The seven group of men stayed in the Kim's house—mansion, to be specific. Two of the Kim brothers plus Yoongi were still asleep upstairs, leaving the three youngest and Hoseok in the luxurious living room.

The youngest Alpha came to visit the mansion after getting enough of his lonely dorm. Taehyung sat next to Jungkook who was watching the 6AM football game on the TV. Whereas the other two boys sat by their feet on the floor.

Taehyung sighed, his mind was nowhere near the game. He was actually thinking about the whole new news from the Alpha seated beside him. The blue haired man shifted on the large couch, dropping the empty popcorn bowl on the cushion.

"Kook," he called, clearing his throat. Jungkook averted his gaze to look at the man. Humming questioningly.

"Are you okay?" Taehyung cringed at his own question. The younger Alpha let out a laugh at that

"That's so random, bro," he shook his head amusedly.

Taehyung's lips formed a sheepish grin. "I mean, after the whole imprinted thing—are you really okay?"

The side looped smile on Jungkook's face fell. His mood deflated in an instant at the question and Taehyung sensed that. The blue headed Alpha felt his own heart clenched.

Jungkook shrugged, showing a smile that barely reach his eyes. "I'm fine," he nodded to himself. "It's her that I'm worrying about," the young Alpha sighed.

Jimin—who was seated by his feet—craned his neck to look at the boy. "Why?" he furrowed his brows.

Hoseok nodded along with the question. "That girl must be ecstatic to be your imprinted partner," he said a matter of factly, "she'll be fine."

But Jungkook shook his head. It was like his mood deflated more and more as he thought of you. "She may be a little oblivious about this," he spoke weakly. The other three men widened their eyes.

"She has no idea that she's imprinted to you?" Taehyung asked, bewildered. Jungkook glanced at him, giving him a sheepish nod.

"I'd prefer that. To be honest—I want my relationship with her the way it is right now. I don't want it to change," the youngest of the group stared at his lap.

"She might freak out if I tell her about this, or worse—that girl might even run away from me."

"She's not like other girls, bro," he convinced his friends. His eyes gleaming bright as your face popped up in his mind. "She cares for me even after all the things I did to her; she cooked for me—"

"Cook?" Hoseok's brows jumped up until his hairline, "like breakfast and all?"

Jungkook's lips curled into a smile as he nodded. "And dinner," he added. His ears slowly transformed to a shade of red. The man beside him grinned, flicking his left ear.

"You're flustered," Jimin laughed.

Taehyung smirked at the youngest. "She made you soft," he chuckled.

Jungkook rubbed his ears furiously. "This is so embarrassing," he muttered under his breath, receiving another laugh from his friends.

"You know, consider yourself lucky," Jimin smiled. "You have a girl imprinted to you—that's a rare thing in this century."

"Yeah," Hoseok agreed with droopy eyes. "Trust me, having a mate is the best thing you'll experience as an Alpha."

Jimin smirked. "Hell yes. Knotting your mate, people say that feels like heaven."

Taehyung rolled his eyes, leaning down to flick the blondy's forehead. "You have no idea about the responsibilities Jungkook's going to have."

The blonde Alpha simply scowled. "I'm trying to cheer him up."

Jungkook let out a chuckle at the sight Infront of him. Taehyung and Jimin averted their gaze to the man, both smiling and happy to hear the young Alpha laugh.

"But seriously though, you need to cheer up," Jimin patted Jungkook's thigh, "this is a one in a lifetime opportunity, cherish it."

Jungkook smiled at him, nodding shyly. "Thanks."

Jimin winked before resting his head on Hoseok's shoulder. "Lower your voice, I'm going to sleep," he yawned.

Taehyung rolled his eyes once again at his antics. "This is my house and yet he's the one acting like he owns this damn building."

The blue haired boy turned his head to look at Jungkook. The young man was fiddling with the hem of his hoodie.

"Do you think I should tell her?" he asked under his breath.

Taehyung furrowed his brows. "Of course you should," he said a matter of factly.

Jungkook sighed, leaning his head back onto the couch. "I don't know, man. She might leave me if she finds out."

"She doesn't even like me that way," he muttered.

Taehyung groaned, tilting his head back dramatically. "You're being paranoid," he shook the other man's shoulder.

Jungkook frowned, looking to the side. "I'm being realistic."

"No." Taehyung said sternly, grabbing the younger's face. Jungkook stared at him weirdly—his cheeks puffed up, his lips shaped into a pout.

"We are strong, we won't be defeated by our own mind," the blue haired man exaggerated. "Take your time, but in the end you will tell her."

"Clear?" Taehyung asked with a stern face. Jungkook simply sighed, swatting the hands on his face gently.

