"yes, sure. Thanks.", Skye said into the phone.
"we gettin the pizza eh?", Noah said from the couch, his eyes half open.
"shut up and wake up", i said to Noah, coming out of the washroom, myself feeling sleepy as well.
"ugh."
"ok but one question", I said to them, confused.
"what?"
"how did we wake up, half frozen to death, at the poolside at 7:00 in the morning today?", I asked them blankly.
"are you daft?"
"do you not have memory?"
"kid, are you okay?", both of them started speaking at once.
"shut your damn mouths and speak one at a time", I said to them, acting exasperated.
"we pulled you and threw you", Noah started.
"by the legs and the hands-", Skye started.
"one. at. a. damn. time."
"ok do you not remember that we threw you in the pool yesterday and then we both jumped in?", Noah said, a comical look on his face.
"um actually, Noah pushed me in.", Skye said, rolling her eyes and it all came back to me. The pool, the food, the breakup.
"oh."
"something wrong?", Noah asked.
"do you have any idea where Millie might be?", I asked them.
"she said she had to go to Asia or some.", Noah answered.
"oh."
"y/n, seriously through, you gotta move on.", Skye said, softly.
"how? I've loved her for a longer time than any of you can imagine.", I said to them, my eyes getting watery again.
"how long? you've only dated 7 months.", Noah said.
I gave him a watery chuckle. "you fool."
"no I wanna know. you can speak to us.", Noah said, looking genuinely concerned.
"I've loved her even before I became famous. I don't know how people fall in love with celebrities but I did. So I know how that feels. Has the question of why I took a bullet for her never come to your mind? We weren't even proper friends then, Millie and I. I did that because I loved her. And I always will.", I finished, a little teardrop rolling down. I couldn't manage to keep it inside any longer.
I heard a little sniffle and turned to look at Skye, who looked touched by what I just said.
"it's true Noah. I've known y/n for a long long time. and I know how much Millie means to her. I remember when y/n wasn't famous. we'd sit together, chewing down on crisps as we'd talk about her favourite topic. One and only, Millie Bobby Brown.", Skye said and I smiled as the memories came back to me.
"wow.", Noah said, eyes widened.
"I know."

"wherever he goes, 'rUdE' goes", Skye said, sarcastically.

"I saw you tweeted something last night. What the heck were you doing up that late?", Skye asked, pouring herself a bowl of cereal.
"moping over Millie", I replied casually.
"y/n it's your birthday in two days. Cheer up.", Noah said.
"how perfect that I'm celebrating my birthday without the person I care about the most", I said sarcastically.
Noah sighed.
Millie's pov:-

"sorry to say sir but I'm sure Millie is trying her best. in fact, she's better than most of us. please do not mistreat her. it's a request from my side.", one of my co-workers spoke up for me at last. I was being badly mistreated in this set. If y/n were here, she would've punched this director. This movie's storyline isn't even interesting.
"Millie. I need you to work efficiently. This movie is going down because of you and your stupid hearing difficulties.", the director said, rolling his eyes.
I gritted my teeth and stormed off to my trailer, my eyes wet and heart hammering in my chest. It wasn't my fault that I had hearing difficulties, was it? Why do people have such a huge problem accepting other people for who they are?
"great, now she storms off and leaves the production hanging. perfect.", I heard the director yell after me but I just didn't care anymore.
I grabbed my car keys and ran off to my car. We were shooting in a forest region. I started my car up and drove off. I didn't know where I was going. Anywhere away from this set was enough.
My vision blurred because of tears.
"god, why am I crying? I'm so sick of crying.", I said aloud to myself, sniffling. But deep down, I knew what I was crying for. This movie, it made me move which resulted in y/n and me going our separate ways. And now this mistreatment. It's like this particular movie is trying to make my life a living hell in every possible way.
Eventually I slowed down and finally stopped driving in front of a little river. I sighed and got out of my car. I walked to a rock and sat on it, my head in my hands. I swallowed a lump in my throat. Happiness seems to have forgotten that I exist.
I pulled out my phone from my pocket and went on Instagram. So many questions....

Y/n knew that this song meant a lot to me because I shot the music video when I was only rising to fame. The pain in my heart and the knot in my throat restricted my voice from coming out fully.
"if you're searching...for forever...I'll be waiting.... come find...", I could not complete as I broke down crying. This was killing me. My breakup with Jacob wasn't so messy? it did not affect me so much, did it? how is this so different?
No. I've made up my mind. I cannot stay away from y/n and have breakdowns now and then like this. I'm pretty sure y/n's tweet is about me. I know her that much. And she said she'll be waiting. so I will go find her. no matter what.
