Bolded is the original lyrics

(Underline with brackets is the English translation unless they are originally English) (You can ignore this if you like, personally, I like the original lyrics, even if I don't understand anything)

Yes, Y/n knows Korean, they are overpowered, lol

'Italics' are thoughts (like usual)

Long Chapter

Warning: Vulgar Language

Y/n POV:

My mouth drops slightly in shock and disgust as soon as I step out of the studio.

'Why me? I could have been blessed with any other person as a brother, but I got this idiot, who only wants attention. When he said he would change I didn't think he would look like this,' is all I think while I look at Hiroshi, who is standing about 20 meters, or 65 ft away.

He is wearing a white collared shirt with a black suit overtop, both fit him like a glove. The red tie around his neck really stands out, especially at this time of day. It is hard to see from the distance, but I think he is wearing his iconic diamond piercing on his right ear and a few rings on his hands. On his feet, I can see a pair of dress shoes, maybe a designer pair, but probably not considering he doesn't like brand names. His hair is still parted down the middle, so at least one thing hasn't changed. He is slightly leaning on his motorcycle, arms crossed, waiting impatiently for me to show up.

'Not gonna lie, he looks good, but I have no clue why he thought that was appropriate to pick me up in. Maybe I can sneak away without him noticing,' I think, looking at the people next to me. Luckily for me, they haven't noticed him yet, so I have to take the opportunity to leave now or I will lose it forever. As if on cue, Hiroshi notices me and immediately loses his tough exterior.

"Yahoo! Y/n-chan!" he shouts, grabbing everyone's attention and making them look at him. He begins to slightly jog over to me, making turn me turn to walk into the studio, away from the others, in hopes the doors may keep him out. However, before I can pull off my plan, I get turned around forcefully and put into a headlock. "Why are you going back? Are you trying to say you don't miss me? Well, that just hurts," Hiroshi says in a fake butthurt tone.

I can't take the headlock any longer so I try to use my leg to take his legs out from underneath him, but this only ends up with both of us falling to the ground and me landing on his stomach, making both of us groan. The group just looks at us, not helping either of us out. Uenoyama looks confused, while Mafuyu still stares off into space. Haruki and Kaji only stare at us, slightly wide-eyed.

I quickly get off him and stand up, leaving him on the ground, quite annoyed. "What the fuck was that for dude?! And what the hell are you are wearing?! I can't tell if you're gonna take me out on a date or take me out with a gun!" I yell at him. He only stands up and chuckles in response, dusting his suit off.

He pulls out a finger gun and points it at me, while saying "With a gun, duh. And if you want to live, you will follow me and hop on my motorcycle, where I will take you to a remote location." Hiroshi starts to quietly chuckle, showing he is enjoying this joke he created, making me go along with his stupid little skit. I slowly put my hands up, showing surrender.

"You'll never get away with this Hiroshi! My men will stop you and my mother will never stop until she sees your dead body!" I say, "threatening" him. I glance over to Mafuyu and the others and see they're extremely confused. They probably wonder who this insane person is.

"You mean our mother?!" Hiroshi exclaims as if revealing a huge plot twist.

"WHAT??" I gasp.

"And I think I'll send her a gift. BANG" he exclaims, firing his "gun" at me. I slowly clench my chest and fall to my knees. He slowly walks over to me, picks me up, and throws me his shoulder, almost making me break character.

'He's a lot stronger than before. His stomach was pretty hard when I landed on it. Must be working out,' I conclude in my head.

With me still on his shoulder, Hiroshi turns to face the group of four who were just staring at us the whole time, watching our little play. He looks Haruki and Kaji dead in the eyes and stares for a moment, right before saying, "Nakayama. Kaji. Please make sure you both complete the homework for tomorrow," which surprises me. Hiroshi then turns and walks back to his motorcycle, allowing me to see the four eyes looking back into mine. I look over to Mafuyu and remember I can't walk him home.

"Uenoyama, please walk Mafuyu home. We don't want him to get lost, do we?" I politely ask him as we walk out of hearing range, not allowing me to listen to his response. "So, they're your students?" I ask, slightly shifting on Hiroshi's shoulders, his arm around the back of my knees keeps me from falling.

"Yeah. Why were you hanging out with them?" he questions me in a protective matter.

I lightly laugh at his tone. "I stalked their bandmate with my friend, then watched them play some music," I say, summarizing the whole night, making Hiroshi laugh as he puts me down.

He hands me a motorcycle helmet and I put it on easily, knowing this was not my first time riding his motorcycle. As he checks to make sure I've got all the straps on properly, I lightly shoo his hand away, showing him I was fine. Slightly smiling, he puts on his own helmet and staddles the bike, starting the engine. I put my leg over the bike and sit down, holding onto his waist. As I hear the engine start, I see him turn back to face me and start to talk to me through the helmets, connected by Bluetooth.