"I'm just scared," he admitted.

"She's important to me and I don't want to loose her," Jungkook croaked out, staring at Taehyung. The older man listened carefully. "What if she runs away from me? What if she hates me?"

"I care for her, bro—I really do. That's why I'm scared."

Taehyung contemplated for a while, biting his lip. He then looked up slowly to the young Alpha next to him.

"It's Eunha isn't?" guessed him.

Jungkook abruptly turned his gaze from his lap to the blue haired man. His eyes wide and mouth slightly agaped. Taehyung raised a brow, "What? Am I wrong?"

The younger shook his head, muttering a 'no'. "You're actually right this time," he smiled despite the situation. "You know that girl, man—she's amazing."

"I want to be with her, even if it takes me to not tell her about this whole imprinted shit," Jungkook explained as he thought of you "she means that much to me."

Taehyung scooted closer to the man. The blue headed guy—being the affectionate person he is—he hugged Jungkook's side. The young man didn't bother to push him away like he usually did, instead he leaned in into the touch.

"We'll go through this together, I'll help you," Taehyung convinced, receiving a weak nod from Jungkook.

Sunday for you was spent differently from how Jungkook spent his. You woke up at sun rise, ten past eight on the couch. You rubbed your eyes before looking around the small apartment. When you saw the colorful interiors, that's when you realised you were in Hwasa's living space.

As if on cue, the girl's voice rang through the room. "Wakey wakey, sleeping beauty," she chirped. You yawned, standing up to walk to her small kitchen.

"Morning," Hwasa greeted without averting her gaze from the stove. You sniffed the air, recognising the smell of toast and bacon.

"Are you inviting someone?" you asked curiously, sitting on an empty chair in the dining area. Hwasa spared you a glance, shaking her head. "No, why?"

"It's just kinda weird to see you cooking," you chuckled. Hwasa gave you a glare from her shoulder.

"I'm doing this for you, my dearest friend," she pouted jokingly. You laughed at the girl.

"I want to have a girl-talk about the whole imprinted thing," she shrugged—dropping two bacons on two ceramic plates, "you're fine with that, right?"

You nodded, feeling a bit better after sleeping. Hwasa smiled as she put one plate across of you and one across of her. A sigh slipped from her lips once she seated herself.

"Where do we start?" you asked calmly.

"We start with this," Hwasa dramatically moved her fingers delicately to point at a glass of orange juice next to your plate. You snorted at her antics but still you gently picked up the wine glass, mirroring her action and took a sip. She grinned at you while you simply shook your head.

The both of you dropped the glass gently onto the table before cutting the toasted bread. Hwasa chewed with her eyes closed, savoring the homemade breakfast like a MasterChef judge.

"You're so dramatic," you said while chewing on your bacon.

Hwasa pulled out her tongue childishly. "Oh first thing first," she suddenly raised her hand.

"I'm really curious about this one," Hwasa said, "do you remember saying a certain name last night?"

You gulped down the food inside your mouth. "You mean, Jungkook?"

"Wait, so it's real?" the girl gushed out, almost knocking down her glass of orange juice. You leaned forward abruptly to hold the glass.

"Calm down, geez," you sit back down.

"What—How are you so calm about this?" Hwasa asked before biting her toast.

You simply shrugged. "I have a different mindset."

"Which is?" the girl Infront of you questioned with her mouth full.

"As long as he doesn't know, then it's fine," you quoted.

Hwasa choked on her breakfast, causing you to give your glass of juice to her. She gulped it down in an instant.

"You won't tell him?" she asked, bewildered.

You nodded, weirdly calm, "It's for the better."

Hwasa shook her head. "No it's not," she argued, "this is not a small problem, babe. He must know about this."

"I can't tell him," you stood for yourself. "I don't want to ruin my friendship with him."

"I'm dying to know since when did you become friends with that guy but today is about you," Hwasa sighed.

"What if he knows about this too, wouldn't he feel—I don't know, unimportant or something? He hasfeelings too," Hwasa pointed out. She stared at you expectantly but you simply pursed your lips.

"I'm saying this as a friend, babe. You've been neglecting almost all the main points of your life," the girl admitted. You couldn't help but agree at what she said.

"My opinion; you need to tell him," Hwasa adviced, taking your hand gently. "Take your time, but please do something, okay?"

You nodded slowly. "Yeah, you're right."

•°•°•°•

Sunday afternoon, you decided to go to your shared dorm. You have no intention to spend the night there but you realised it won't be nice of you to ignore Jungkook forever. You are planning to take your clothes for your sleepover at Hwasa's apartment and have a little talk with your roommate.

