yeah. it really helped. it was the first time in a while that i didn’t really feel triggered by anything at all today. i kind of forgot what that felt like. i think that more mental health days will be issued soon.

sorry for the HUGE HUGE delay. I'm about to start editing this and I also needed to take time to figure out EXACTLY how I'm going to wrap this book up, because we're very close to the end now. Also, I haven't had much time to write thanks to school. So yeah, sorry, but the story's almost over now!
