Bennett - One of the very few people who get to see y/n's soft side. She absolutely adores this boy and makes sure that Hilichurls treat him nicely. Y/n joined his Adventure Team half out of pity and forced Razor to join in too. They have all agreed that members of the team are forbidden from hurting Hilichurls. If that rule is broken, they'll have to face y/n's rage. Bennett has accidentally hurt one of the younger hilichurls once but y/n let him off easily, saying that everyone makes mistakes. Bennett quite likes y/n and tends to show off around her sometimes. You know what? All the time. He just feels like he has to do his best for his friend. Oh yeah, as for relationship status? Best friends.

Around four years ago...
Bellator Minima.
A feared name all across Teyvat.
That and Benny's Adventure Team.
Y/n and the BAT's leader had known each other for quite some time and were very close friends.
The h/c haired hilichurl girl clearly adored her green eyed friend and had gone to extreme lengths to make him happy.
When I say extreme-
I mean EXTREME.
She threatened to kill a man's wife in ordered to get him to join Benny's Adventure Team for a week. The scary part is that if he declined, y/n wouldn't have hesitated to do as she said she would.
After a while, the threatening thing was getting out of hand and y/n had burned several houses down so she settled for bribing Razor into joining the team.
It worked, but she unknowingly doomed them all, considering how both of her friends were absolute simps for her.
"Sorry I am late!" y/n chirped, waving as she ran to greet the two boys, "Diluc, Mister Crepus, the snake and I are traveling soon so I had to help a bit!"
Bennett's eyes brightened significantly upon spotting the h/c haired girl, "N/n! No worries, Razor and I just got here."
Razor blinked when he spotted bruises and bleeding cuts on y/n's hands, "You are hurt, did you fight something?"
Y/n grinned proudly, "Yep! I beat up some treasure hoarders!"
"Whaaaat?" Bennett gasped then huffed, "How come you get all the fun adventures?"
Y/n gave him a sweet smile, "There is a temple nearby. If you want, we can all clear it together! Then we can raid a treasure hoarder camp! Sound fun?"
Bennett's eyes lit up once more and y/n looked like she was in heaven when he gave her a bear hug, "Yes! Yes! Yes! Absolutely! Definitely! You're the best!"
"I have no idea what some of those words mean but you are welcome." y/n replied with a goofy little smile before grabbing Razor's hand, "Come!"
She wa sure to grab Bennett's hand too before dragging both boys along.

"Y/n is sad-"
"Did something happen?"
"I do not know."
Both Razor and Bennett stood a distance away from their female friend as she sulked in silence, her mood dim.
They wanted to make her feel better but they weren't exactly sure how to.
'Flowers and something sweet maybe?' Bennett wondered, staring at the girl.
'Food? Favorite food?' Razor guessed.
They were supposed to be clearing temples that day. However, Benny's Adventure Team now had a new objective.
Make their Goddess happy again.
Bennett was the first to return to the sulking girl. The flowers were what caught her attention, the smell reaching her nose.
"Huh...?" she mumbled, looking up then spotting Bennett, "Olah Benny!"
"Olah, y/n!" Bennett replied and happily and beamed when the girl looked delighted, "You looked a little sad so I brought you something!"
Y/n tilted her head as the boy passed a small box of chocolates to her plus a couple of pretty flowers. She was trying to process what she was looking at.
She remembered a chat she had once had with Kaeya, which quickly turned into a fight, and her expression turned into one of joy.
"Ah! The flowers smell good! And there is chocolate!" she gasped then stated at Bennett with sparkling eyes, "For me?"
"Yes! Just for you!" the boy said with a proud grin, "I bought it with the mora we earned from doing commissions!"
Y/n's eyes rounded, "Woah... thank you Benny! Here, have some! Things taste much better when you share them with people you love! That is what Mister Crepus says!"
Bennett didn't catch the last bit of what the girl said as he accepted a few pieces of chocolate from her, 'The people you love?'
He stared at y/n in wondered as the girl happily chowed down on some of the chocolate, 'Does y/n love me?'
"Razorrrr! Bennett bought chocolate!" y/n exclaimed as the boy finally arrived, "Here! Sit and have some!"
Bennett was too busy indulging in his fantasies of life with the h/c haired girl as Razor took the free spot next to her.
Y/n sniffed the air and her eyes sparkled, "Oh! Potatoes! And meat!"
Razor blushed a little as he held out some food to y/n, "It is that meal you bring to me sometimes. I know you like potatoes and meat too so I made some for you."
"Ahhhh, this is the best day ever!" y/n exclaimed then surprised both boys when she looped her arms over their shoulders and tugged them close so she could rub her face against theirs, "I love you both more than I love cheese and crackers! Horray for Benny's Adventure Team!"
Both boys were mesmerized by the rare look of pure joy on their friend's painted face. In that moment, they decided they were going to protect that beautiful smile of hers.

Diluc and Kaeya had left a while ago, allowing y/n's two friends to see her one last time for the day.
There had been an accident.
Diluc and Kaeya refused to tell the h/c haired girl's frantic friends what happened. All they had to go off of was the horrible state the headstrong girl was in.
She looked like a mummy with all those bandages wrapped around her. Her wounds had stopped bleeding long before and the doctors said that with rest, she would be good to go in a month.
Thing is... she was brought in two days before. And she still hadn't woken up.
Breathing? Check.
Moving? Check.
Alive? Check.
Awake. Nope.
"Do you think y/n will be okay?" Bennett asked in a small voice as both him and Razor sat I chairs, watching the barely noticeable rise and fall of y/n's chest as she remained asleep on the hospital bed.
"She will. Y/n is strong because she is a Mitachurl." Razor replied. His words weren't very reassuring, considering that he himself was doubtful.
There was silence once more.
She would be fine. She would recover.
Benny's Adventure Team would continue to find treasure together, run away from ruin guards together go gliding together, eat together, camp together. They'd still be a team.
The third member just needed some time to recover before their wonderful adventures could continue.
In the meantime, they'd have to think of. Another name for their Adventure Team.
Hm, I think y/n's simp club is a much more fitting name for the adventure team.
Wouldn't you agree?
(Sometimes I wonder how I'm even still alive considering how much I've wrecked my sleep schedule-)
