Giyu Tomioka
Giyu had just gotten out of one of those debates with Shinobu. Y'know, the one where she complains that he needs to talk to people more because he has no friends. Yeah, that one.
He honestly didn't care for the conversation all that much and was just glad it was over really. You, who had gotten the wrong idea, thought that Shinobu's words hurt his feelings and so you said, "Shinobu's wrong you do have a friend," que you grabbing his hands and smiling at him, "You have me!"
Giyu was caught off guard by this and for a second, it showed. His face burned concerningly warm causing him to touch his cheek, surprised to feel how heated his skin was. He stood there feeling his cheek for a while in silence..
Obanai Iguro
You were fooling around and accidentally pissed your brother off so what better way to defend yourself than running up to Obanai and attempting to hide in his haori.
"What the hell are you doing?" Obanai said, voice higher then usual as his eyes widened at you.
"Protect me." You say with a half smile, wrapping your arms around his slim waist. You could practically feel Obanai's skin heat up after that. His eyes trail away from you, his body relaxing just a bit as he could practically feel the headache Sanemi was about to give him for this.
He sighs, "Okay. But don't expect this to be a normal thing.."
Mitsuri Kanroji
Mitsuri was having a hard time with a demon. It's not that it was particularly but it was clever and played it's cards right, leaving her temporarily immobilized.
"Heh. Stupid slayer did you really think- Ack!" Within a blink of an eye, the demon's head came flying off and landing so conveniently in your hands. As the demon stares at it's assailant in shock you merely give them a final, chilling smile. The last sight they got to see before you crushed their already disintegrating head.
"Are you alright, Kanroji?" You asked as you walked over before getting down on one knee to observe her better. Mitsuri, who's pretty green eyes were now blown wide from surprise could only nod her head, her face slowly but surely turning pinker and pinker by the second.
"Kocho just saved me! They looked so cool! Oh..! If only I had the courage to say it..!"
Shinobu Kocho
Shinobu cheeks turn the lightest shade of pink as she tries to contain her giggles as you walk up to her with a pointed look after saying the corniest pickup lines imaginable to the Wind Hashira.
"I'm never betting with you again." You grumble. Shinobu lips tremble as she nearly lets a laugh slip from her lips, fixing it up by giving you a smile.
"I don't know, your pickup lines were pretty good. In fact, I'm pretty sure he--"
"Don't finish that. Just don't."
Sanemi Shinazugawa
"Here." You said as you shoved a wrapped bento box into Sanemi's hands. The man looks at the box with questionable disgust making you roll your eyes.
"It's ohagi. I heard that it was you really like it.." You click your tongue, "But don't get all high and mighty about it. I only made it because you saved me from that demon the other day."
You could've been imagining it, but you could've sworn Sanemi's eyes lit up at the realization that inside the bento was his favorite food. His eyes trail from the bento to your face then back at the bento before his entire face flushes a cute shade of pink.
"..Uhm.. Thank you..but you should be resting. Not making me food.."
Kyojuro Rengoku
"That was rough.." You said as you walked alongside Kyojuro, "Who knew there would be so many demons hiding there? I'm absolutely exhausted.."
You turn your head to look at him, "You were really amazing. If you weren't there I'm sure I'd be in a demon's stomach by now."
Kyojuro lets out a chuckle, his cheeks bearing a small blush as he grins, "That's very kind of you but your praise is not needed. I was only doing my job!"
You smile, "How humble of you to say.."
Tanjiro Kamado
You were feeling silly while you were out with Tanjiro and his friends and so when everyone was resting you went over to Tanjiro and said, "Wow Tanjiro. Are you the sun or were you always this hot?"
Tanjiro's face explodes into a red blush as his hair stands to a point in a comical manner. You double over, laughing at his reaction.
"Ahahaha~! I'm sorry ahaha~! I'm sorry..! I couldn't help myself..!" You say in between giggles. Tanjiro, who's face is still a bright red shakes his hand at you.
"It's okay! ..Uh.. Thank you for the compliment.."
