Chae Byeol
It was the next morning and I was still stuck in bed. It felt good to just be lazy. I was woken up by my phone vibrating.
I looked at my phone as saw a text.
Seojunnie: Are you busy today?
I forgot I had him saved as that. But why would he ask me?
Me: I am free.....why?
He read my message but didn't respond right away
Seojunnie: I want to explain everything, but I also want the truth from you.
I gasped, I honestly wasn't him expecting to tell me anything. I was just being a smart ass.
Me: Fine. Where?
Seojunnie: I'll pick you up at 3.
Me: Your mom said no riding the bike???
Seojunnie: Well it's that or we walk.
Me: Fine.
Seojunnie: Great.
It started to hit me that I would have to tell him about what's wrong with me. I kicked the air in anger. My brother walked in to my room to see me fuss.
"What's wrong with you?"
I stopped kicking and laid my legs back down.
"Hyungwon.....can you kill me?"
"What?! I just came to tell you breakfast is here, not to commit murder."
He walked out confused while I just stared at the ceiling.
Can't he just leave it be?

It was 2:45 and I was panicking. I tried to come up with a lie but none of them were convincing. Plus, I knew Seojun would see right through me.
"Stop pacing you making me nervous."
My brother was on the couch as he watched me by the door.
"I am stressed."
"What's new?"
"Shut up. Geez you're not helping."
"How about you talk to Seyeon? You say you see him sometimes."
"He just pops out of nowhere. I have no control over that."
He shook his head and continued looking at the TV.
My phone started ringing.
Why is he here before 3?
I looked at phone.
Sooho is calling.....
I was hesitant but I picked up the phone.
"Hello?"
"Byeol, I...... I know we're not on good terms right now but I was just curious about something."
"About what?"
"Do you know where Jugyeong is going on her date?"
You got to be kidding me?!
"We haven't spoken and this is what you ask?"
"I know-- listen we can talk later if you just help me okay? Please."
I almost felt bad for him, keyword almost. I was too mad to give him every detail.
"Well, I just know she is going to movie theaters. I know it's by the school."
I knew the location, but he was smart enough to find it out.
"Thank you! I'll message you later."
*call ended*
I thought he had an exam today?? Oh well.
My phone vibrated and I saw Seojun texted me.
Seojunnie: I am outside.
Great.
I sighed. I told my brother I was leaving and walked out to meet Seojun.
I opened my gate at saw him by his motorcycle.
"Why are you telling me the truth all of sudden?"
I said as I walked closer to him.
"Just. Why you want to keep yours a secret?"
He teased. I just grabbed his spare helmet.
"Where are we going?"
"Movie theaters"
Oop-
"Which one?"
"The one by school"
Dammit.
"How about we go to a Cafe or something?"
"I already bought tickets though. Why? Is something happening at the movie theaters?"
I knew he would tease Jugyeong so it's best to stay quiet.
"Nothing. Just seems like a weird place to talk."
"We'll talk after, but there was a new movie I wanted to see, so now we're going."
I strapped on the helmet and sat behind him. I held on tight as he rode off.

We finally arrived to the movie theaters. I went to go sit down while he got popcorn.
I went in to the theater and looked around for any seats.
"Chae Byeol?"
I turned around and saw Jugyeong with her date.
"Hi!"
"What are you doing here?"
"Oh just here to see a movie"
I didn't want to say I was with Seojun, she would get the wrong idea.
"Ah okay, you should sit with us!"
She motioned for my arm but I just backed up.
"Oh no it's fine, I actually just realized this is the wrong theater. Bye!"
I walked away. I tried to fully leave but I saw Seojun on his way to enter. I stopped infront of him.
"I thought you were getting seats?"
He asked me. I tried to come up with an excuse.
"Oh, it's full. Oh well, let's go."
I grabbed onto him but he didn't budge. Instead he dragged me to the seats. He looked at me crazy, there were still seats left.
"What's with you today?"
I just sighed. I made us sit in the back of the theater. So that way he couldn't notice Jugyeong.

We were watching the movie, it wasn't that bad. I got the sudden urge to pee so I excused myself.
I walked out and saw Sooho entering.
"Sooho?"
He looked just as surprised as I was.
"What are you doing here?"
He asked.
"Just because.What about you?"
"Just because."
"Hey, I thought you had an exam so why are you-"
Then it hit me.
"You came here to stalk Jug-"
He covered my mouth since I said it pretty loud.
"Just tell me if she's here. I have been searching."
"Yes, she is. You stalker."
"Listen I know--"
"I know, you like her. It's pretty obvious."
"How did you k-"
I heard footsteps coming our way. Sooho dragged me outside.
"What are you--"
"Sooho?"
It was Seojun. He looked between us. Sooho was still holding on to my arms, he realized and let go.
"Seojun what are you doing here?"
Sooho acted defensive now.
"I was hanging out with Byeol."
Sooho looked between us and nodded.
"Whatever. Let's just go Seojun, the movie was about to end anyway. Good luck with your thing Sooho."
I dragged Seojun away and he started whining.
"I just came out for a refill--"
"Just please, can we leave?"
I felt my heart rate slowly go up, I really didn't expect to talk to Sooho here. I haven't spoken to him in forever so my heart isn't taking this well.
"Fine, let's just go to a cafe."
I nodded walking with him.
"Why is Sooho here anyway? I thought he had a test today."
I didn't want to expose Sooho either.
"I don't know, let's just hurry. I still need to pee."
He laughed at my comment.
"You and your small blatter."
I just hit him in response which resulted in him fake crying.
"Ow!"
"I didn't hit you that hard you big baby!"

Writing this after watching the skz fanmeet lol. But just wanted to say I am super thankful for hitting 1K+ views!! I honestly did this for fun and I am so happy people love it.
