Texas(Drone): You have no idea what kind of trouble you are in. . . *chuckles*
The cyan freelancers raised her dual Plasma Rifles. . .
Carolina: Alright, me first.
She opened fire as the drones charged her! Over a dozen were shot down!
Epsilon: Watch your left!
Dropping the Plasma Rifles, Carolina backflipped away from a punch and drew a shotgun! She blasted a second that jumped at her before dashing forward and stepping over two Texases, landing and surfing off a third, twirling and blasting two with the shotgun!
Epsilon: I think I'm gonna be sick.
Carolina flipped off her ride and kicked her into a group of drones, shooting it to make the force stronger! She blasted another and moved her and and blocked a punch before kicking the enemy up and blasting it! One tried to grab her and she jumped up to shoot it away while kicking another! Carolina shifted her weapon and blocked a punch before raising her knee to block a kick! She fired into the air and made herself recoil back while kicking the drone's away! The shotgun aimed over her own shoulder and blasted another before she turned and kicked an enemy's leg before slamming her leg into its chest! Carolina then cartwheel kicked another before sending it away with the boomstick! Her foot then knocked a second into the air and the shotgun once again knocked it aside! She turned and blocked a back hand and thrusted her leg into the back of the drone's knee and knocked it down before spinning and kicking it away and into a pair of enemies! A fourth came in and cleaved its arm down on the shotgun, knocking it down! Carolina quickly blocked a punch with her fired arm before deflecting a knee with her elbow and slammed both of her fists into the drone's chest and kicked it back! She slid beneath the swing of another and sledgehammered it into the ground and punting it far! Carolina then blocked a punch from another and kicking it in the gut, then flipping over its back and kicking it into another! She then ducked beneath a high kick and jumped up, pushing back the enemy with her foot and throwing two kicks upon landing, both being blocked! Carolina then blocked both of its swings before striking it in the abdomen twice and latching onto its arm, throwing it into a large crate and tipping a small one over! Grenades poured out of it and tripped some of the enemies while Carolina rolled aside! She kicked one of the grenades up and catapulted it into a drone's head, then pulling a grappling hook and hooking the explosive! She pulled it and knocked down an enemy in front of her and two behind before she twirled and kicked another, the grenade spinning and slamming into three! Carolina pulling the grenade, but the drone blocked it! The explosive was pulled back and twirled through the air before being slammed onto a row of grenades, each of them detonating in a chain reaction! She kicked away another Texas Drone, but another rushed toward her!
Epsilon: Watch out!
It rammed into Carolina and knocked her off her feet and making her slide across the ground!
Carolina: Could you be a little more specific?!
Epsilon: Yeah, uh sorry Carolina, but see this many girlfriends in one room just after the original practically broke up with me kinda has me terrified beyond the capacity for rational thought!
Carolina: WELL SNAP OUT OF IT! I NEED YOU!
Epsilon: Need me for WOAHHHHHH!!!!!!
The freelancer activated her speed unit, speeding through the room!
Carolina: CHURCH!
Epsilon: RIGHT! RIGHT!
She skidded to a stop and turned tail, sprinted through a drone and continuing on the path, blitzing Texas after Texas!
Epsilon: Carolina! I don't think I can do this for much longer!
Carolina: Just hold on!
Epsilon: Seriously, you need to slow down!
She came to a stop and rushed back in!
Carolina: NO! I CAN DO THIS!
She kept pushing through as many drones as she could!
Epsilon: CAROLINA!
Washington(Memory): She really wants to win. . .
Epsilon: Carolina! Stop!
York(Memory): She doesn't know how to stop. . .
She ran through a row of drones!
Epsilon: CAROLINA! CALM DOWN!
South(Memory): Real hero Carolina.
Epsilon: GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF!
Carolina dived through a group of enemies, the final swinging her arm and sending Carolina flying into the air. . .
Hawaii(Memory): Newsflash, the best soldier is someone who fights to protect, fights for what they believe in, not for freaking fame! Get that inside your thick skull, Rachel. . .
Agent North Carolina crashed into a metal crate, the impact caving the side in as she fell to the ground. . .
Texas(Memory): You can't win, Carolina. . .