You hesitated at first, your hand trembling just above the doorknob. But with a determined sigh, you pushed the door. The scent of sweet sandalwood instantly greeted your nose. Your lips curled into a smile once you realised how much you missed his comforting scent.

You closed the door gently behind you, guessing that Jungkook is upstairs. Curiously, you strolled through the hall to the kitchen. A chuckle slipped from your throat when you saw a pan of brownies.

A black brownies. It seemed like his cooking session didn't end well.

With a grin, you poked the failed product. "Did he use cement?" you snickered as you touched the concrete-like cake.

You headed to your room once you're satisfied with the brownies. Your giggles echoed lightly through the room as you reminisced the texture of the 'cake'.

However once you opened the door to your room, you frowned. Your bed smelled different. It was like your scent flew away little by little since you slept at Hwasa's. But as you picked up your pillow and sniffed it, you swore you smelled a whiff of Jungkook.

Shaking your head, you put the pillow back on the sheets. You cursed yourself for assuming things. It's probably because of the imprinted thing, you sighed.

Wasting no time, you packed a few stacks of clothes and undergarments in a bag—enough for two nights. As you zipped up the gym bag, you didn't miss the sound of footsteps, but you decided to just ignore it. You huffed as you sling the bag on your shoulder. Checking the surroundings of your room one last time before you walked out. But when you caught a sight of a person in the couch, you finally realised how wrong it was for you to visit your dorm.

"Eunha?" Jungkook called you with wide eyes. Your cheeks slowly warmed up even if all he did was called your name. He instantly dropped the phone in his hand onto the sofa. With his long legs he reached you in no second.

"Wh—What are you doing here? Wait that sounds wrong," he mumbled the last sentence, but you heard it clearly. You pursed your lips to drown the laugh that was about to erupt from your throat as you looked up at the man.

"I thought you left," Jungkook furrowed his brows. "Well, you did left. But I didn't expect you to—to show up like this. Are you finally back? I missed you here, you know—like having you around and laugh with you; as a roommate of course! It have been lonely without you here and I—"

"Hey," you chuckled, stopping him from his ramblings. Jungkook's ears turned red as he embarrassed himself.

"Sorry," he cringed. "I just really miss you," the Alpha smiled sheepishly.

You felt your stomach tickled from the inside hearing what he said. Your eyes were wide and expectant as you stared at his captivating orbs. It somehow drew you in. The little sparkles swimming in the black orbs, it was like the stars in the galaxy. Beautiful but too far to reach.

"You didn't answer my question," Jungkook said, pulling you from your thoughts. You lightly frowned.

"Are you back or are you about to go somewhere again?"

You let out an 'ah' as you thought of an answer. "Just two days and I'll be back," you smiled, convincing the man.

Jungkook let out a sigh, his mood deflating at your answer. "I guess I'll use the spare time to learn how to make a perfect brownie," he curled his lips into a small smile.

"I failed this one because of Jin. He gave me the wrong flour," he pointed to the pan in the kitchen. You nodded understandingly.

"Did you made it for me?" you teased him. A spark of hope in your heart.

To your dismay, Jungkook shook his head. "I just wanted to learn how to cook," he answered quickly.

Your lips shaped into a circle as you nodded. "Yeah," Jungkook smiled.

"Right, um—I'll get going now," you gestured to the door with your thumb. Jungkook widened his eyes, secretly disappointed that you're about to leave so fast.

"Right now?" he mentally slapped himself for sounding too needy. You nodded curtly, gripping your bag.

"Yeah, okay sure," the male Alpha walked you to the door. You pursed your lips as you pushed yourself out of the room. You sent him a small smile and a wave once you stood on the hallway.

"Bye," you muttered shyly.

Your roommate smiled as he saw the way your cheeks slowly turned into a shade of red. "We're still going to see each other at school, right?" he asked expectantly.

You nodded. "Of course."

Sparing him a last glance, you turned around. You almost arrived at the elevator when suddenly your name echoed through the empty hallway. You abruptly turned your head to find the Alpha smiling wide at you.

"Stay safe," he said barely above a whisper. But you heard it thanks to the empty hallway. Your lips instantly widened into a smile, waving for the last time to your roommate before walking away.

Jungkook sighed as he watched your figure turned to the left. His shoulders slumped when you were out of sight. Reluctantly, the Alpha closed the door behind him. He then walked to the kitchen, staring sadly at the black 'cake' on the countertop.

He strolled back to the living room with heavy steps, slouching onto the couch. The young Alpha sniffed the air lightly since your scent was still there. His hand lazily picked up his neglected phone, turning it on then clicked on the browser app, eyeing the website that he had been gawking at since yesterday.
