"Mommy" says Junie climbing on me
"We got bored so we thought it was time for you to get up" says Megan laying next to me
"Meg" says Junie jumping on her
"Okay big girl, let's take it down a notch" says Megan laugh
"Yeah for real" I say wiping my eyes
We all go in the kitchen and I make breakfast for all of us.
"I miss mani" says Megan
"Me too" I say putting junie's food infront of her
"You might want to just make oatmeal" says Megan sitting at the kitchen counter
"Why" I say as the little plate of eggs goes flying
"Shes not fucking with them eggs anymore" says Megan laughing and getting up" You clean that up and I'll get her oatmeal"
"When did she start doing that" I say grabbed the eggs off the floor
"Last week" says Megan biting her bottom lip"I don't want kids cam... Like of my own. I hope that doesn't make you think I don't love junie"
"No, I get you" I say"I respect that, kids are a big responsibility"
"I do want a dog or dogs" says Megan smile
"Okay, easy enough" I say
"You act like you can just snap your fingers and make things happen" says Megan laughing
"No but that's not hard because David mom owns a rescue" I say"Maybe we can go by today and look, I got some stuff to handle so we'll be out"
I won't let my dad get the best of us anymore. I'm telling everyone his dirty little secrets. His time is over it's time for something different and real.
We all get cleaned up and dressed then we head to David's mom's spot.
"You can go ahead and take a look at the dogs" says David
"Okay" says Megan
Her eyes light up when she sees the dogs. Im hoping she finds what's she's looking for.

Kehlani POV
My brother has been blowing me up saying he wants to meet. I told him to come by the house.
"Hey, come in"I say opening the door and hugging him
"How the family been" says Walter
"Good, had a rocky bit for a second but we're good" I say"You want something to drink"

He pulls a photo book out and starts flipping through the pages.

"They started hanging out with this guy and they would all get strung out together. He was supplying and then they started dealing" Says Walter"...I'm just gonna get to the point"
He slides the photo to me and my jaw dropped
"He gave them something that day...it wasn't normal" says Walter"He killed them"
Camila POV
"Wait...so" says David putting his hands up
"I need you to figure out how he knows Sha or her family" says Camila
"I'm gonna need some info but yeah I got you" says David
"I want this one" says Megan picking up the puppy
It was a black and gray frenchie. He was letting her hold him like a baby.
"Thanks for everything man" I say handing him some money

"Doggy" says Junie reaching for the door
"I gotta tell you something and you can't tell anybody" I say as I put junie in her car seat

I get in and look a junie in the backseat.
"Let's wait till we get home...I think Normani should hear it too" I say as we drive off
My mind was racing the whole ride, I think meg could tell because she put junie down for her nap. Then see came in the living room and lays her head on my lap.
"All the children are napping" says Megan look at her dog
"No name yet" I say sitting on the sofa
"No but soon" says Megan
I pull out my phone and facetime Normani
"Hello...ah my loves" says Normani"I didn't even look when I answered. I miss you all"
"We miss you too babe" says Megan"Cam got me a puppy but he's sleeping"

"Because my dad killed kehlanis parents and I think he has something to do with her mom being in jail" I say"She's really enjoying her job and I didn't want to mess that up"
She just stood there a second then finally said something.
"What are you gonna do about it" says Megan Cross her arms

"It's gonna take more then you to take him down and I'm just being realistic" says Megan"We move different now...understand me"

"Because if you go to war with your dad, someone could get hurt and we have to protect our family" says Megan

I jump in my car and take the drive to Savannah to my grandma's house. There's only a few people that can protect us and there all here.
While I'm on the way I get a call from David.
"What did you find" I say

"The whole thing was a act, your dad owns that fucking place y'all went to in texas" says David

"Apparently they were together way before he met your mom, then after that she was just pushing his shit" says David"He thought the cops were on to him so he turned her in. It's all in the statement"

Once I pulled up one of my uncle's come outside.
"You better then just pulling up" says Uncle Mike leaning into the car window

I park in the garage then my grandmother, both of my uncle's come out.
"What's wrong" says Grandma

"Yeah but he killed kehlanis parents and I think he got Sha and Normanis mom locked up. Actually I know he did, I had my friend look into something. Their mom was at the texas house often and he was a mentioned as the snitch" I say
"Boys, get your stuff" says Grandma se"Don't worry about a thing, your real family will take care of you"

Fittz POV
Me and Niecy were invited to a dinner with one of my business friends.
"Do you mind entertaining his lady friend while we talk business" I say leaning over to neicy

I hate how ungrateful she can be sometimes.
"Can we go in the cigar room and talk" I say
"Yeah, of course"Says Thomas getting up from the table and heading to the room
We light cigars and start talking.
"I can get my hands on anything but it comes at a price" I say

Me and Niecy leave and my blood is boiling the whole way home.