"Wanna go for a little ride? Right before I left work, I got a message from Mom saying that she was really tired from work and that she was heading to bed early," he asks. My face starts to turn into a smile, loving the idea. For some reason, I've always loved driving at night. Even though more accidents happen, it's hard to beat the feeling of driving through the city and seeing all the lights on, making the city seem completely different.

"Hell yeah!" I exclaim before I start to feel my stomach rumble. "Did you bring any food?" I ask, hoping he might have something.

"Since I lived with your fatass for 10 years and have known you for 17 years, I know you always get hungry around now, so I stole some sandwiches and pop from the cafeteria," he replies, sounding proud of his actions.

"Cool. Can you turn on some music? Anything will do," I ask, knowing the experience of driving at night is only enhanced when you listen to something. With a nod, he turns some switches on his bike and we begin our ride.

(Life Goes On by BTS. Video at the top for reference)

As I hear the beat start, I feel all my problems wash away as I feel the wind blowing on my hoodie.

Eoneu nal sesangi meomchwosseo (One day the world stopped)

Amureon yegodo hana eopsi (Without warning)

Bomeun gidarimeul mollaseo (Spring didn't know to wait)

Nunchi eopsi wabeoryeosseo (Showed up not even a minute late)

Baljagugi jiwojin geori (Streets erased of footprints)

Yeogi neomeojyeoinneun na (I lie here, fallen to the ground)

Honja gane sigani (Time goes by on its own)

Mianhae maldo eopsi, yeah (Without a single apology)

"Yeah," I synchronize with the lyrics, slightly nodding my head to the beat. I notice we have begun to come to a more populated area.

Oneuldo biga naeril geot gata (It looks like rain again today)

I look around at the passing lights of the cars and the businesses we pass

Heumppeok jeojeobeoryeonne (I'm soaked to the bone)

'The lights are so beautiful' I think as I rest my head on Hiroshi's back, pulling him into an involuntary hug.

Ajikdo meomchujil ana (Still won't stop)

Jeo meokgureumboda ppalli dallyeoga (Running faster than that cloud of rain)

Geureom doel jul arannеunde (Thought that'd be enough)

I feel the bike slow down as we reach a traffic light and look around at the few cars infront of us.

Na gyeou saraminga bwa (Guess I'm only human after all)

Mopsi apeunе (I'm in a world of pain)

Sesangiran nomi jun gamgi (This cold the world gave to me)

Deokbune nulleoboneun meonji ssain doegamgi (Prompts me to press the dust-covered rewind)

'Each and everyone of them is living in their own world. Isn't that cool?'

Neomeojin chae cheonghaneun eotbakjaui chum (Dancing off-beat lying on the ground)

Gyeouri omyeon naeswija (Once winter comes)

Deo tteugeoun sum (let's exhale a warmer breath)

Breathing in and out, enjoying the music, I get ready for the chorus.

Kkeuchi boiji ana (There's no end in sight)

Chulguga itgin halkka (Is there a way out?)

I feel the bike start again, the momentum slightly pulling me back as we move forward

Bari ttejijil ana ana oh (My feet refuse to move, oh)

Jamsi du nuneul gama (Close your eyes for a moment)

Yeogi nae soneul jaba (Hold my hand)

Jeo miraero daranaja (To the future, let's run away)

Without thinking, I join the chorus, not caring if Hiroshi can hear me or not.

Like an echo in the forest

"Like an echo in the forest"

Haruga doraogetji (The day will come back around)

"Haruga doragetji"

Amu ildo eopdan deusi (As if nothing happened)

"Amu ildo eopdan deusi"

Yeah, life goes on

"Yeah, life goes on"

"Like an arrow in the blue sky"

Tto haru deo naragaji (Another day flying by)

"Tto haru deo naragaji"

On my pillow, on my table

"On my pillow, on my table"

Yeah, life goes on

"Yeah, life goes on"

Like this again

"Like this again," I sing, finishing the chorus. Even though I know what the words to the verses mean, the chorus is more memorable, so I sing it better and with fewer mistakes.

