Chapter 20- The new guy

Natalie walks up to grant
"Luitenent Natalie Lewis!" Natalie says putting her hand out
"Oh my gosh! It's so nice to meet you!" Grant says pulling her into a big bear hug
"I'm Grant Holland! Although you might have already known that!" Grant says pulling away from Natalie
"I did! Well let me introduce you to everyone!" Natalie says as she looks up to Kelly and Casey who are laughing
She introduces Grant to everyone one by one until she gets to Casey and Kelly
"This is Luitenent Kelly Severide! He is the squad 3 Luitenent!" Natalie says
"It's great to meet you!" Grant says enthusiastically
"Yeah..." Kelly says
"And this is Luitenent Matthew Casey! Engine 51s Luitenent!" Natalie says smiling
"Again great to meet you!" Grant says shaking his hand
"Right back at ya!" Casey says
"Anyway! Mouch will show you to the changing rooms!" Natalie says before Grant walks away
Casey and Kelly burst out laughing
"I hate you both! I can't deal with him!" Natalie says putting her hands over her face
"It's only 3 shifts!" Casey says smiling
"3 shifts is so long! I can't be that happy all the time!" Natalie says before she sighs
She walks into the changing rooms with Kelly and Casey and can hear something coming from the showers
"And the Jay Z song was on! So I put my hands up!" Grant sings
"Hey! He's singing your song!" Natalie says as she looks at Kelly before laughing
"Oh yeah! The one you jam out to in your quarters!" Casey says laughing
"Okay! No one says jamming out anymore! And it's a really good song! The guy clearly has taste!" Kelly says with his cheeks the brightest colour of red
"Yeah yeah!" Natalie says before walking away
Casey looks at Kelly and laughs
"Hey! It's not funny!" Kelly says hitting caseys shoulder
Grant gets out of the shower and spots Casey and Kelly
"Ahh Luitenents! I hope you didn't mind me singing! I just adore that song!" Grant says enthusiastically
"Oh not at all! Severide here loves that song!" Casey says putting his hands on Kelly's shoulders
"Oh it's just a bop isn't it!" Grant says
"Sure is!" Kelly says giving Casey a death look
Grant walks away and leaves Kelly and Casey alone
"You better run!" Kelly shouts
"Huh?" Casey says confused
"I'll give you a 2 second head start before I strangle you!" Kelly shouts
"You don't have the guts!" Casey says laughing
"1...2.." Kelly says as Casey starts running