Muichiro Tokito
Muichiro had decided to walk you home after a mission that you two had been paired together on. You don't really know his reason why, but you aren't complaining.
As you're finally able to make out the silhouette of your estate, the caw from a familiar crow caught your attention. Muichiro stops and hold his arm out just into for Ginko to land on it.
"A village northeast of here is under attack! Caw! You must hurry!" She said. Muichiro nods before looking over at you who was nodding your head at him.
"Sounds like you still have a long night ahead of you." You say as you walked closer to him. Muichiro doesn't say anything and nods his head.
As Ginko flies into the air, you take the chance to pull him into a small hug. When you pull away, you keep your hands on his shoulders and give him a smile.
"Be safe." Muichiro lets a small gasp escape his lips as the moon reflects its light off his mint green eyes at the perfect angle as his face blooms pink.
After some time of staring, Ginko snaps his attention from you with another loud caw. He turns back to you, the light from his eyes begin to fade as his expression reverts back to its usual blankness. His face changing back to its normal color as he pulls away from your touch and turns his back to you, "I will.. Get home safe."
Yuichiro Tokito
"Alright. Stop." Yuichiro says as he lowers his wooden sword. You let out a sigh as your shoulders slack, happy that they're finally able to relax after so long of being on guard.
"What's wrong?" You asked as you walked over to him, "Why are we suddenly stopping?"
"Because you aren't focused," You stop in your tracks as Yuichiro's stern gaze falls on you. He crosses his arms, brows managing to furrow even more than they already were.
"You were making so many mistakes that I mistook you for an amateur at some point. What's up with you today?" He asks. Your eyes dart away which doesn't go unnoticed by him.
"It's..nothing."
"Bullshit. There's something going on," He walks closer to you, "Tell me what's going on with you. Right now."
"Uhm.. Well.." You begin to mess with your hands, "Your swordsmanship is incredible..and I really admire it. You are amazing with your blade, Yuichiro. You can't blame me for getting distracted by it.."
Yuichiro doesn't say anything so you gain the courage to look up. His face was completely red and he was obviously caught off guard. His mouth was agape just a bit, as if he was trying to say something but couldn't get the words out.
"Yuichiro.. Are you okay--"
"I'm fine!" You jump at the volume of his voice. He turns his back to you and begins briskly walking off.
"Where are you going--"
"I've got stuff to do so training's over! Get going!"
Zenitsu Agatsuma
Zenitsu was being attacked by a demon. Tanjiro and Inosuke had split off to cover more ground, leaving him alone and terrified. It was only natural that he would be targeted since he thought it'd be best to stay in one area and not move from it.
Anyways, the demon lets out a menacing growl before lunging at Zenitsu with inhumane speed. Zenitsu lets out a shriek, covers his head with his hands, crouches down and closes his eyes, waiting for the oncoming attack; however, it never came and he instead heard a swift slash and your voice.
"Are you alright?" You asked, crouching down on one knee as Zenitsu opened his eyes and looked up at you. Oh how happy he was to see you.
With a blush coating his face, Zenitsu lets out a wail as he wraps his arms around you and pulls you into an embrace.
"I thought I was a goner..!" He cried, "You're my savior! Thank you, Y/n!"
You weren't expecting such an attention-grabbing reaction from him but you were glad that he at least seemed unharmed. You slowly wrap your arms around him, awkwardly patting his back in order to somewhat comfort him.
"Uh.. No need for the dramatics I was only doing my job.. You're welcome."
Kanao Tsuyuri
You had ran into Kanao on your way home from a mission. You weren't in any rush to get home so you opted to make small talk.
"Oh hey, Tsuyuri!" You greeted with a smile, "Nice to run into you here."
Kanao stares at you for a moment before taking a coin out of her pocket. She flips it, watching it spin in the air before landing on the back of her hand. She glances at it before looking up at you with a small smile.
"Hello, L/n." She greets and despite how perplexed you were with the scene you just witnessed, you decide to brush it off.
