The door to The Ugly Duckling slammed open, "RIDER!"
That voice was familiar and tickled the edge of his memory, but couldn't recall from where. Suddenly he realized where it was from and groaned internally as he turned around to face the door.
"Hey fellas, what are you doing here? I haven't seen you in, what? 5 years? How have you been?" he said and acted nonchalant.
Sideburns spoke up first, "We have a proposition for you."

The brothers and Flynn had spent the past month planning this. They had watched the guards, figured out their schedules. They had scoped the palace until they knew every entrance there was to it. They had mapped out the best escape route. They came up with a backup plan, just in case. And today they were finally going to execute it.
