it while he looked up at me. That's when I managed to get a good look at him.
He had blue eyes like ice in snowy weather and white eyelashes as well as his eyebrows. He had long, white hair that went past his shoulders and a red stripe of hair near his fringe. His skin was much more paler than anyone I have seen and he was very tall - even kneeling down.
I pull my hand away from him and put it against my chest. "What time is it? Don't tell me it's morning. I forgot to prepare everything like my speech!"
"Oh well. That is your problem." He lays down on my bed and starts to make himself comfortable.
"And I was supposed to meet the others before the ceremony." I stand up and start to wander in circles.
"Here." I look over and see that Cozbi had some clothes in his hands. "You should be able to sneak out if you are early enough."
"How did you even get these?" I take the clothes and stare at him.
"I can basically do anything."
"Anything?
"Well not everything. I can do certain things but I wouldn't like to go through all the trouble to name them." He explains. "Now hurry before you are late."
He looks away from me as I get changed at the other side of the room. I keep a close eye on him to make sure he doesn't peek. He didn't actually peek at all, he was checking himself in a mirror.
The clothes he gave me included a long, red skirt with a blue cardigan and white t-shirt inside. I also wore black shoes and a pink-red headscarf with my original gloves. I didn't like the look but it was something I could disguise in.
I walk over to the side of Cozbi and snatch the mirror off him. I look at myself to see if I looked decent enough to go. I froze.
My eyes had changed colour from my natural eye colour to yellow and orange. They were both slightly glowing and they looked like pits of fire. There was a stripe of red hair in my hair and my eyes widened as it was in exactly the same place as Cozbi's.
—time skip—
I had left the building and Cozbi decided to come along with me. He had, somehow, given me a see-through blindfold that would block out the colour of my eyes so no one would notice. His power interested me - he could make certain things out of air and he could use powers like mine but they weren't visible to normal people.
We walked through the streets and passed many people considering it was still early in the morning. There were buntings hanging from street lights and banners on the side of buildings. Food stalls were at either side of the road and many people were smiling and chatting, all dressed in fancy dresses or suits.
There was one group of people who caught my attention. There was a mixture of women and men but some of the women wore suits and hats. It didn't bother me but it intrigued me; it was very rare to see a sight like this. There was a child behind them, that didn't look like theirs, and he was keeping awfully close to the group.
"Come on. We will be late." Cozbi tells me.
"I don't care if I'm late. Look." I point to the boy.
The little boy put his hand into one of the men's pocket and pulled out a wallet. I start to take action and walk over behind the boy; I don't disturb him but I watch him awfully closely.
When he turned around, he froze as he stared straight into my eyes. I had taken off my blindfold and had crouched down to his level. I was face-to-face with him.
"I just have to say one word to kill you right here." I tell him in a serious tone and people start to turn to us."I suggest you put it back."
"Hey guys!" A voice calls. "I think this kid was stealing!"
I sigh and put my blindfold back on properly so people don't notice me. "I have dealt with it. Don't make a scene."
"What should we do with him?!"
"Stone him to death!"
"Hang him!"
"Hand him in to the police!"
I look back down at the scared boy and then look over at the group he was following. They were still there and they all stared at me. They looked oddly familiar but I couldn't think where I have seen them before - they were surely not from around Marley.
I turn back around to the situation. "As I said, stop creating a scene."
"Don't worry about it everyone." A man, who was around my height, and black hair stood in-front of me. "He is my younger brother so don't worry." He picks up the boy and walks away with his group.
The crowd that was created broke up and everyone went their own ways. I decided to follow that group of peculiar people.
"Good move saying that." I tell them as they all turn around to face me. "He would've died if you hadn't."
"And we wouldn't have noticed he was trying to steal if it wasn't for you." A tall, blonde man said. "We thank you for that."
"Well I'll be on my way." I start to walk back through the way I came.
"Wait!" One of them call from behind me.
I hum in response and turn around. They were all staring at me again and a woman with brown hair, an eyepatch and glasses stood forward.
"You wouldn't happen to be (Y/n), would you?" She asks.
I gently smirk and put a finger by my lips. "It stays between me and you."
I start to walk backwards and soon turn around again so I can make my way to where I would be meeting the others.