"..Is that a cat?" She suddenly ask, looking down at the sleeping kitten in your hands. Your smile widens as you nod your head.
"Yeah! I saved it while I was out. It seemed to be having a really tough time so I was planning on asking Giyu if I could keep them for a while." You explain. Kanao slowly nods her head, her eyes still focused on the cat.
"..Do you want to pet it?" You ask. Kanao finally looks at you but when she does, you could tell she seemed troubled by your question. Before you can say anything again however, she flips her coin again.
She takes a look at the coin in her hands before back at you, her cheeks turning the lightest shade of pink you've ever seen, "Yes.. I'd like to pet it."
Huh.. What a unique way to answer a question..
Inosuke Hashibira
Inosuke had landed himself in the Butterfly Mansion along with his friends. Coincidentally, you were also there but for different reasons. Since demon attacks were on the rise, more and more demon slayers were coming to the Butterfly Mansion. That being said, you offered to help out with the only thing you could, making and passing out food to the patients.
"Good evening, Hashibira." You greeted as you walked into the room. Your face bearing a gentle smile, "I came to drop off your lunch."
"I heard from your friends that you were fond of tempura so I decided to make you some. I hope you enjoy it."
As you set the plate down on his lap, Inosuke turns and stares at you. His eyes seemed uncharacteristically distant, his face was flushed, and his mouth was slightly agape. ( You could've sworn you saw little bundles of light emanating from him but you passed it off as a hallucination )
Deciding to ignore his weird behavior, you bow to him before spinning around on your heel and walking away. Hopefully he enjoys the meal, it would be embarrassing if he didn't seeming how happy he looked when you gave him the tempura.
Nezuko Kamado
Nezuko wanted her hair braided like her idol, Mitsuri Kanroji. As much as Tanjiro wanted to help her out with that, he wasn't the best at braiding hair and so, you decided to do it.
"And.. There. All done." You smile at your handiwork as you pull away from her hair, "Now you can properly twin with Kanroji!"
Nezuko claps her hands, muffled words of delight bouncing from her covered mouth. She spins around and gives you a hug, her cheeks dusted pink as she does so. Your smile widens at the demon girl as you promptly return her hug.
"Aw! You're welcome, Nezuko!"
Gyomei Himejima
You decided to pay Gyomei a visit since you found out that he had the day off today. You walk up to his door, quickly knocking on it. After a few moments of silence, the door slides open, revealing the Stone Hashira in all of his glory.
"Hey, Himejima." You greet.
"Hello." He greets back, "Is there something you need?"
"Yes! I'm about to head out to my next location. Demon attacks have been more and more common in that area so the Master is stationing me there for a few days. That being said.." Your eyes trail down to the kitten in your hands, your kitten, "I was wondering..if you could look after my kitten, k/n."
Gyomei stays silent which makes you clench your teeth nervously, "If That's too much to ask.."
"No, it's alright. I can look after them." He shakes his head, "I just worry that they'll be afraid."
You nod your head, "I understand but you really have nothing to worry about! K/n isn't one to be easily frightened! ..Besides," Your hands brush against his as you hand your kitten over, "I have a feeling that they'll enjoy your company very much."
Gyomei doesn't speak as cradles the small animal in his hands, his face is coated in a cute pink shade that makes a smile cross your face. He may not outright admit, but Gyomei truly has a soft spot for animals, especially cats.
"If you think so..then I don't mind it. ..Stay safe, L/n. I pray for your success in your trials ahead.."
Kanae Kocho
Kanae was sitting on the engawa of her estate, cleaning her blade with a cloth she found in her room. Butterflies dances around her as a soft smile played at her lips. You, who was visiting, was sat beside her, silently admiring the scene.
"..You look breathtaking.." You mutter, too engrossed with your own thoughts to notice the words that leave your lips. Kanae looks over at you, her smile widening as a light blush overtakes her skin.
"You really think so?" She looks back at her sword that rests in her hands, "Well..thank you for the compliment, L/n.. I appreciate your kindness."
