Zoran entered the mansion and headed towards Bernadettes' position.
Bernadette's men were in terrible shape, blood coated their bodies, body parts were missing, just a wreck. Bernadette was still firing at the vampires that were determined to get in the room they were in.
"You bitches need to pull yourselves together!" He shot at the vampires. "Put the injured on the other side of the room. The ones who are barely injured get your asses over and barricade the door and shoot these damn vampires!!" He shot at them again. "We have to wait until mer chere comes and helps us."
"When we'll she come." One of his men said trying to throw objects onto the barricade.
"She'll be here! Just shoot dammit!!" He said while shooting.
Seras was running down the hall trying to get to Bernadette. The vampires started shooting cannons that broke through the barricade. They were shooting at some of the men that were already injured badly.
"Captain, I won't be able to make." Another one of Bernadette's men told him.
"What are you talking about?" He replied. "What are you planning to do?!?" He begun to worry.
"I'm saying that, if I don't bomb this level, they'll reach you and the others." He said holding up a grenade.
"Damn you! We're already dying up here, what makes you think by killing yourself would help?!"
"I know you're worried even though you don't show it appropriately. But I know by me doing this, it'll put us out of our misery down here, we're suffering. Goodbye, captain." And with that he pulled the handle and the bomb ticked.
"NOOOOO!!" He yelled as he heard the grenade explode. He was in shock.
They shot another cannon and it exploded the room. The aftermath was horrible, mostly all the men were either dead or dying. Their organs and limbs were everywhere. Bernadette was looking around, bewildered by the scene. He snapped back into reality and continued to shoot at the vampires. Zoran made it to Bernadette's destination.
"She'll be here I just know it." He said.
"Captain! There's only three of us left!" One of the men said.
"Just wait for mer chere she'll be here." He said frustrated.
"Get up girl. You're not badly hurt, pull yourself together now." He said standing on top of the water with his back turned away from me.
"Who are you?" I said laying on top of the water.
"Who do you think?" He said slowly turning around to face me.
"....Hmph....Alucard?" I said smiling. "How do you know if I'm hurting or not? You're not the one injured and bleeding."
"You idiot." He frowned.
"Really now?" I tilted my head.
"You did hurt me, by neglecting my love and trust for you." He said grabbing my hand to lift me up.
"I kind of don't need this right now." I turned my back to him.
"Why not talk about it?" He came closer to me.
"I'm kind of in the middle of something." I crossed my arms.
"Really? You aren't displaying it."
"Can we talk about this some other time, maybe when you're actually here?" He turned his back and made us touch each other.
"Always neglecting me. Fine. But your aren't hurt, nurse, she manipulated you again with an illusion. Use your third eye next time. You idiot." We were back to back. He held my hand and gave it a kiss.
I woke up touching my eye and navel seeing that nothing was hurt or bleeding.
"He was right..." I held myself.
He's alright! Thank goodness.
Bernadette and the three other men were the only ones that was living behind the broken barricade. He had nothing in his gun anymore, nor was there any ammo left to shoot them. The vampires were closing in on them.
He flipped his gun upside down and held it like a baseball bat. "You bastards aren't killing me that easily."
When he said that, shootings were killing the vampires that were closing in on him.
"Mer chere!" He yelled in relief.
Seras was walking down the hall shooting the vampires and Zoran as well.
"I told you, she'd be here." He said gazing at her. "Look at her beauty. God I should've kissed her when I had the chance."
The manor looked like a wreck, the building was falling apart. The land was rocky and had no beautiful grass anymore. Flowers were dead, bodies and blood painted the estate. The paradise became a living hell.
I got up and walked towards Seras and Bernadette's position. I could smell blood everywhere, so I covered my nose, these smells made my head spin. It felt like forever trying to find them, then I remembered Zoran. I could smell her horrible pheromones.
I heard screams, Seras' screams and rushed to her aid. The stairs were broken so I couldn't make it to the third floor. I backed from the stairs rail, then jumped and grabbed the rail to pull myself up.
Hold on! I'm coming!
When I made it to Seras, I saw she was crying and she was holding someone.
I covered my mouth, "Is that...Bernadette?" I wanted to cry as well.
"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!" Seras screamed to the top of her lungs.
I fell to my knees as my heart filled with sorrow. "Poor, Bernadette."
I ran towards her and him and pulled out some medicine. "Maybe this'll help, Seras."
She smacked it out of my hand. "That won't help him, he's dead already."
My eyes widened. "H..how long?"
"He died a few minutes before you came." She held him tighter in her arm.
My head flung down, I heard a snap sound followed along with blood splattering on my cheeks. I looked up and saw Seras was bitting his neck. Her eyes turned a glowing ruby, she turned her attention to Zoran and put Bernadette into my arms.
"What do you want me to do with him?" I asked her, she didn't answer me all her undivided attention now belonged to Zoran.
I knew they were about to fight an extreme battle so I took all the remainder of us out of the way. When I jumped out of the window, all hell broke loose. I tried to get us far away as possible.
I looked at Bernadette's lifeless cold corpse. He was truly an insulting great captain. "Bernadette." I gave him to his remaining teammates. "Make sure you give him a proper burial, he deserves it." They nodded and left.
I headed back to the mansion when I heard Seras yelling.
"HOW DOES IT FEEL TO HAVE YOUR HEAD FUCKED WITH!?!? HUH BITCH!?!?"
I ran back to her. Once I made it back, Seras already killed her. Her body was burning blue. She turned my way which made me jump a bit. I backed away as she came closer and closer.
"Seras." I said trying to console.
She had me against the wall and was staring into my eyes. Then she quickly collapsed onto my breasts. I held you.
She slowly laughed. "I got your uncle's revenge and Bernadette's."
"I know." I patted her head. "You did well."
I took Seras and I to the top of the mansion. "We need to get to London, I'm sure Sir Integra needs us."
"Right."
She pulled herself together, clung on to me, and flew away from the destroyed manor.
