Delilah's Pov
"Time to get up you abomination"
My head pounded at the break in the dark silence of wherever it is I am "I said get up!" The voice screamed at me forcing my eyes to open as they tried to adjust to the darkness of the room I finally am able to make out the shape in front of me....
It's Bill
He's one of the elders and his face could not be anymore disappointed "Bill, nice to see you too" I managed to breathe out before he smacked me right across the face "spare me the pleasantries" he growled as I found it hard to keep my eyes open. I'm so tired and sore, everything everywhere hurts yet somehow I can barley feel a thing
I groaned out in pain as I shuffled slightly trying to get the pressure of my stomach "comfortable?" Bill smirked at me obviously enjoying my pain "aren't you supposed to be my favorite uncle?" I mumbled trying to hide the pain in my voice but failing horribly "I ain't your damn uncle you psycho!" He screamed at me making me flinch slightly
"I can't believe you how could you hurt them your own family!" He screamed even though we were only two feet apart "they tried to kill me first because I don't have my own magic so I figured I should kill them instead" I spat despite my obvious and intense pain "and to think you had so much promise then you had to go and kill your parents not to mention making Kai your destined lover" he growled
"Where am I?" I asked ignoring his statement his disappointed face turning into an annoying smirk "Home" he simply stated "its empty now sense you know your parents are dead" he added "yea I get it you think I'm a psycho and an abomination because I don't have my own magic and I killed my parents" I rolled my eyes
"I mean the killing parents thing I understand but the whole magic thing is just stupid" I added and he narrowed his brows "well can you blame us? I mean the last person who didn't have their own magic was Kai and he killed all but 3 of his siblings" he exasperated I sighed dramatically "he's a better person now!" I screamed "and you aren't are you" he said as more of a statement than a question
"Why am I here Bill? And where're Scarlet and Kai?" I ask trying to see where in my old house I was exactly but it was too dark for me to actually tell... we must be in the basement Dad always forgot to replace the light bulb in here. "Right here cousin" I heard Scarlets voice from behind Bill "where's Kai" I demanded this time, I swear if they hurt him I'll obliterate them all
"Calm down Lila he's back at your cabin tied up with the special rope" she smirked at me as she stepped closer and turned to face Bill "told you, you should've picked me" she said to him as he frowned at her "you still don't get it do you?" He asked her clearly knowing something she didn't. "get what?" She asked and as they continued their conversation I took the time to analyze my surroundings.
I know this place it's my house and I know for a fact that there's a window only 5 feet away from where I am I also know that there's a bunch of old tools 3 feet away thank god mom never thought of re arranging the basement like she always did with the rest of the house. I know the stairs are 10 feet away form me (keeping in mind this is all a rough estimate) what kind of tools did my dad even have? Can any of them help me in anyway?
I know I'm tied up with the canceling magic rope so I'm gonna have to get rid of it before I can actually do anything and the fact that I'm injured on both my head and stomach will also be a major problem, odds of me getting out of here are pretty slim I looked around one last time before looking back at Bill and Scarlet who where right in front of me and having they're own conversation
Not even bothering to pay attention to me anymore. They've obviously never held anyone captive before not that I have but I would definitely pay more attention to them instead of the person helping me "hey!" Bill snapped his fingers in my face snapping me out of my thoughts "what are you looking at?" He asks growing skeptical of me
C'mon Lila say something that'll throw him off
"I don't know it isn't labeled" I snicker looking at him dead in the eye watching his face grow enraged as Scarlet busts out laughing and he punched me in the stomach right where Scarlet kicked it earlier I groaned out in pain and clutched my stomach feeling to weak to even fully collapse down from my sitting position
Bill scoffs before getting up and dragging Scar out the door with him. He slams it closed and I wait to hear their footsteps walk away and once I do I start to shuffle around towards the tool box. Even with the limited lighting in the room I can see a pocket knife at the very top of the tool box's clutter "perfect" I mumble turning to grab the knife
I feel around grasping the knife but unfortunately knocking something over in the process and it falls to the bare ground with a loud thud "perfect" I groan quietly as I hear shuffling outside and then see Bill throw the door open and I shuffled to make it look like I never moved from the wall and just scooted a couple feet
"What are you doing?" He growls coming down the stairs and grabbing my sore shoulders moving me back to my original spot he looks around the room scanning it before his eyes land on the tools "oh no I don't think so, c'mon hand it over" he says turning me around as I feel my heart pounding and I stick the pocket knife inside my pants
Not all the way in but just enough so that my shirt is covering the top part "hand what over Bill?" I ask as he turns me back around "I'm on to you" he says clearly finding nothing "sure you are" I say sarcasm dripping out of my every word as I roll my eyes "in fact so much so that I think I'm going to sit here and watch you until you fall asleep or pass out from blood loss"
He says sitting on the bottom step of the stairs my eyes widen as I can suddenly feel the dense liquid running down my neck "y-you wouldn't actually let me die would you?" I ask and he smirks at my fear "no but I would let you pass out before giving you this here vampire blood" he says his true and very poor vocabulary coming out for a second
As he points to the bottle of vampire blood "I hate you" I grumble and he chuckles before I lean back slouching on the wall. I can feel myself getting weaker with every passing second I know it's because of the blood that is not currently in side my body but in fact running down my head and neck
"I hope you burn in hell" Bill spits just as I start to black out the world fading away slowly as my eyes start to close "Don't worry Bill I'll save you a spot right next to me" I chuckle humorlessly hearing him mumble something I couldn't quite make out before slumping back completely and allowing my eyes to close
Not that I had much of a choice in the matter of them staying open. But before the world actually went away I swear I heard Bill say "Sweet dreams Lila" then everything was dark and all I could do is feel the immense pain on my head and stomach nearly even remembering the cool metal of the pocket knife that is currently halfway in my pants.
I hope Kai's okay besides who knows maybe he's on his way to help me or maybe he's passed out and tied up on my bed and not in the good way..........
Forget that last part
Besides I'm sure everything is going to be fine either that or I really am crazy and Bill is going to keep me here until he decides to kill me
Scarlets Pov
Well this is boring I think to myself as I sit and flip through some boring book my aunt had once owned you know before her one and only daughter killed her and her husband. How could she do that? I mean I'll admit I can be a bit heart less at times but Lila? Sweet, obedient, straight A, and everyone's favorite?
A psycho? That's insane all on its own! But then again she did have to hide that fact that she didn't have her own magic her whole life by stealing Liv's and using it as her own.... so now that I really think about it she must've been going bananas pretending to be the perfect child when really she was a psycho just like Kai
"What are we gonna do when people start asking about where she is?" Bill asks closing the door to the basement behind him "we lie and say we don't know duh" I quickly answer and even though I'm not facing him I can just feel him roll his eyes "right and how are we supposed to keep this all a secret!" He screams startling me
"When people notice the Thompson's are no where to be seen people are gonna start asking questions and then eventually find out my brother and his wife are both dead! Then go looking for Lila to tell her the bad news and find out she dropped out of college and lives in some cabin, go looking for her only to find a tied up Kai, who we have to keep alive or else we die by the way,
Then talk to Kai who will lead them back here eventually and we both get blamed for everything because no one is going to believe the two people who kept Delilah the perfect child captive in her own house!!" He screams loosing my attention half way through this little or should I say huge rant.
"Would you calm down Mr. I have our down fall planned? All we have to do is get Delilah in good shape and then show her to Kai's dad explaining this whole mess and problem solved"