Epsilon: Come on, get up!
She tried to stand, but could only rise to her knees. . .
Jason(Memory): R. . . *coughs* R-Rachel. . .?
Carolina: She was right. . . They both were. . . I can't do this. . . I can't beat her. . . I really am just throwing my life away. . .
The drones stood before her. . .
Texas(Drone): B-b-better luck next time, *undistorted* C-Carolina.
Three plasma grenades then attached themselves into three of the drones' heads!
Donut: NINE POINTS YOU DIRTY WHORES!
Allison: Hey, watch it asshole!
Carolina dived out of the way as the plasma grenades detonated and blew all of the nearby drones to smithereens!
Wash: Get up.
He held out his hand. . . and she took it.
Carolina: What are you doing here?
He pulled her up to her feet.
Wash: I told you they're not so bad once you get to know 'em.
Her handed her a magnum and then drew his rifle.
Epsilon: Well, I thought this wasn't your fight.
Allison: Oh shut up. I'm not exactly lookin' forward to helping all my friends kill me over and over again.
Sarge: Besides, overwhelming odds with little to no chance of success? How could we resist?
Tucker: You got a problem with that, Church?
Epsilon: Guys, I'm an asshole. I admit it and I will gladly accept any and all smart-ass remarks after this is over. But I would like to point out the fact that we are in a room filled with crazy freelancer robots. . . that are ready to completely and utterly fuck our shit up.
Allison: Seriously, this fucking sucks.
Tucker: So. . . cheesy forgiveness speech later?
Sarge: Yeah, that sounds good.
Ruby: Okay then, lock and load!
The Maroon Soldier raised a Rocket Launcher.
The Red Soldier cocked his Shotgun.
The Pink Soldier readied his Grenades.
The Magenta Soldier ignited her Energy Sword.
The Orange Soldier steadied the Grif Shot.
The Yellow Soldier loaded her SMG.
The Cyan Soldier lifted her Magnum.
The Cobalt Soldier aimed his Battle Rifle.
The Aqua Soldier lit his Energy Sword.
The Orchid Soldier trained her Assault Rifle.
The AIs appeared next to their holders.
The Blue Soldier. . . faced the wrong direction.
Epsilon: Caboose, I need you to get a little angry, okay buddy?
Caboose: Okay. . . Yeah, I don't remember how to do that.
Epsilon: . . . I do.
He possessed the Blue Soldier, who snapped toward the horde of drones and sprinted forward! He rammed through everything in his path and sent the drones flying! He rolled past them and stood!
Caboose: My name is Michael J. Caboose. . . And I.
He cleaved a Texas away with Assault Rifle!
Caboose: Hate.
A drone was uppercut into the ceiling before a another was dropkicked through a row of them and a third was launched into a group!
Caboose: TAXES!
Grif: It's Texas, you idiot!
Caboose: That too!
He opened fire as the Reds and Blues readied themselves!
Wash: Come on, everyone! Now's our chance!
Sarge: For our ancestors' ancestors, ATTACK!
They charged as one! Ruby and Carolina slashed and kicked away the first two drones! Tucker then cut down another as Wash opened fire and as Sarge kicked one up and blasted it down! Simmons fired a rocket as South took down three with a hail of bullets! Kaikaina and Carolina marched forward, firing their weapons as Donut and Grif threw and fired grenades! Carolina kicked a drone down as Wash rolled forward and fired! Ruby then impaling a drone and shoving it back before uppercutting it into the air as Tucker stabbed and slashed one down! Wash then slammed the butt of his rifle onto one for South slam her's right into it!
Sarge: Donut! Look out!
Donut: Oh, no!
The Pink Soldier cowered a drone rushed him, only for it to be smacked and shot by Wash!
Wash: Okay, we're done here.
Three then closed in on Grif, who blasted one away as the other's punched! Kaikaina fired and then rammed into one, distracting the other! Grif rushed and slashed up its chest with the blade of his weapon, cutting it down! The siblings backed up as three jumped down on them, all three being kicked aside by Carolina! Two more rushed in and punched the cyan soldier in the face and kicked her back! Both were immediately cut down by upward slashes from the Aqua and Magenta soldiers! Grif was then punched right in balls by a stray and then kicked in the spot once more and being flung away!
