Rick and Daryl decided that they had to run after the truck. After all, there were a ton of food and supplies in there, enough for everyone in Alexandria and they couldn't let that go. Since Madelyn couldn't really run, Daryl carried her on his back as they ran.

They stopped when they noticed the vending machine had been ditched in the middle of the road. Daryl used a crowbar to break the glass and gather whatever he could from inside it. "This was a special request from the doctor." Daryl said, holding up two cans of soda and opening a third one, giving some to his wife before drinking some himself.

"Hey, whatever she wants." Rick said as Daryl handed him the rest of the drink. "She saved Carl's life. We didn't know her, and she turned out to be alright."

"How is Carl, by the way?" Madelyn asked.

"Still getting used to using one eye but he's alive and healthy. That's all I need." Rick said. "If there's still people out here and they're still people, we should bring them in."

"What, like this guy?" Daryl asked, referring to Jesus.

"No, not this guy." Rick said.

"Clearly, although I could tell he felt bad taking the stuff, especially when I told him I was eating for two." Madelyn said.

"Hey, anybody who takes stuff from a pregnant lady, they're scum." Daryl said.

"Actually, he gave me some chips and water." Madelyn said. "Not that that excuses what he did by taking our stuff but...he might not be that scummy. Plus, he kept saying 'we need this stuff'. He's clearly not alone like he said."

"So, he does have a camp after all." Rick said.

"Well, we still got a trail." Daryl said.

"Let's go." Rick said and the three were off again. After following the tracks, the three eventually found the truck. They saw Jesus looking at the tyre so they decided to go through the woods to surprise him so he wouldn't try to run with the supplies.

When Rick got close enough, he grabbed Jesus from behind as he was closing the shutter. "Hold still and maybe we won't hurt you." Rick said.

"Sure thing." Jesus said before elbowing Rick in the gut, making him let go. However, Rick and Daryl managed to outnumber him and pushed him to the ground.

"This is done." Rick said to Jesus.

"You gonna shoot me over a truck?" Jesus asked, still on the ground.

"There's a lot of food on that truck. The keys, now." Rick said.

"I think you know I'm not a bad guy." Jesus said.

"Yeah? What do you know about us?" Rick asked.

"You have a pregnant woman with you. Bad guys, no offence, they wouldn't include women in their group. Especially pregnant women." Jesus said. Madelyn kinda agreed with him. He did have a point.

"The keys, now. This is the last time I'm asking." Rick said.

Jesus sighed and handed Rick the keys before he tied Jesus' wrists and ankles so he wouldn't follow after them. "Is this necessary?" Madelyn asked Rick.

"Yeah, it is." Rick said.

"You're gonna leave me here like this?" Jesus asked. "You're really gonna do that?"

"The knots aren't that tight." Rick said. "You should be able to get free after we're long gone."

"Maybe we should talk now." Jesus said as Rick got up.

"Nah." Daryl said. Rick and Daryl headed for the truck and Madelyn looked at Jesus tied up on the ground. She sighed and opened her bag up, pulling out a bottle of water and a few cans of food and placing them next to him.

"I know it's not much but I'm afraid it's all I can give." Madelyn said before heading to the truck and climbing inside. Rick then started the truck and drove away.

They opened up a few snacks to eat for the drive back. "It all worked out. Today is still the day." Rick said. He looked out and pointed something out to Daryl and Madelyn. "Look."

"Yeah, a barn." Daryl said before they heard thudding coming from the top of the truck.

"Do you hear that?" Madelyn asked.

"I think that son of a bitch is on the roof." Daryl said.

"Damn, he is one sneaky bastard." Madelyn said, a little impressed that Jesus managed to catch up to them so quickly.

"Hold on." Rick said before quickly applying the brakes, making Jesus fall off the roof. Jesus stood up and ran so Rick quickly drove after him.

"I really like this guy." Madelyn said as they chased after him. Daryl quickly got out and began running after Jesus as Rick drove. He was trying to cut Jesus off so Daryl could catch him. Rick stopped the truck and he and Madelyn got out, seeing Daryl still trying to catch Jesus.

Rick and Daryl began chasing after Jesus like they were playing tag like a bunch of four year olds. Madelyn noticed some walkers approaching and quickly pulled her gun out, placing a bullet in each of their brains. Jesus had managed to climb into the truck and Daryl was trying to drag him out. Jesus pulled a gun out and pointed it at Daryl before telling him to duck, which he did and Jesus shot a walker that was about to get Daryl.

"Oh my god." Madelyn said as she turned around, noticing that Jesus saved Daryl's life. She was so focused on the walkers coming in one direction, she forgot about everywhere else.

"Thanks." Daryl said before punching Jesus and taking his gun. "That's my gun." Daryl pulled Jesus out of the truck, not realising he had accidently hit the handbrake so the truck began moving backwards.

"Get out of the truck!" Madelyn called out. The two men quickly got out and the truck full of food, clothes and medicine fell into a lake before sinking. Everything was gone.

"Damn it!" Daryl yelled before knocking Jesus out and Rick ran over.

"Are you both okay? Baby okay?" Rick asked.

"Yeah." Daryl said.

"Yeah, we're good." Madelyn said before looking at Jesus unconscious on the ground. "Damn, I missed this."

"Law of averages, that's bullshit." Daryl said. "Let's go check them cars, get the hell out of here."

"What about the guy?" Rick asked.

"What about him?" Daryl asked.

"He saved your life, D." Madelyn said.

"Maybe." Daryl said.

"He ever pull a weapon on you? Madelyn?" Rick asked.

Daryl shook his head. Madelyn shook her head. "Fine, let's put him up a tree." Daryl said.

After finding a car that worked, everyone got in and made their way back to Alexandria. Jesus was still unconscious in the back with Daryl. Rick was driving and Madelyn sat in the passenger seat. After thinking about it, they decided not to tie Jesus to a tree like living bait for walkers. It was cruel. With every turn Rick made, Jesus kept falling onto Daryl which Rick and Madelyn noticed, making them smile at each other as they told each other with their expressions that they had to tease Daryl. Daryl kept pushing him away.

"He took a pretty hard hit." Rick said. "Denise needs to look him over."

"Yeah." Daryl said.

"You wouldn't have gone through with it. You wouldn't have left him." Rick said.

"I would've. Right up in a tree." Daryl said.

"No, Rick and I know." Madelyn said.

"Almost as soon as we got to Alexandria, you got it." Rick said. "You saw, you and Michonne and Glenn and Madelyn, you all tried to tell me. So shut up because I'm finally listening." He said before turning the car again, making Jesus fall onto Daryl's shoulder. Rick and Madelyn laughed as Daryl pushed Jesus off of him.