I eumageul billyeo neoege na jeonhalge (Ay) (Let me tell you with this song)

Saramdeureun marhae sesangi da byeonhaetdae (No) (People say the world has changed)

Mh-hm-hm-hm

Dahaenghido uri saineun (But thankfully between you and me)

Ajik yeotae an byeonhaenne (Nothing has changed)

We start to go down a small highway, leading us who knows where. I don't care though, I'm lost in my thoughts and feelings

'Ahhh... I enjoy this feeling'

Neul hadeon sijakgwa kkeut 'annyeong' iran mallo (With the "annyeong" that we start and finish the day)

Oneulgwa naeireul tto hamkke ieobojago (Ooh, ooh, ooh, oh-woah) (Let us thread tomorrow with today)

Meomchwoitjiman eodume sumji ma (Stopped for now but don't hide in the shadow)

Bicheun tto tteooreunikkan (Once again daylight will glow)

'It's a level of freedom you can't get during the day. Almost like the sun prohibits you from doing so.

Kkeuchi boiji ana (There's no end in sight)

Chulguga itgin halkka (Is there a way out?)

Bari ttejijil ana ana oh (My feet refuse to move, oh)

Jamsi du nuneul gama (Gama) (Close your eyes for a moment)

Yeogi nae soneul jaba (Jaba) (Hold my hand)

Jeo miraero daranaja (Oh, oh, oh) (To the future, let's run away)

'No, it's the people. They limit you to what you can do. I absolutely despise that, why should you care what I do if it doesn't affect you? Oh, The chorus is coming up again.'

Taking in a deep breath, I repeat the chorus again.

Like an echo in the forest

"Like an echo in the forest"

Haruga doraogetji (The day will come back around)

"Haruga doraogetji"

Amu ildo eopdan deusi (As if nothing happened)

"Amu ildo eopdan deusi"

Yeah, life goes on (Oh, woah)

"Yeah, life goes on"

Like an arrow in the blue sky

"Like an arrow in the blue sky"

Tto haru deo naragaji (Naragaji) (Another day flying by)

"Tto haru deo naragaji"

On my pillow, on my table

"On my pillow, on my table"

Yeah, life goes on

"Yeah, life goes on"

Like this again

"Like this again"

I remember

I, I, I remember

Ah, ah

"Ah, ah," I synchronize, getting lost in the song, not noticing we were approaching our destination.

I remember

I, I, I remember

Ah, ah"Ah, ah," And with that I finish my harmony, feeling refreshed and relaxed. This song always seems to do that to me. I look around and only see trees or at least the outlines of them. The sun had set a few minutes ago, so the only light was coming from the headlights.

"Oh no, you really are going to kill me aren't you?" I ask, getting a little freaked out by the change in scenery.

"Hahaha, no. I'm just taking you to a little hidden place I discovered a while ago. We both know I would kill you in some sort of basement," he says, "reassuring" me. We ride in silence for a few more minutes before Hiroshi speaks up.

"Nice singing," is all he says as he navigates the narrow road.

"Thanks," I sarcastically reply.

"I was being serious," he finishes as he slows down the bike.

Once we stop, we both get off, take off our helmets and pull out our phones to turn on the flashlights. With the light, the trees look less scary and I can see more shrubs that line the trunks. Hiroshi starts to shine his light around, looking for something. I look where the light is shining when he stops moving it; it is a small patch where there are fewer trees and barely any shrubs.

"Were not going there, right?" I ask, turning to face Hiroshi and see that he is grabbing a bag out of the side of his bike, probably getting the food and drinks.

"No complaining, I took you out somewhere and you will enjoy it," he said, almost telling me to enjoy getting poked by branches, tripping on roots, and running into trees. I'm sure he'd enjoy me doing those things, but I won't. "I'll lead you there and try not to make you run into trees," he said, slightly reassuring me. I suddenly felt a tug on my hand, pulling me into the small clearing. Trusting Hiroshi, I embarrassedly hold his and trail behind him.

After a few minutes, we still haven't reached the place he told me about. I was slowly losing faith in him and began believing he had a knife and an extendable shovel in that bag.

'Not how I'd like to go, but my death will go on TV and probably go down as unsolved. Now that's interesting.'

And... we're here!" Hiroshi suddenly exclaims as he moves some shrubs to the side, revealing the view to me. My jaw drops, for probably the third time today, at the sight.

It's a beautiful view of the city skyline unlike I've ever seen. You can see all the building's colourful lights, from bright white to dark blue. The sky is completely lit up by the luminous business and apartment complexes. In the city, I can see little red lights move around, almost synchronized with each other, but random enough to know that they are cars turning and changing lanes. It's amazing; from the city, all you see are crowds, people, and work, but from here all you can see are little lights. Peaceful is the perfect word to describe it, but it's almost impossible to explain. Like a thousand words could be used, but it wouldn't even scratch the surface.

"You like it?" I turn to my head, looking from the incredible scene in front of me to my smirking brother. If I hadn't been thankful for him bringing me here, I would've slapped that look off his face. I slowly nod my head, looking back at the view, trying to memorize every detail.