Grif: OW!
Tucker prodded and slashed up before kicking a Texas away as Grif stood!
Grif: Not again!
Tucker: Oh, come on! You had to see that coming!
Meanwhile, four of them closed in on Ruby! She blitzed past one, sliding her blade across its stomach before elbowed it to the ground! The second jumped in and kicked her arm, knocking her sword away! The Magenta Soldier quickly ducked beneath a swing and jumped over a leg sweep, then kicking a third and making it stagger! Upon landing, she uppercut the second and leaned away from the fourth's swing and elbowed it in the visor! All three then charged her at once, Ruby kicking back the one in the middle while blocking a punch from the left! She punched it and then directed her elbow into the enemy on the right! Her fist flew into the left enemy before she kicked the leg of the right one and jumped up, sledgehammering it into the ground! The one that was in the middle returned and threw a punch, the Magenta Soldier ducking and letting it collide into the other drone! Jumping into the air, Ruby kicked back and thrusted her fist forward, hitting them both at once! She landed and rolled forward, grabbing her sword and rising to slash a drone's gut and slid behind it! The crimson Energy Sword pierced it's spine before it was kicked back! Ruby stomped on the ground and spun, thrusted her hand into an approaching enemy's chest and sending it flying with an electric punch!
Allison: I recognized those moves.
Ruby: *smiles* Of course you did, you taught them to me.
She flipped back as South fired on a drone, Wash knocking back another as Carolina kicked a third away! Sarge shot one away as Tucker cut down another! The Reds and Blues gathered and formed a ring!
The Maroon Soldier launched a rocket!
The Red Soldier released a shotgun shell!
The Pink Soldier fired a burst of bullets!
The Aqua Soldier slashed through an enemy!
The Cyan Soldier shot down a drone!
The Cobalt Soldier pushed back with bursts!
The Orchid Soldier unleashed a hail of rounds!
The Magenta Soldier stabbed through a Texas!
The Yellow Soldier hailed fire on an enemy!
The Orange Soldier catapulted a grenade!
Simmons: It's not working! There are too many of them!
Wash: Epsilon, do you remember how the Alpha was able to stop the Meta?
Epsilon: Yeah, but that was one guy, not a hundred!
Delta: False. Much like Alpha, they come from one source.
Allison: There's one Tex. And before you say it, I'm not Tex. . . I'm Allison.
Epsilon: Alright, stand back everybody. This is gonna get a little. . . personal.
As the Reds and Blues fought off the Texases, Epsilon glowed brightly. . . before entering a silver world with glowing blue illumination. . .
Epsilon: Hey there. . .
Tex: Huh? Who the hell are you?
Epsilon: You don't. . . You don't know me?
Tex: Oh, I'm-I'm sorry. I'm just really tired and. . . *sighs* I'm really tired. Um, my name's. . . *sighs*
Epsilon: Your name is. . . You're Tex.
Tex: Right. Right. Tex, that's me. And you're?
Epsilon: Let's just say we. . . we used to be close.
Tex: Oh. . . Okay.
Epsilon: I need you to rest now, Tex.
Tex: Oh, rest. Heh. . . I'd like that.
Epsilon: I thought you might. . . Uh, look, I have to go now, but. . . you just rest, okay. . .? Goodbye.
Tex: Weird. I don't know why, but I hate goodbyes. . .
Epsilon: I know why. . . . . . . *sighs* Goodbye.
The AI world faded as all the drones malfunctioned. . . each falling to the ground. Epsilon appeared in his ghost form. . .
Grif: Uh, you know, you could've done that before I got punched in the nuts by twenty of them at once.
Tucker: Yeah, but what's the fun in that?
Sarge: Nice going there, Church. I guess sometimes little fairies really do make wishes come true.
Donut: I could've told you that!
Simmons: So. . . I guess our work here is done?
Wash: There's still the Director.
Epsilon: No. What comes next. . . Carolina and I need to do alone.
Carolina: You're wrong. . . Ruby. . . Allison. . . you're coming with us. . . .