A slight shaking of my shoulder shakes me out of my trance and I look at Hiroshi. He leads me over to a spot and we sit down, admiring the landscape. He offers a sandwich and I greedily eat it, having not eaten since lunch. Hiroshi looks at my face for a moment, smirks then faces forward again.

"Fatass," I hear him whisper. Under normal circumstances, I would call him 'loser' or 'asshole', but right now nothing can come out of my mouth. After a few seconds of quiet, I speak up.

"Thank you, Hiroshi. This is unbelievable," I finally manage to get out. My words excite him, bringing a smile to his face, one I haven't seen in a while. Not a fake one that he puts on in public, but a genuine one that could melt anyone's heart.

"I'm glad. I kept this place to myself for a while, but I thought I should share it with someone special. And I guess that person is my loser sibling," he says in a kind voice, even if he's still calling me names. It truly does confuse me why he's single; he's kind, funny, sweet, caring, and he makes a good amount of money, why wouldn't some girl want him.

"What's the real reason you don't have a girlfriend?" I ask him, quite serious. "Mom constantly asked you and you said that you are not interested in finding a girlfriend because you're young and work is a priority, but you're lying," I say, making sweat-drops visibly form on his forehead. "Well, maybe not lying, but not telling the whole truth," I conclude, making him avoid my gaze even more.

A thick blanket of silence engulfed the two of us, but it was anything but peaceful. I was not backing down from my question and kept looking at him, gaze intensifying every passing second. Hiroshi was rapidly sweating under my intense glare, eyes darting all around, hoping I would give up the topic. Suddenly, I looked away from him and went back to viewing the scenery in front of us. If he didn't want to tell me, I couldn't force him.

"Whatever..." I quietly say, visibly confusing him. Like usual, before he could say anything to change the subject, I interrupt. "You can trust me, you know," and with that, I stop talking, unknowingly making the guilt within my brother grow even larger. He looks at the ground, then at me, and finally rests his eye's on the large towers in the distance.

"Y'know..." he starts, instantly gaining my attention, but not removing my eyes from the small red lights. "...I never said I didn't want a relationship...I...just don't want one with a girl," he finishes, looking back to the path we came through.

'Ah, many girls... YOU IDIOT! THAT'S NOT WHAT HE MEANT, YOU F!CKING DUMBASS!'

"Oh..." is all I manage I spit out. Of course, I had my suspicions, but he just confirmed it. "You do realize I'm pan, right?" I ask in a dumbfounded voice.

"Uhhhhhh...." he replied, absolutely forgetting I like everyone. Well not like everyone, want to fu-,"Yeah, sorry."

"Well, I guess join the club? I don't know, you want an induction?" I ask, not knowing what to do, I've never been in this position before.

"Can we count me taking you here an induction? I enjoyed it here, even with you pestering me about personal shit," he says chuckling at my nosiness.

"Sure, I love it here already," I say in a calm and cheesy manner, not knowing what else to say or do.

As we stare at the scene for longer before a second personal question pops in my head, this one not removing itself as easily as the earlier one.

"One more question?" I slightly demand, assuming he will say yes.

"As long it's not about my preferences, sure, ask away," he asks, confused by my forwardness.

"When did you discover this place?" I ask, already suspecting the answer.

He pauses for a minute, possibly considering if he should tell me or not.

"...About a year ago," he says, carefully studying my face, looking for a reaction.

'So this is where he went, bit ironic,' I think, not wanting to think about it anymore, a frown visible on my face.

"I've got school tomorrow and you've got work. We should probably head back," I say, hoping to change the subject.

"Oh, yeah let's get going, but 2 things first," he says, making me want to know what he plans to say. "One, anything said here stays here. Two, we keep this place a secret."

"That's it? Kinda lame," I say, slightly disappointed at what he said.

"Yep, now let's head home and get our asses to bed," he says as he gets up, heading towards the entrance of this secluded area.

A lot happened today and I'll always remember it as one of the best days of my life, finally starting it.

Wow, that was long (That's what she said), it was my longest chapter so far. I'm thinking I might increase the average length so I don't have too many chapters in this book. I'm thinking I'll finish the first episode in the next chapter, so we'll see how this goes. I really like Life Goes On so I'm glad I finally got to use it in this story. This is random but does the studio the band plays at have a name, cause I just named it BLA studio cause that's what it said on the sign.

How was the bonding between Y/n and Hiroshi? I didn't really know how to describe their relationship, so I hope this chapter wasn't complete trash because of that. I'll give you guys a guess who were the 2 characters I based Hiroshi's outfit off in this chapter. LOL, shouldn't be that hard. (cough cough, title of your porn, cough cough)

Hope you guys have a good morning/evening/night,

-Kyra
